Zukika's POV

Neytiri and I put on our best out fits before going to the ceremony. "You look lovely" Kaname tells me smiling.

"You look handsome" I tell him. Just then Jake appears covered in white painted lines. "It's time" I state as we approach Jake and my family.

"Ngenga 'itan omatikayoe luyu set. Na'viyä luyu hapxì" father announces placing his hands on Jake's chest. (Translation: You are now a son of the Omaticaya. You are part of The People). Mother and Neytiri place their hands on a shoulder each. While Tsu'tey covers them with his own. I place my hand over mother and father's. Kaname and Aunt Grace only watch as they aren't apart of the tribe. But the rest of the tribe start to place the hands on Jake, one of us five or each other. Until the whole tribe is connected.

Jake is now apart of Omaticaya tribe now. He may make his bow from the wood of home-tree and choose a woman. "So who do you think he'll choose?" Aunt Grace asks me. She, Kaname and I were talking.

"Maybe Beyral, she is a good hunter" I say shrugging.

"What about Ninat? She has a beautiful voice" Aunt Grace states.

"I think he'll choose Neytiri" Kaname says and I give him a stern look.

"Don't ever day that, Neytiri is to mate with Tsu'tey and would never break that" I tell him. "Her and Jake may of hang out a lot recently. But that's only because she was training him while I got to know you better" I state.

"You're right, I'm sorry" he says wrapping an arm around me.

"So when will you two mate?" Aunt Grace asks and I blush.

"Only when Zukika is ready" Kaname states.

"We'll discuss it later" I assure him. I had thought about it a lot since Jake got his ikran. I really want to have mate and start a family. I am over Tsu'tey and have fallen for Kaname. Why not do it tonight while everyone else is busy celebrating Jake joining the tribe?

"I have to go sleep now, but we'll talk in the morning before I return this body to base" Aunt Grace tells me.

"Of course, sleep well" I say giving her a hug before she goes to her temporary sleeping quarters. "You, come with me" I tell Kaname grabbing his hand and pull him away from the party. We run up to the ikran and I call Stormfly while he calls his own. We mount them and fly to the floating mountains, the tree of souls.

"Why are we here?" Kaname asks.

"I thought what better place to become mates for life, then the place where I became a true Na'vi" I tell him.

"So you're ready?" he asks wrapping arms around my waist.

"Yes, I want to mate with you for life" I say looking into his eyes. So that he could see I was telling the truth and am sincere. "It's time to start our lives together" I tell him smiling and so we mate. Becoming one and fall asleep under the tree of souls.

(Next day)

We woke up up before the sun and called our ikran. We flew back to home tree and got there as the sun began to raise. "Mother, father" I say smiling when I spot them.

"We're so happy for you" mother says smiling hugging me.

"We are honoured you chose our daughter" father tells Kaname shaking his hand. Just then Tsu'tey and the morning hunting party ride into home tree. Looking furious as Tsu'tey dismounts his direhorse. "Tsu'tey what is wrong?" father asks him.

"The sky people destroyed the tree of souls" he answers. As the tribe gather and I spot my aunt. I go over to her as father, Tsu'tey and Kaname discuss a plan of attacked. Father then addresses the tribe.

"Tsampongut Tsu'teyìl iveyk" he announces. (Translation: Tsu'tey will lead the war party). Tsu'tey raises his bow into the air as the tribe cheer at his war cry.

"Ftang! Rutxe!" Aunt Grace shouts stepping forward. (Translation: Stop, please). "Fìkem nì'ul kawng sìyi nì'aw" she states. (Translation: This will only make it worse).

"You do not speak her" Tsu'tey tells her firmly.

"Don't speak to her that way" I tell him hotly.

"Foti awngal tìyakuk, mì txe'lan!" Tsu'tey announces as Kaname wraps an arm around me. (Translation: We will strike them in the heart!) Just then Neytiri and Jake return.

"Tsu'tey, don't do this" Jake says.

"You" Tsu'tey says angrily and hands his bow to a warrior. He approaches Jake and Neytiri. He pushes Jake to the ground before Neytiri gets in between them.

"Kehe! Tsu'tey! Rä'ä si!" she shouts. (Translation: No, Tsu'tey, Don't).

"You mated with this woman?!" Tsu'tey asks Jake accusingly.

"Oh shit" Aunt Grace says as I look at them surprise.

"Is this true?" mother demands looking into Neytiri's eyes.

"We are mated before Eywa. It is done" Neytiri states as Jake stands up.

"Brother, please. Do not attach the sky people. Many Omaticaya will die if you..." Jake starts to say.

"You are not my brother!" Tsu'tey shouts and charges Jake knife drawn. But Jake dodges him as Neytiri shouts at Tsu'tey to stop.

"I am not your enemy" Jake says taking out his knife and tosses it to the ground. "The enemy is out there. And they are very powerful" he states. "I can talk to them" he adds.

"No more talking" Tsu'tey says charging him again. Jake disarms him, knees him in the stomach and punches him across the face. Making him fall to the ground and blood trickle from his nose.

"I am Omaticaya. I am one of you, and I have the right to speak" Jake reminds us.

"Then speak quickly" I tell him annoyed.

"Lu aylì'u ngaru. Ayngaru nìwotx" he says. (Translation: I have something to say. To all of you). "The words are like stones in my heart" he adds in English. Just then Aunt Grace faints beside me.

"Grace/ Aunty" Neytiri and I say kneeling beside her. Why would she faint suddenly? Unless they interrupted the link in progress. But why would they do that? It's dangerous. We look up at Jake.

"Okay. Look, I was sent here to..." Jake tries to say. But his eyes roll back and he faints. Tsu'tey jumps onto him and holds his head up by his hair.

"Tse'a srak? Fìpo lu vrrtep a mìsokx atsleng! Tsun ke rivey!" he states and goes to slit Jake's throat. (Translation: You see? It is a demon in a false body! He can not live!). But Neytiri jumps on him and throws him away from Jake. Then grabs his knife and kneels over Jake hissing him angrily. No one, attacks an-others mate. Tsu'tey just glares before walking off with father to discuss war plans.

"Why sister? Why him?" I ask her.

"I fell in love with him" she states. I just shake my head as mother has both bodies taken to a chamber until they wake. Neytiri staying beside Jake and my with my aunt. Kaname kissed my temple before leaving to speak with my father.
