Roo is enjoying her new clothing is that Tony purchased for her while he and Elch talking to some more villagers at a nearby table. " Consignment Sales? What is that?" Ask one of the villager with bear ears. " never heard of such a thing." Another one of them said. "Me either." Says the last one. Tony just looks at them and says " here's what I mean. Tomorrow we got a spot at the Central Plaza, and if you want you could sell your stuff alongside ours." The villagers look at him like it's too good to be true.

one of them breaks the silence and says " we can do that? " another one says " we've been wanting to sell our goods for a while but we don't have a permit." Tony responded with " well today is your lucky day. Because we can do whatever we want. There are no regulations against us sharing and we were able to get a permit." The villagers looked very relieved before Tony continued talking. " there is one small thing that should be mentioned. It cost us a lot so we would be taking 20% of your sales as a hosting fee. Of course since we're all in the same boat competing against Neutscheland's Monopoly, I can make an exception and cut the hosting feeds to 10% if you agree to man the shop for us. What do you say? Do we have a deal? "

The villagers begin to talk among themselves with one saying " how much is 10%?" Tony looked at him and said" okay let me help, let's say you were selling a carpet. Now from what I saw on the market recently a rug would usually cost 450 Luc. if you brought one of those to Neutscheland he would give you 150 luc. Alternatively you can sell it with our company and we will sell it a little bit under price, let's say around 400 luc. We would take 10% for ourselves which would be 40 luc in this case. So instead of making 150 luc you'd be making 360." The villagers looked like they hit a gold mine. " we can earn that much? " Asked one of them. " yes we definitely want to be a part of this." Said another. " do you mind if we explain the deal with some other villages?" Asks the other one.

Tony Stark just looks at them and smirks before saying " sure why not. In fact we welcome it my friends." The villagers prepare to leave but not before one of them says " alright we'll bring our stuff by the plaza tomorrow. you can count on it." Tony then says " it was a pleasure doing business with you gentlemen. We will be ready for you tomorrow." Once they're gone Tony just said " overall I think that went pretty good." Elch asked out of curiosity. " wait a second how is this going to work? We don't pay any money?" Tony says " exactly. What are you worried about?" Elch then says " I don't know, it just feels like we're taking advantage of these suppliers. We get the stock up without paying anything." " don't worry. Everyone's going to profit. You'll see. " Tony reassured him.

the next day at Central Plaza.

Tony, Elch and Too stare in amazement at the space for the Elm Branch of the Stark Trading Company. "Wow." Roo said. " I don't believe it." Said Elch. Tony responded with " well, believe it." "look at all these Goods to sell, we didn't even have to use a luc of our own" explained Elch. " okay you two a little lesson from Howard Stark, my father. When first starting up a business you usually need a lot of money in order to get to work immediately. However the thing you need more than money is Trust. " " Trust in what?" Asked Elch.

Tony then says" Trust in the profit you are trying to acquire. And to do that you have to get the right tools. Which we did. You see the only thing that inspires trust for a business here is a business permit. Suppliers then went to partner with us to get some of their things sold. Pop quiz. What's is our advantage here?" Elch think a little bit before saying " by not spending any money so we can stock up so we wouldn't lose anything if something doesn't sell. That means we would keep generating profit with no risk to ourselves. Am I right?"

Tony answers with " you're on the right track. There's a little bit more to that. Hey Roo. What did I ask those to do so I can drop my hosting fee from 20 to 10 percent? " "Ummmmm. Let's see. Oh! You told them that they would have to man the shop for us." Tony smiled at her before saying. " that's right. When they're willing to do that it gives us the advantage of flexibility. That means it gives us opportunities to expand as much as we want. in the end Neutscheland will be like another Justin hammer failure.".

a few hours later.

the trinity of the Stark Trading Company it's behind their booth as they're waiting for customers. "So we haven't had one customer yet." Said Elch. Tony respond with " patience Wolfie patience. The day is still young." Just as he got done saying that. A person pointed at that there was a market here and another person pointed out that the prices were cheap. Tony knew this was his chance to get everyone's attention." welcome everybody! We are the Elm Branch of the Stark Trading Company the newest option here in Dormundt. Our products are not as expensive as Neutscheland's but they are just as good if not better!" Roo then said " we have lots of customers all of a sudden." Tony just said " of course we do. We are very close to the routes they take the city so We are convenient and are price is very cheap, so let's go make some money"

after a long day of selling stuff.

