(Author's note: Yes he has airbender tattoos in this picture but just imagine it as a combustion benders eye. Id rather not have the comments flooded with variations of "I thought he was a firebender why does he have airbender arrows?" Aside from that, I hope you enjoy the chapter.)

The students quickly funnel into one of the campus buses after getting their hero suits on, and while Izuku would rather just fly there Aizawa had insisted that they travel together as a class. The ancient diesel fuel guzzling bus refuses to start as Aizawa turns the key, prompting him to get out of the bus, walk to the front then plant a hard kick on the front grill before it finally coughs to life. Once he gets the blasted thing up and running, he boards the bus and gets into the driver's seat. Closing the side doors, he shifts the bus into drive then hits the gas. With all the enthusiasm of a month-old corpse, the bus lurches forwards and starts slowly moving away from the entrance to the college of heroics. Now officially on the move, the students relax into their seats and begin chatting with one another.

"Izuku-kun?" Tsuyu asks, causing both husband and wife to turn to the frog quirked waterbender. "I'm sure you've gotten this question a lot but, since you have a quirk do you think your next incarnation will have your quirk?"

"I'm... not sure actually." He answers before putting a hand to his chin in thought. "I do know that whenever I reincarnate, the face I'll have in the next life will be the one I loved the most in this one. So the air avatar after me will look like Momo, though slightly more masculine if the next avatar is born male."

"How do you know that? *kero*" She asks, croaking mid sentence.

"I look like Ju Dee, the wife of Avatar Genji." Izuku says before quickly pulling out his phone and searching up the image. The picture he shows them is of a black haired woman with the same rounded features and freckles as himself, but her face is more feminine, but she has the same wide rounded eyes as his and curly hair.

"Ok, now that's spooky." Kirishima says as the others look at the comparison between Izuku's face and Ju Dee's. "Well the next avatar is gonna be quite the looker." He says without thinking but Izuku knows he isn't intentionally hitting on Momo.

"Already wanting to replace me? I see how it is, jackass." Izuku says in a slightly offended tone before cracking up and laughing. "I'm not gonna be around for three centuries like Genji but I'm pretty sure I'll live to a similar length to Avatar Roku or Avatar Szeto. Roku was in his 80s and Szeto was over 130 when he passed. They're the previous two flame avatars before me."

"On that note, is it a little weird to be dating the new incarnation of your ancestor Avatar Roku?" Tsu asks, shifting her attention to Momo. The black haired princess quickly shakes her head no at the question.

"Not at all, for starters from what I know of Avatar Roku is that his personality is completely different from Izuku's." She responds, "Sure both of them are natural born heroes and prodigies, but the scrolls always speak about Avatar Roku being introverted, soft spoken, easy going, forgiving and patient."

"And Izuku-kun aren't any of those things?" Mina asks now.

"Oh no, he's an extrovert through and through. He's loud, stubborn, and whenever he and those three have a disagreement" She says pointing to Kaminari, Katsuki and Shouto, "is often the one to either throw the first punch or challenge them to an Agni kai. Back when we were at the academy, he got so frustrated with those standardized tests they gave out for the entire province that he incinerated it." Izuku blushes when she says this, embarrassing him.

As the bus pulls into the facility entrance, Izuku is one of the first ones off the bus walking over towards the main doors where a new hero stands waiting for them. In a puffy astronaut suit stands the space themed hero 13, a large helmet with two large white dots on the sides resembling eyes, with a layered puffy outer suit leading down to two scrawny legs at the bottom with two large yellow shoes. As Ochako and Toru get out of the bus, the two immediately spot the space themed superhero and dart over to her, so fast that they blow a few of their classmates over rushing to and see 13 for the first time. As the rest of the students funnel off the bus, Aizawa is the last to get off, walking down the stairs his foot gets caught in one of the seatbelts causing him to tumble forwards landing face first on the concrete sidewalk with a sickening thud. "Owww..." He groans his face muffled from the rocky floor.

"You ok Mr Aizawa?" Mina asks, as she leans over to inspect the fallen teacher face down in the concrete.

"Emotionally? No..." He groans, his voice muffled from the impact on the pavement. "Physically? Also no..." Mina sees blood start to trickle outwards from his nose.

