- bucky starting to develop feelings for you

- but he doesn't realize it

- he kinda just feels strange and shy around you

- so who else would he consult ?

- but steve was a little slow at first

- he thought bucky was getting sick

- sam just laughed when steve started to fuss

- "seems like gramps has a crush"

- "a crush? on who?"

- at this point steve was a bit amused too

- "isn't it obvious?"

- "uh, no"

- sam then proceeded to explain to bucky that he had a crush on you

- "oh. oh! Wait no!"

- bucky spent a while trying to figure out how to get over his crush

- but it just grew more and more

- "well what if she was with someone else"

- bucky jumped

- because peter seemingly appeared out of no where

- "jesus kid"

- but bucky was still thinking about what he said

- so he kept trying to find guys for you to date

- shield agents, starbucks baristas

- any cute guy he sees, to be honest

- "well what about ryan?"

- "what about ryan?"

- you turned to bucky when a thought came up

- "did you want me set you up with-

- bucky very quickly realized what you thought was happening

- "what? no!"

- you raised your hands in surrender

- bucky noticed the small smile on your face

- which made him smile

- and then he was blushing

- he turned around before you could see

- "i was trying to set you up"

- you shrugged

- "he's cute. i don't like him though"

- bucky didn't know why he was so happy to hear that
