After being captured by Nebula (2014), Nebula (2023) was beaten by her in front of Gamora (2014). After that, Nebula (2014) took the golden plate from Nebula (2023) and put it on her to look like her and get the stones.

Then Natasha and Clint finally arrived on Vormir in 2014. They walked for a while until they ran into the Red Skull. He told them the only way to get the Soul Stone was to give up a soul. For a bit, Clint and Natasha got in a wrestling match over who was going to die to get the stone. When they dangled over the edge, Natasha sacrificed herself so Clint could get the stone. He woke up in a pool of water with the stone in his hand.

Then back at Avengers HQ, almost everyone was sent back there with the recovered stones.

"Did we get them all?" Bruce asked.

"You telling me this'll actually work?" Rhodey said in relief.

They all then looked around, seeing they all weren't there.

"Clint, where's Nat?" Bruce asked Clint.

Clint didn't say anything, letting everyone know what happened. Everyone was saddened at the news. Bruce fell to his knees and pounded the floor in grief.

"No," Y/N whispered as tears formed.

Steve instinctively hugged her while she cried into his chest. Jamie let some tears fall as well while Thor comforted her.