"Do any of you waterbenders know how to heal? I think teach's got a broken nose." Mina asks, calling out to the four waterbenders in the class.

"I do." Tsuyu says as she pulls a few liters of water from the canisters on the back of her hero costume. She walks over and kneels in front of Aizawa's head before coating her hands in water. "Can you roll him over?" She asks, prompting Kirishima to lift a stone at Aizawa's side and flip him over. "Hold still Mr Aizawa." She says before placing both hands over his face, leaving his mouth uncovered, the water coating her hands begins to glow a bright whitish blue color.

"Well, while Aizawa is attended to, I'd like to welcome you all to the Unforeseen Simulation Joint or the USJ facility. This facility is 30 kilometers wide with several different zones meant to prepare you for any real world scenario from natural disasters to human error and villain attacks." 13 explains as she leads the students through the main doors of the USJ facility, "The facility features six active disaster zones to hone your skills for any scenario. These include: The Conflagration zone, or as I like to call it The Inferno. The Downpour zone, which can simulate meteorological events ranging from typhoon force winds, tornadoes, blizzards, different sizes of hail, freezing rain and lightning storms. The Flood Zone, this simulates maritime disasters, rogue waves, riptides and tsunamis. Next we have the landslide zone, meant to simulate a disaster that struck a mountain side village and rescue missions. Beside it is the Earthbender's paradise, the Mountain Zone, this will be the primary combat zone of the facility, it also has waterfalls, and a volcanic section. Lastly the area devoted to rescue and relief training is the Ruin's zone, this zone doesn't look damaged now but with a push of a button it will be destroyed to simulate either a natural disaster, meteor impact, or attack from powerful super villains." 13 explains as she points to each and every single one of the different disaster zones.

As she finishes listing the different zones of the USJ, their attention is drawn to the center plaza of the USJ. In front of a statue of Avatar Genji and All Might that sits above a large fountain, an ominous black and purple swirling fog is bleeding into thin air. 13 doesn't notice, but Kirishima does, he lifts a hand and points towards the portal beginning to appear. "Hey, we even got fake villains too!" he says excitedly, but when 13 and Aizawa rush past him and stare at what's happening that enthusiasm vanishes. "Those aren't fakes... they're the real deal." Aizawa says as the portal expands outwards. From within the black fog, a hand reaches out from the portal and grips the side before forcing it open revealing a man with curly white unkempt hair. A pair of crimson bloodshot eyes stare outwards as this man steps through the portal. Dressed in dark gray and black robes with firenation armor beneath the robes with a hood that's lifted over his head. Behind him hundreds of villains begin pouring out of the portal filling the central plaza.

"Looks like we're early to the party, All Might isn't here yet." The man speaks, his voice raspy but Momo can't help but feel that his voice is extremely familiar. "That's a shame, but at least you're here... Izuku Midoriya." Though it isn't exactly surprising that some villain of the week knows that he's the avatar, it's still unsettling to hear someone you've never met say your full name. "Men... Capture the Avatar. You can kill the rest."

"Like hell you will Shitlips!" Katsuki roars before immediately ripping off his headband and firing a combustion beam directly for the villain leader. The near invisible beam of heat radiation screams through the air cracking loudly as it nears them.

With a manic smile on his face, the villain leader lunges forwards and tears the hood off of his head revealing a black and red oni mask over his mouth similar to the firenation royal guard. On the center of his forehead sits the familiar red marking of an agni eye, however this one has a scar going straight across the pupil in the tattoo, splitting the tattoo diagonally. Above and below it are two simple flared wings facing inwards over the vertical slit eye. The villain leans forwards and flexes his stomach, firing a beam of concentrated heat radiation right towards the one Katsuki shot resulting in a massive explosion. As the smoke clears, they see the mad villain grinning from beneath his mask. Beside him a towering charcoal black, scarred, strange humanoid bird creature with massive building muscles, an exposed brain and toothed beak. "Korogiri... Disperse them." The leader instructs, prompting the portal that the army of villains had walked through to condense into a human form before approaching the villain leader.

"13, get the students to safety! Sound the alarms and get every available pro here now. I'll try to buy time." Aizawa shouts before ripping off the blue parka he usually wears revealing several canisters full of water along his back. He yanks a rip cord causing the caps to pop off of the canisters allowing him access to the water within. Lifting his arms outwards he pulls four tendrils of water from the tanks on his back and uses them to grab the hand rails of the grand staircase and launch himself into the fray.

