"(Y/N) doesn't love you, she loves me!" Tony shouted at Steve. They were arguing again over who you loved and neither of them had realised that every time they were arguing, you were behind a door listening or somewhere near them.

"No she doesn't. Can't you see, Stark? Or has your ego become so big it's covered up your eyes?" Steve shot back. Tony looked like he had just been shot, holding his heart and looking mortified.

"I never expected that from you Rogers," you saw Tony look over towards the door at you and you moved backwards, "why don't we let (Y/N) decide, huh? (Y/N), I know your there!" The two men started walking over to the door to see if you were still there. When they finally got there, after arguing while walking, they saw no one. You, being the most trained agent of SHIELD, had disappeared quickly.

"You said she was here, Stark. Where is she?"

"She was! I saw here, right here" Tony stood in the same place you had been previously. You could still see them from you were stood, this time, you were hid better.

"Well she's not now, so why lie?" Steve asked, and before he could get an answer, he had left. Tony had stormed back into his lab after looking around to see if you were there. He was so caught up about thinking you truly loved him but you did/or/didn't.

The next day, they were back at it again with (the white vans) arguing. This time you were going to step in and stop them before it got out of hand.

"Are you blind old man? She. Doesn't. Love. You" Tony said, and with every word getting closer to Steve until he was almost touching him.

"Wow," you said while walking in between them, "the genius thinks I love him, and he's..."

Right:

"I do love Tony, more than anything" you stood in front of him and gave him a hug which he gladly returned. When you pulled away, you looked at Steve to see a hurt look on his face.

"I'm sorry Steve, you're a great guy but, I love Tony. Sorry" you apologised while giving him a hug.

"It's fine" he sadly smiled and left the room, letting the two of you have some privacy.

"I'm so glad you love me and not Rogers. I don't know what I'd do if you said you loved Steve"

"Well, you don't have to think about that because I do love you" you leaned in and he did he same. In a split second, your lips were connected and the whole lab was silent. That's when you really knew you truly loved Tony Stark.

Wrong:

"I'm sorry Tony; you're wrong this time" you walked over to Steve, stood beside him and held his hand. He looked down towards you and gave you a small smile which you returned.

"Okay. That's fine, that's fine," he started pacing, "erm, I'm getting rejected, what do I...what do I do?" He spoke to himself.

"Look Tony, I'm really sorry. I love you, but only as a friend" you looked back up at Steve and he gave your forehead a quick peck.

"No, no, no, no. It's fine, it's fine. Don't worry...don't worry" his words got quieter as he spoke.

"See you round, Tony" Steve patted his back while turning and walking out of the lab with you. When you were both out and out of sight form Tony, you gently pulled Steve in for a kiss.

"I love you"

"I love you too" he smiled.
