"Oh and here we'll play, air ball! " Anng rushed from one end of the court to the other. "And I can teach him my marble trick! "

Katara chuckled at Aang's excitement. "We don't know if he or she would even be an airbender, Aang! "

"Well he could be! " Aang exclaimed.

"Or she, " Katara added.

"And then I'll teach him how to glide! "

Katara's smile faltered, as she scoffed at her husband. Katara loved him but, he could be a pain in the butt, even for the avatar.

She turned back to the house, a hand protectively on her bloated belly.

And then she felt something. Yup.

"Aang? " She let out a heavy breath.

"Yes darling?" His smiling face fell when he saw Katara's horrified expression. He sprinted to his wife.

"You ok? " He asked, putting his arms around her protectively.

"The babys coming!" Katara screeched. Aang gasped, lifting his wife and running into their home.

He sat her on a her bed, and ran for the white lotus doctor. The doctor ran in with Aang right behind.

After at least 2 hours the baby was born.

"It's a boy! " They called out. Aang kinda felt proud of himself for guessing correctly. He took the baby from the doctor and held him in his large hands.

"He's beautiful Katara. Just like you, " Anng murmured bringing the baby closer to his mother. But Katara was exhausted and unconscious.

That evening everyone dropped by for a visit. Everyone being Soka the very proud uncle, and his wife Suki. Police chief Toph. And Fire Lord Zuko and his very pregnant wife May.

"Ah he has my eyes! " Soka exclaimed shoving his face into the baby's Cot.

"No he doesn't, " Katara grumbled.

"And my hair, I can already see his little pony tail..." Sokka wiped a fake tear away. Katara rolled her eyes at her older brother.

"So what's Junior twinkle toe's name? " Toph asked, staring at the sleeping baby.

"Ooh I know! " Sokka exclaimed, "Soki "

Katara scrunched her nose, as Suki cringed.

"What about Zuko, " Zuko said standing in front of the cot.

"Nah, " Sokka dismissed.

"I was actually thinking Bumi, " Anng said, walking in and grabbing his son's toy. He smiled taking a seat before the cot, remembering his best friend who passed away a few years ago.

"Oh Aang..." Katara walked over to hug him.

"Katara can I hold him?! " Sokka asked too excitedly. Katara wasn't so sure, but he was the uncle. She picked her son up and placed him in her brother's arms.

"Oooh he's so squishy, " Sokka whispererd.

"Duh, sokka what do you expect a baby to feel like. " Toph rolled her eyes.

May scoffed at him, while zuko smiled at his bud.

"When are we expecting that little one?" Anng asked.

"Soon, " May said.

"Very soon, " Zuko added, smiling at his wife.

~3 years later~

"Appa yipyip! " Aang exclaimed. Appa lifted into the air and took off.

Aang turned behind him to see his son, hanging on the edge of the seat. Aang's face turned white as he hopped to his son.

"Bumi! " He gasped picking his son up and placing him between his legs. "You're mothers going to kill me!"

"Daddy where are we going? " Bumi asked.

"We're going to visit a friend" Aang said, brushing his son's hair down. It was just as sokka said, he would have a pony tail.

After an hour of Aang trying to hold Bumi down, and feeding him, they finally arrived.

Omashu city came into view. Anng picked up his son and hopped off Appa.

"Thanks Appa we'll be right back" He patted Appa and walked to the gates. He passed through with only a nod at the guards.

"Welcome to Omashu Bumi! "

"Omachu? " Bumi asked. Aang laughed.

They walked around for a while before coming to stand before the late King Bumi's statue.

"Hey Bumi, I brought your name sake. He's just like you, " Aang said. Baby Bumi became uneasy and stretched his small hands out to the statue.

"Thanks for everything. I'll always miss you. " Anng bowed respectfully and walked away.

And then he did what he was dying to do with his son since the day he was born. He placed his son in earth cart, throwing himself in and sliding down the earth ridges. Things didn't really go as planned, after Bumi puked all over him. But it was worth it.

Sure Aang wanted an Airbender kid to continue the air bending abilities. But no one could change the fact that Bumi was his first born and Aang would still spoil him to no extent, that was untill the next baby was born.
