- well firstly, it's another excuse to have a party

- but like, it's a costume party

- so group costumes

- every year you guys have new ideas

- the best might have been when you went as each other

- you were an awesome captain america

- tony got drunk and thought you were steve

- and no one could tell if he was joking or not

- but there are some years when you all convince tony not to have a party

- and you all just hang out

- tony gives out candy to people in the lobby

- you just watch scary movies all night

- once pietro and loki decided it'd be funny to prank you all

- it was not fun

- just hanging out and then you thought there was a murderer in the tower

- but that murderer was also a ghost haunting the tower

- needless to say there were parties the next couple years

- and pietro isn't allowed to be alone with loki anymore

- that probably won't stop him though

- at one of the first parties after you became the avengers, you all discovered how much sam loves candy corn

- like he loves it

- a lot

- "this is my crack"

- "...but don't do drugs kids, real drugs are bad"

- sometimes clint and peter don't know who's who

- cause your costumes are that good

- so they'll just text you

- once peter was sitting right next to you and texted you

- "pete why are you texting me?"

- "whoa, I didn't know it was you"
