Your POV

I strolled through the courtyard, looking for my boyfriend, FireLord Zuko. When I finally spotted his figure in the shower, I groaned, made my way across the tall grass, and banged open the door. I peeled off my boots and socks before collapsing on my sofa, waiting for Zuko to come out. 

Zuko must have seen me because he came out right that instant wearing a robe. I sighed in relief and jogged up to him, pulling him into a warm embrace.

"You are so F going to pay for disappearing on me like that," I growled against his chest. I heard Zuko's heartbeat pick up and I pushed him into his room, locking the door behind me. 

We weren't exactly the 'let's go out sometime!' couple. We were the hot, badass, overprotective type. So I kinda had permission beforehand to be able to do this. Of course, Zuko rarely denied anything I asked for these days unless it was to buy something. Then he would straight up say no.

I slammed him against the wall. "Do you not understand how worried I was, idiot?! I almost cried, Zuko." Zuko cupped my cheek and whispered continuous apologies. Fortunately, I was ready to forgive him anyways so I smiled. "I love you."

"I love you too."