As Aizawa gets to the bottom of the stairs, he bends the water around himself creating icy points on each of the tendrils for added offense, around him dozens of villains, quirk users and benders alike immediately rush the pro hero. Above him the black misty form of Korogiri floats over Aizawa as he starts tearing into the army of villains beneath, and heads directly towards the class. He looms over the entirety of class 1-A his body expanding outwards and encircling the class and 13, causing the students to huddle up with each other trying to get away from the living portal. "Greetings. We are the league of villains. Prepare to die." Is all he says in a strange wispy and distorted voice before the smoke begins to encroach on the class. 13 raises her hand and activates her quirk, creating a black hole on her index finger trying to absorb the villain before them. However Kurogiri creates two portals one just in front of where she's using her quirk and the other behind her causing the intense gravity of her own quirk to begin to rip her apart before she can shut it off. With one of the pro's out of commission and the other fighting below them, Katsuki and Kirishima give each other a knowing glance before launching themselves right at Kurogiri. "Disperse!" the villain shouts as the black fog envelops the class.

Moments before the black fog swallowed them, Momo had started sprinting towards Izuku and Kyoka in order to stay by their side as Korogiri envelopes all of them in his mist. She feels the ground beneath her feet remain solid, but a sudden rush of heat gives her a clear indication that she was teleported by the warp gate villain. As the mist around her dissipates, she notices the surrounding buildings on fire, with black smoke rising up to the vents high above her in the Conflagration Zone. Nearby, Hitoshi dodges a swipe from a clawed lizard themed super villain before drilling the man with several quick punches under his arm and into his torso, dropping the villain almost instantly. "Yaomomo!" the voice of Mina calls out as the pink skinned woman comes running towards her and Hitoshi. "We're in the fire zone!" She screams, clear panic setting in as dozens and dozens of villains begin circling the three students. "I shouldnt have gotten out of bed this morning." Hitoshi complains as he too backtracks towards Momo. Momo herself grins widely as she realizes that the villains don't know of their quirks or their bending arts. Mina's arms are tucked in towards her chest as she backs up towards Momo, pressing her back against her and Hitoshi. "What are we gonna do?!" She asks frantically, not noticing the smile present on Momo's face.

"To all you fools who thought you even had a chance against me." Momo's voice rises up above the roar of the flames all around them with even more of the flames around them. Suddenly the flames nearest the three students flicker blue before intensifying the heat. "You're trespassing on a Firenation government owned facility, with the intent to destroy government property and harm a member of the royal family..." She lets her voice trail off as she steps forwards, more flaming sections are taken over by the princess's blue flames. "I find All of you guilty of Treason... and you. will. Burn." Azula- I mean Momo, declares as she thrusts her hands outwards opening her palms creating two massive blue fires in both hands. Every single flame in the entire conflagration zone now burns a deep cobalt blue.

Izuku on the other hand feels the ground fall out from underneath him as he's teleported from the main entrance all the way across the facility. As the fog clears, he's falling towards the yacht in the center of the shipwreck zone. Tucking his feet underneath him, he kicks his legs down towards the boat causing a 10ft long jet of fire to scream from the soles of his shoes, preventing him from falling. He quickly scans the surrounding waters, seeing someone hit the surface and splash as they fall into the water. Seeing this he leans forwards and increases the intensity of the fire beneath his feet as he dives down to save whoever landed in the water. As he crashes into the artificial lake, his eyes immediately sting from the salt present in the water but he manages to see Camie struggling to swim to the surface. However he's not alone in the water, and he feels it be disturbed around him as a shark mutation quirk villain comes swimming towards him at high speeds not realizing who he's attacking. Izuku pulls both arms sharply towards himself and instantly freezes the shark villain completely solid before turning to go and rescue Camie. As he turns around though, he sees Tsu blitz past him as she swims towards Camie and uses her tongue to envelop the other woman. With Camie handled, Izuku makes his own way to the surface before blasting out of the water on top of a waterspout, maneuvering it to the ship in the center of the lake.

