Bio: Born in Alaska, had a normal uninteresting life until Both he and his Brother Jake joined the Marines while his third brother joined the RDA. After his brother Jake was discharged and joined the RDA After the death of the third brother. Decker remained in the Marines and served faithfully until learning of the RDA's treachery and his Brother's brave attempts to help united the Na'vi and Humans. Jake Sully went missing after Escaping the RDA's Grip. Decker was part of Project NOMAD, A Supersoldier program meant to increase the speed, strength, durability, sight, and mental capacity while keeping the normal external looks of a regular human.
