Hulk (2012) kept going down the stairs.

"So many stairs!" Hulk (2012) shouted.

Meanwhile, Tony, Jamie, and Scott spied on the 2012 Avengers.

"Thumbelina, do you copy? I've got eyes on the prize. It's go-time," Tony (2023) said.

"Bombs away," Scott replied, slid down to Tony's (2012) arc reactor, then asked; "Is...is that Axe body spray?"

"Yeah, I had a can just for emergencies. Relax. Can we focus, please?" Tony (2023) remarked.

"I'm going inside you. Now," Scott announced.

"May I ask you where you're going?" Alexander Pierce (2012) asked as he came in.

"To lunch and then Asgard. I'm sorry, you are?" Thor (2012) wondered.

"Alexander Pierce. He's the man, one of the folks behind Nick Fury," Tony (2012) introduced.

"My friends call me Mr. Secretary. I'm gonna have to ask you to turn that prisoner over to me," Pierce (2012) said.

"Loki will be answering to Odin himself," Thor (2012) refused.

"Oh, he's gonna answer to us. Odin can have what's left. And I'm gonna need that case, that's been SHIELD property for over 70 years," Pierce (2012) explained.

"Hand over the case, Stark," a Hydra agent ordered.

"All right, move it, Stuart Little. Things are getting dicey up here. Let's go," Tony (2023) told Scott.

Jamie then started to slowly walk towards Loki.

"J, what are you doing?" Tony asked.

"Just trust me," Jamie told him.

Tony raised his hands in surrender as Jamie continued toward Loki. She gently tapped him, making him turn around. She then reached for the mouthpiece, making him pull back a little.

"I know you don't know who I am, but I know who you are and all the things you've done and will do. Just trust me," she told him sternly.

He seemed to think on it before leaning forward. She took it off, surprising him a little.

"I'm surprised a Midgardian can remove this," Loki said.

"Well, I age like an Asgardian, but that's because of an Infinity Stone," Jamie told him then replied, "Anyway, I know why you did this and I just want you to do me a favor."

"Why would I do that for someone like you?" he asked.

She felt a little hurt by this, but she continued, "Because I don't want Thanos to kill you."

Loki looked at her, a little surprised that she knew about Thanos. He sighed at this.

"I feel like I know you, so I will do what you ask of me. So what is it?" Loki asked.

Jamie smiled and said as she bowed her head to keep from crying, "Try not to do anything that could get you killed."

"I will try," he said, lifted his cuffed hands, used one to hold her chin, then asked with a smirk, "Care to seal the deal with a kiss?"

She giggled and answered, "Very tempting, but you just met me."

"Point taken. So at least have this," Loki told her then kissed her forehead.

She smiled into his touch then he stopped to look at her.

"And you have this," Jamie said then kissed his cheek.

They smiled before she was about to bring the mouthpiece back to his mouth.

"Try to stay out of trouble," she told him.

"Now that I will not promise," he smirked, making her giggle.

She then put the mouthpiece back on and walked away while blowing him a kiss, making him smile and she could tell.

When she got back to Tony, he gave her a WTF look.

"Look, this is the first time I've talked to Loki when he was alive since Thanos killed him. I needed this," she told him.

He just shook his head and had her go behind him.

"I'm not gonna argue who's got the higher authority here, all right?" Tony (2012) said.

"You promise me you won't die?" Scott asked.

"You're only giving me a mild cardiac dysrhythmia," Tony (2023) assured.

"That doesn't sound mild," Scott pointed out.

"It is though. Just hurry," Jamie urged.

"I need the case," Pierce (2012) insisted.

"I know you got a lotta pull. I'm just saying..." Tony (2012) started.

"Okay. Then give me the case," Pierce (2012) commanded.

"Do it, Lang!" Tony (2023) yelled.

"Get your hands off!" Tony (2012) shouted.

"Window's closing. Pull my pin!" Tony (2023) remarked.

"Here goes!" Scott said.

Scott pulled Tony's (2012) arc reactor off, making him drop the case.

"Stark? Stark!" Pierce (2012) yelled.

Tony (2012) fell to the ground, convulsing.

"Look, he's convulsing. Give him air! Medic!" Pierce yelled.

"MEDIC! You guys, some help!" Tony (2023) ushered.

"Hurry please!" Jamie shouted.

"Stark, you—your chest machine?" Pierce (2012) asked.

Scott pushed the case, Loki (2012) watching it. That's when Tony (2023) grabbed it.

"Good job. Meet me in the alley. I'm gonna grab a quick slice," Tony (2023) said.

"Of course you are," Jamie rolled her eyes.

Then Hulk (2012) pushed Tony (2023) to the ground, making the Tesseract slide to Loki.

"NO MORE STAIRS!!!!" Hulk shouted.

Everyone ran away from Hulk while Loki (2012) grabbed the Tesseract and teleported away.

"And your fiancé just stole the Tesseract," Tony remarked from the floor.

"Are you kidding me? Classic Loki," Jamie muttered.

"You'll be fine, Stark. Stay with us! I'll try something, okay? I have no idea if it's gonna work," Thor (2012) said.

Thor (2012) made Mjolnir shock Tony (2012) like a defibrillator, which it worked.

"YES!" Thor (2012) cheered.

"That worked a treat. That was so crazy!" Tony (2012) commented.

"I had no idea if that was gonna work," Thor (2012) admitted.

"The case?" Tony (2012) asked.

"The case. It's, uhh..." Thor said, looked around, then shouted, "Where's the case? Where's Loki? Loki!"

"That wasn't supposed to happen, was it?" Scott asked.

"Oh, we blew it," Tony (2023) said.

"Big time," Jamie added shamefully.

"Loki!" Thor (2012) yelled.

On the other hand, Steve and Y/N had communicator issues.

"Tony, Jamie, what's going on? Tell me you found that cube," Steve (2023) called, looked up, then groaned, "Oh, you gotta be shitting me."

"Language," Y/N said.

They looked to see Steve (2012) in their path.

"I have eyes on Loki with an illusion of my sister. 14th floor," Steve (2012) informed on his com.

Steve (2023) put the case down, then said, "I am not Loki. And I don't wanna hurt you."

"And I am not an illusion. Otherwise, you wouldn't feel what's coming next," Y/N pointed out.

Then Steve (2012) attacked and they were going at it a bit before he put the 2023 siblings on their asses.

"I can do this all day," Steve (2012) smirked.

"Yeah, I know. I know," Steve (2023) sighed, getting up.

"Everyone you've told knows," Y/N snapped, getting up as well.

They continued to brawl until Steve (2012) knocked Y/N to the ground then noticed the locket of Peggy from Steve (2023).

"Where did you get this?" Steve (2012) demanded.

Steve (2012) put Steve (2023) in a chokehold, making Y/N thinking of an idea.

"Bucky's alive!" she yelled as she got up.

Steve (2012) looked at her in shock, asking, "What?"

Steve (2023) took that opportunity to knock Steve (2012) out.

"Thanks, little sis," Steve (2023) thanked.

"No problem, big bro," Y/N responded, helping him up.

She got the scepter while he stared at his 2012 self.

"That is America's ass," Steve commented.

"Oh shut up," Y/N groaned, they started walking, then said, "By the way, I've had moments that I've wanted to fight with you like that."

"Oh I know. Same here," Steve (2023) told her.

They just laughed at that and headed back to the others.