"I counted at least 20 of them." Tsu says through a lisp as she sets Camie down on the deck of the yacht. Tsuyu raises her hands and draws it upwards pulling all of the salt water from Camie's lungs causing the other woman to immediately wake up and gasp for air before coughing violently. "You need to learn how to swim *kero*" Tsu says before croaking.

"Th-thanks for the save." Camie manages to spit out between bouts of coughing.

"I only saw the shark one that I froze but there's bound to be waterbenders in there as well." Izuku says in a hushed tone before feeling a water droplet trickle down his face and touch his lips. The salt from the water gives him an idea as he tastes the droplet. "Were we the only ones that got teleported here?"

"I think so, I didn't see anyone else, and I saw you fly up before Camie hit the water." Tsuyu responds realizing that they need to keep their voices down, "I know you're the avatar, but I don't know what Camie's quirk does *kero*" She continues.

"I can create perfect illusions, make people feel, smell, taste and hear everything that I'm creating." Camie responds just above a whisper as she wrings the water from her hair. "Deku's got every power there is with bending, I won't be much help with my quirk."

"No actually, I have an idea." Izuku says before taking a quick glance over the deck of the boat at the surrounding villains. He sees a few dozen of them waiting just on the starboard side of the boat, and he can assume that there's even more on the other. "Make us invisible, and completely silent, they don't know what our abilities are."

"Got it." Camie says before silently creeping along the deck towards the middle of the platform. She takes a sharp inhale before closing her eyes and lifting a hand to her lips. She blows off her palm creating a massive cloud of pink smoke that covers the entire yacht and the waters surrounding it making everyone except her fall under her illusion. After it's created, she stands and walks back over to Izuku and Tsu before touching them, freeing them from the illusion. "I can hold it for a few minutes but we don't have much time because of all the people I'm affecting at once. What's the plan?" She asks, losing her strange speaking mannerisms due to the severity of the situation and the author's inability to tolerate how she speaks.

"The water surrounding us is salt water and it's a conductor. I'm going to create one hell of a lightning bolt and fry them, then we get out of here." Izuku says, causing the other two to nod at this.

"I can't hide bending, so we're only gonna have one shot at this." Camie says, prompting Izuku to nod and walk over to the edge of the boat.

Calming the fear in his mind, Izuku takes a few slow breaths with his eyes closed in order to enter a brief meditative state. Only with a calm mind can one generate the most powerful lightning. He takes a step onto the ledge of the yacht looking out at the dozens of villains all creeping towards the boat before shifting his stance to one of the first stances he learned in firebending. He takes in a long deep breath the fuel his inner fire before bringing his hands in towards his chest and extending two fingers. Concentrating on separating as much energy as possible, the air begins to crackle and spark violently with bright white blue bolts of lightning. The golden arcs create stepped leaders reaching out into the air as he moves his arms around his body. If their hair wasn't soaking wet, Camie and Tsuyu's hair would be standing on end in the presence of so much electricity. Pulling his fingers together, he charges the bolt to its full power, before jumping off the side of the boat using firebending through his feet to get high into the air. Raising his arm above his head he points towards the water letting the white bolt of electricity fly through the air.

A massive thick bolt of lightning screams from his fingers and strikes the surface of the lake electrifying the entire body of water in an instant. The lightning flickers several times repeatedly striking the water, electrocuting the surrounding villains rendering most unconscious and deep frying the rest. The thunder crack from the lightning reverberates around the USJ shaking the ground from the massive boom. "Seems like the Avatar is getting this game of ours started. Nomu. Deal with him." The masked white haired man instructs, and the large hulking beast beside him turns and faces towards the shipwreck zone where Izuku is floating on a massive waterspout around his waist. The strange beast stomps hard on the ground causing a massive pillar of stone ro lift from the ground before it grabs the stone slab and slings it at breakneck speeds at the avatar. Izuku manages to see the incoming attack from the corner of his eye moments before it would have struck him but slams his hand into the stone hitting with the top portion of his hand and the edge of his wrist completely obliterating the stone. However that attack was just a distraction, as the moment the dust clears from the destroyed stone, Izuku is punched hard in the stomach by the nomu, sent careening through the waterfall and impacting the rocky cliff face behind him.

