Ride
When we got to his car, he got in the passengers seat and let me chill in the drivers seat. I put in the CD and the fun began. I just got a quick question.. When I listen a song that I really like, am I the only one who sees dance moves in my head? Then when I get the dance moves in my head, my body begins to twitch like its gonna dance how I pictured it in my head? If that makes any sense.. Because that's what happened. I'm so glad that Trevor didn't see it. Then a personal favorite of his came on.
Trevor: This one right here is my favorite, along with Mixtape. It's called Turn Down.
Baby can we turn down?
I just wanna know
Baby can we turn down
So I can turn you on
She's screaming now
Turn down for what?
(For me baby, for me baby, for me baby)
Turn down for what?
(For me baby, for me baby, for me baby)
Autumn: Your favorites are the most sexual ones on here but they have the best vibe that I'd listen to before I'd go to sleep.
He laughed.
Trevor: Fine. What's your favorite?
Autumn: All Day. I like that instrumental pause in the middle.
Trevor: I actually wrote a rap to that, but I just need someone to rap it for me. Somebody crazy.
Autumn: I see.. I still like this version. When you find somebody, tell me.
Trevor: Okay. Let's switch sides.
I got out without another word and we switched sides.
Trevor: Ready to go?
Autumn: Where?
Trevor: Home, the studio, dancing, wherever.
I really do need to get my mind off of ways to murder Jacob.. The sad part is that I've already come up with six ways already. Maybe a night out with Trevor wouldn't kill me..
Autumn: Well, there is this movie that I've been dying to see.
Trevor: What movie is it?
Autumn: The Secret Life Of Pets.
Trevor: Aww man. Is that the one with the animals in it and stuff?
Autumn: If you're not thinking about Zootopia or the Jungle Book, then yeah.
Trevor: Kevin Hart is in it?
Autumn: We are now on the same page.
Trevor: Cool, let's go.
When we got there, he got us popcorn and we found our seats. Without even trying to hide it or play it off, he stretched his arm over my seat but didn't touch me. As far as I'm concerned, all I could think about during the movie was the comparison of my craziness with that bunny and how awesome that poodle is. I don't even like rock music all like that but she just made it look so fun. At the end of the movie, the popcorn was only half eaten and Trevor had to shake me out of my trance.
Trevor: Autumn!
Autumn: Huh? Oh.. Right. Thank you Trevor. I had fun hanging out with you today.
Trevor: Who says that night has to end here? We can go see another movie or dance and chill or whatever. If it's cool with you, I'm down.
Autumn: What time is it?
Trevor: About five.
I nodded.
Autumn: Okay. One more activity and then you're taking me back home.
Trevor: Ooh. She called it an activity.
He said, breaking it down into syllables as we left the theatre. Ac-ti-vi-ty is how he said it.
Trevor: What's next?
Autumn: You pick.
Trevor: You sure? Cause if I pick it out, you probably won't get home on time.
Autumn: Oh please, Trevor. Just pick.
He smiled and started the car.
Trevor: Okay.
We arrived at a big place and he lead me inside. A nice big living room, a beautiful kitchen and then a dance studio.
Autumn: Okay wait, pause. Who's house did we just break into?
He laughed and shook his head.
Trevor: Relax, it's my Uncle's house. I stay here with him for college so that I won't have to pay for room and board at my school.
Autumn: That's smart.
Trevor: Why thank you.
He took a bow and then went to a stereo that was in the corner of the room.
Trevor: I hope you brought your dancing shoes because I don't dance in my tenni-shoes.
Autumn: What kind of shoes am I supposed to wear, then?
Trevor: The slippery kind.
He said as he threw his other shoe across the room and then did a spin.
Autumn: Well you could've just said my socks.
I took my shoes off and placed them over in a corner.
Trevor: Nah. Saying socks is just too bland.
Autumn: Well, what are we dancing to?
He pressed play on the stereo and spoke again.
Trevor: In My Feelings.
Autumn: What song?
Trevor: You pick it this time.
Autumn: Okay.
I went and chose a different CD with my favorite song on it. The beat came on again and I walked with it.
Trevor: Know Your Name..
Autumn: Well you already know my name.
Trevor: In this song, I don't. Now show me what you got.
Autumn: Fair enough. I just have to listen to it really quick.
~Trevor~
Man, I have absolutely no idea why Jacob would break up with her. A seventeen year old girl who acts like a woman in her thirties is amazing. Her body is perfect with those curves and her style has definitely improved. Her personality has not changed which is perfect but I just gotta give her some time. I sat there and scrolled through my feed on al y accounts and before I knew it, she was ready to dance. She showed me what she had in mind and I loved it.. With a few minor tweaks needed here and there, this dance could be perfect for both of us. We spent the rest of our time and energy trying to perfect the dance until we couldn't move. Heaving chests and laughing in a hot room with music blaring. Neither of us wanted to move.
Autumn: Trevor? What time is it?
I took out my phone and looked at it.
Trevor: About nine-ish.
Autumn: Okay.. Wait, what?
She sat up in an instant.
Trevor: What's wrong?
Autumn: Nothing, I just. I don't know. I'm tired.. Very very tired.
After saying that, she threw her shirt back on but didn't button it. Then her jacket.
Trevor: I can't tell.
I didn't bother throwing on my shirt. I just grabbed my stuff and took her back to the car.
Trevor: If it helps, you can stay the night here and I'll just take you back in the morning.
Autumn: I can't.
Trevor: It's cool. Catch you tomorrow?
Autumn: Sure but I don't think I'll be officially up until one.
Trevor: Okay.
I drove her home and she got out. When I noticed that she left her CD in the car, I hopped out and and handed it to her just as she got the door open.
Autumn: Thanks Trevor.
She placed her hands on my shoulders, got on her tip toes and kissed my cheek.
Autumn: I'd hug you but the way my limbs are set up.
We both laughed at that and then she inside. Cheesy huh? Well, it works with the right ones. I learned a lot from Jacob, like how to get a girl, but what I learned on my own was how to keep my girl. Courtney and I are still on good terms. As for Jacob and Autumn?
Good luck..