Natasha was talking to Tony on the communicator. "That is all I could find on yakui Neutscheland " she said. Tony says " no surprise. Is very close to what I imagine. Thanks double agent." " you're welcome shell head. There are other ways to get information than hacking a computer. Which for another world to be in the Medieval ages is very hard. I'll contact you when I have more information." " oh one more thing. We made a lot of money." He said as he was staring at roo who was staring at the money. He continues saying " so I'm going to send a wagon full supplies to the Village. Also you should probably give Friday her supplies first so she can get to work without me. I'll catch up when I get back. How weird do the villagers think that she is controlling that empty Iron Man suit that I don't use because of the nanotech one that's in this Arc Reactor?" " Tony they are literally in the Medieval ages. At first they thought it was witchcraft but after we explained it to them multiple times they eventually got it. " Romanoff said.

a few days later at the Elm Village.

A wagon came in full of all those necessarily supplies as well as some extra things that they didn't even know that they wanted. The Village was talking about all the different kinds of foods and fun stuff that came in. Captain America AKA Steve Rogers was working with Loki and vision unloading the supplies and handing them out to the individual houses as Friday(who currently controls a empty suit) was working on some projects to help improve the village with the supplies that Tony has gotten for her to use while he's gone.

Steve decided that it was enough for today and decided to lean against a tree and talk to Tony and Natasha with his communicator since Tony was still in Dormundt. " so how is everything?" He asked. " well, everything is looking pretty good on my part. Got the elm branch of the Stark Trading company up and running. If all goes according to plan, we will expand to other towns." said Tony. "of course you can't go anywhere and not see something that does have the name Stark on it" said Natasha. "hey!" Stark said. He then continued. " anyway enjoy your stuff, and tell Friday night she's going to have to work without me for a while." "why?" Asked Steve. " he's probably going to need a week at least crush his new competitors." Said Natasha. " bingo. Anyways I got to go. It was good talking to you guys" Says Stark. After Stark hung up Steve turn to Natasha and said "Neutscheland is in trouble. " Natasha nodded in agreement.

a day later at the Central Plaza, the Stark Trading Company elm branch market place.

Roo was sampling some of the goods, which practically made her walking advertisement. When people saw her eat mayonnaise, they wanted a jar for themselves. So that went off the shelves real quickly. After the crowd dispersed from the main booth stark said " hope to see you again!" Elch sighed in relief before saying " about time we had a break." Tony just looked at him before saying" what are you talking about? We are just getting started. The big push is still the come." Then a mysterious man walked up and said

" is the mob finally gone? I hope I'm not too late. Can I buy mayonnaise from you please?" Stark looked at him before he continued saying " let me introduce myself, I am captain of the Merchant Fleet sea serpent. People here call me Klaus." Tony smiled and said " I've heard of you before. I'm glad you came to sample this oh, I think you'll enjoy it. "

later at the Docks, inside the Captain Quarters of the merchant ship sea serpent.

" so this is the sea serpent? The ship responsible for all the trade in eastern frayaguard. Your reputation precedes you." Tony said. " as does yours. Word travels fast. I heard about a new Trading Company doing interesting business in Dormundt and we wish to sale on the Winds of Change. So here's the deal he will supply you with Goods and we will take 25% of profits made from sales you made from the goods we supplied you with." Tony looked him before saying" sounds like we have a deal. " the two business men shook hands.

after negotiations with Klaus have been made the trio went to the Tavern / Hotel. And on the way there they decided to go down an alley wave has a shortcut. Suddenly a knife was put over Roo's neck. " all right, hand me your money or the girl gets it!" Tony was slowly reaching to activate his Nano Tech Iron Man suit while making it look like he was going for his wallet or bag.