The nomu falls down to the deck of the yacht before lunging for where Izuku had struck the waterfall, shattering the boat beneath it causing a wave to roll out from beneath the yacht. Tsu and Camie were swept away by the wave pushed to the far side of the shipwreck zone, unable to assist in this new fight breaking out. Izuku's vision blurs slightly as he sees the Nomu lunge through the waterfall straight towards him. Reacting quickly he turns to the side causing the beast to miss the attack that would have shattered his rib cage. Gripping the rock face, he bends the earth around his arm creating a stony armor around his hand before charging One for All to its full power. He turns back and slams his hand as hard as he can into the back of the Nomu's head but instead of feeling the attack follow through, all of the force that he would have exerted from the attack is seemingly absorbed and his arm stops dead in its tracks as it impacts the strange flesh of the creature. "What the fuck?!" Izuku asks aloud but doesn't get an answer as the creature rips its arm free of the cliff face and grabs him by the chest. It slams him against the rocks then throws him back towards the central plaza before chasing after him once again.

Izuku skids against the stone, earth bending it upwards to slow his momentum before looking up to see the Nomu once again coming right towards him. Inhaling sharply he removes the headband from over his forehead before flexing his muscles and leaning forwards. Though the tattoo has been washed away from falling into the water, he still creates a combustion beam from his forehead. The white blue thin streak of fire streams from his forehead flying right for the Nomu striking it in the shoulder on its left side. The massive fiery explosion rocks the central plaza sending several of the fodder villains that were nearby flying. The blast was strong enough to send the Nomu backwards causing it to slam on the ground flat on its back. Its left arm is missing below the shoulder having been completely obliterated from the combustion beam. Izuku goes to try to set off another combustion beam at the creature but has to dodge an attack from one of the other villains that swung a sword at him. He lifts his hand and catches the blade between his fingers before bending it at a 90 degree angle before punching the villain several times in quick succession hitting his chi points. Lifting both hands upwards sharply, he creates a massive sphere of flames that surround him before he pushes them outwards forcing the encroaching villains to back off. By the time he manages to get a line of sight on the Nomu once again he sees something that horrifies him. The creature is back on its feet with the bloody stump on it's arm spasming and beginning to metastasize outwards as the arm regenerates from the blast. With the newly regenerated arm, the nomu slams its clawed hand into the dirt creating a wall of stony spikes right towards Izuku. "It has bending and multiple quirks?!" Izuku shouts before having to dodge the oncoming attack.

"He was created to be able to kill All Might. Did you really think I was the final boss? No it's him, and there's no extra lives this time Avatar." The villain leader speaks once more before seeing Korogiri return to his side.

"One of the students managed to escape." He admits to his leader. "I apologize, Master Shigaraki." He says finally giving the villain leader a name.

"You incompetent fool. I'd kill you here and now if you weren't our ticket out of this dump." Shigaraki chastises his ally before turning his attention towards Aizawa. "No matter, by the time help arrives we'll have sent our message." He says before lifting his arms upwards, circling them in a wide arc then thrusting them forwards towards Aizawa. This action causes two steel cables to launch from his wrists before ensnaring Aizawa's leg and arm causing him to drop the water tendrils he's been using to attack the invaders.

Izuku is shocked to see the other villain suddenly metal bend, it should be impossible, no one except for him has multiple bending elements. However he isn't given time to think on this as the Nomu is attacking him once more. Left with a split second decision Izuku thrusts his arm forwards and blasts the cables with the hottest fire he can manage causing the cables to melt freeing Aizawa. This decision left him open to the attack from the Nomu giving it ample opportunity to slam both of its fists directly on his stomach and chest. He feels multiple ribs break from the attack and he vomits up blood before he slams hard against the pavement. A piece of rebar from the reinforced concrete pierced his right knee causing him to scream in pain. His consciousness begins to fade in and out for a moment before he sees the Nomu stand up to its full height. It shifts down to pick him up, wrapping its massive hand around his chest causing him even more pain as his broken ribs press against his lungs. Then it all turns white.

