The Garden 

A garden of delight

somewhat abstract in its sight

upon a sudsy canvass of powder blue

Butterflies and dancing flowers

timid toadstools in sprinkled showers

lacy blades of grass poking through the dew

As the sun emits its shine

this posy palette does entwine

a sight no nature lover would eschew

And as the day proceeds in growing

this tableau continues showing