Suddenly he stopped when he saw a familiar white substance latch itself on the knife. The knife was yanked away into the Shadows. " you shouldn't play with knives man, people can get hurt." Out of the Shadows stepped a teenage boy in a red and blue suit with a spider emblem on the chest. The mugger was quickly webbed up to the side of a wall. Tony Stark could only stare in disbelief before asking " Underoos? Is that you?" The man in question responded with " mr... Stark?"

At the hotel/Tavern.

Peter Parker's POV

'let me start from the top one more. My name is Peter Parker and have been Spider-Man for a few years. I got bitten by a radioactive spider, I then became a jerk to everyone, Uncle pay the ultimate price from that and I learned the greatest lesson of my life with great power comes great responsibility. I stopped few small criminals, then got to fight the Avengers, big bird with alien technology, a big purple raisin trying to destroy the universe, and man with a fishbowl on his head with a fetish for illusions.

Mr. Stark had lead us to a hotel looking place. He let us in the room that he was currently staying in. He explains the whole situation to me, which I had to say is pretty weird. I had to explain my Origins to a anime cat girl named Roo and some guy with wolf features who's name is Elch. " so how did you get here kid? " Mr Stark asked me. I can't believe it's him at first I thought it would be something like quinton's illusions but nope. This is all too real, it's like the animes that Ned was trying to give me to watch.

Anyway I start telling him about what happened after he died the whole Edith thing with Mysterio and my identity is now known to everyone on Earth thanks to Jameson. Well after that I had to break up with MJ to make sure that she stays safe. Not a decision I wanted to make but it's the one with the best outcome that's for sure. with me being gone and on the Run she hooked up with Ned. I lived in wakanda for a little bit helping my new best friend, Shuri and her brother who's the black panther. While I was there I stopped Kraven the Hunter from killing the Black Panther because he wanted to get a ultimate Hunter mantle.

Then I started to work with Nick Fury and what was left of Shield for a little bit. I was on a mission that was assigned To me by Nick himself. It was to check on the whereabouts of Hydra scientist Otto Octavius AKA Doctor Octopus. Don't look at me, the guys that's what was left of Shield came up with it. Anyway I found him and he was working on some device that's designed for dimensional travel. He was trying to find a world that Hydra was Supreme and convince them to help them take over this world.

We fought very intensely. He had four robotic arm strapped to his back and that was not fun at all. He activated the machine' self-destruct sequence in the middle of the fight and ran away so I did the best I could to turn it off, but I couldn't so the machine blew up the blast should have killed me or so I thought. I was dead wrong. no pun intended I woke up in the middle of the Woods and decided to explore a bit before finding a city that looks like it was in the medieval times. I was really hoping that there was a Renaissance Fair going on or something but nope. My Peter tingle, God I got to pick a better name for that. How about Spider Sense? Yeah Spider Sense. My Spider Sense told me to go down this alleyway where I just saw Tony Stark or at least a younger version of him.

When I was done giving all the details Tony and everyone else just looked at me, well not everyone. Roo was looking at all of those gold coins. I guess he's rich wherever he goes. "I'm sorry am I interrupting something?" Send a voice all of a sudden. The trio now with me quickly turned around to see the Black Widow standing in the doorway.

"What's паук ребенок doing here?" She asked. Mr. Stark replied with " he's just like us. Nearly died and ended up here the only difference is he didn't turn into a teenager. He stayed his own age. I guess we better till the group tomorrow. Anyway, is Neutscheland making his move?" Natasha still shocked about hearing that someone else from Earth is here but quickly get over it and says " yes, since sea serpent switched sides he is more Angry than ever. He's planning to go to war with you tomorrow."

" War? " Elch asked. " it means that he's going to buy up all the goods and undergo our prices. he won't even care about making a profit at that point. It's going to be a free-for-all, they must be really confident. and it could have worked If Only They did it on the first day we open." Tony open the window and we saw a bunch of people out there. " who are they? " me and Elch asked at the same time. Tony just smirks and then says " these are the weapons that will bring down Neutscheland."

AN: okay and that's a wrap. Yes I decided to add Spider-Man to this, I was originally thinking black panther or Hawkeye. But then you hit me up like of course Spider-Man.