Across the USJ, Bakugou and Kirishima had made quick work of the villains in the ruins zone, and with the help of Inasa and Jirou, they managed to either dispatch or capture most of the villains that had attacked them. The group of four gather near the edge of the ruins zone preparing to head to the landslide zone to assist their classmates when they hear Izuku cry out in pain from the attack. He immediately blasts himself up to the top of a broken building, and it's met with a horrific sight. He sees Izuku laying flat on his back in a crater with the massive creature looming over him leaning down to seemingly finish the job. Time seems to slow down as he clenches his fists, takes a sharp inhale and prepares to fire a combustion beam right for the creature attacking his friend. As he begins to lean forwards preparing to fire it, even from this massive distance he sees Izuku's eyes flash white. "Oh shit." He says as he lets the charging energy dissipate back into himself. Shouto, Kirishima and Jirou manage to get to the top of the building before feeling a massive increase in temperature around them and the winds begin to pick up. As they get to the top of the building they see something that will be etched into their minds forever.

Floating high above the central plaza is a tornado of fire attached to the waist of the avatar. Around him, the fire is so intense that it is carbonizing the invading villains in place, leaving only a black ash statue of the person that they once were. The nomu itself is trying to protect itself from the inferno being created by the avatar. The firenado at his waist suddenly shrinks as he slams into the ground shaking the entire building. The entire central plaza is ripped apart as massive fissures of stone are created in a massive spider web pattern from where he had stuck the concrete. From the miniature ravines created by the attack, lava begins to leak up from the ground as the entire central plaza is turned into a lava field. Shigaraki B-lines it right for Korogiri who warps his leader and himself to safety in order to survive the Avatar's onslaught. The Nomu is swallowed up to the waist in lava as it screams in pain being burned alive. The avatar lifts a hand upwards and pushes it forwards causing the lava to swallow the pathetic creature putting it out of its misery. Despite the sheer destruction being left in the avatar's wake, Aizawa manages to get himself to safety, realizing that he isn't being attacked by Izuku. However the same can't be said for the invaders. Around his waist another tornado of fire, ash and even near molten rocks begin to orbit him. Water is being drawn in from the downpour and ship wreck zones creating a ring around him and covering his chest where it begins to glow. Around his body a sphere of black smoke and air from the fires begins to form a sphere around his body. Glowing almost molten stones being pulled upwards around him orbit in an opposite direction as the water with a ring of blue flames formulating itself within the sphere. Aizawa scrambles towards the door, managing to get to the intercom. "Everyone get out of the building now! Midoriya's gone into the avatar state!" He shouts before rushing over to pick up the unconscious body of 13 and evacuating with the students that were at the top of the stairs.

Kyoka leads her little group over to the side wall of the ruins zone before stabbing her earphone jacks into the metal and peeling it open allowing them to escape. Across the facility, Momo and her group blasts themselves out of the building with her lightning bending before catching up with the rest of their classmates. Inasa blows hard into his bison whistle causing Iggy to come to them but it's going to be a while before his bison can get there. As the pro's begin to arrive at the scene, Aizawa takes a headcount of the class, making sure that everyone had made it out and thankfully Camie and Tsuyu had managed to escape in the chaos, with Camie keeping her and Tsu invisible until they escaped. The sheer heat of the Avatar's onslaught is causing the metal superstructure to begin to melt. Seeing this the heroes immediately evacuate the class in order to get as far away as possible from the Avatar's rage.

Within the building, the heat becomes so intense that the entire facility hits its flashpoint catching on fire. The concrete and rocky surfaces around the facility melt to lava that flows in rivers around the entire building. Molten metal begins to drip down from the roof of the building as the avatar raises the facility to the ground. A secondary vortex of flames and smoke orbits around the blue flame cyclone at his waist continuing the destruction of the USJ. It expands outwards blasting the walls of the building apart revealing the several stories tall flaming blue twister in the center of the runs. The collapsing roof melts to slag as it falls to the lava below, the ball of air created by the avatar protecting him from the molten metal as it rains down into the lava beneath him. Content with the destruction, the firenado begins to cool before turning to air as he maneuvers himself to safety. The stones in the orbiting cloud around him falling away then the fire burns itself out as the water begins to trickle down from the orbiting column of air. The avatar flies himself over to where the classes are, the blue light in his eyes beginning to die off as he lowers himself to the ground. When his feet touch the asphalt the power of the avatar state dissipates causing the air to die down as he collapses from the strain. Momo is there to catch him as he falls forwards into her arms. Behind them, the entire USJ facility has been reduced to a molten heap of slag and carbonized bodies of the villains that had attacked UA.
