Dear Whoever Reads This,

Yesterday was such a bizarre, wacko, day that I need to write out what happened because the amount of things I got done in less than 18 hours is absolutely insane. 

Anyways I usually wake up anywhere from 7am-8am naturally because of the sleep schedule Aspen has me on. So I think I woke up around idk 8ish ?? So I woke up made myself some cereal watched some tiktoks and then my history class was from 10:15-11:15. 

After that class ended I went to walmart with Aspen so we could pick up some snacks since I had been only eating meals and it was driving me crazy so I picked up some baby carrots to dip in ranch because it sounded like it would taste really good. I also picked out a few unhealthy snacks. Little Debbie do be my best friend though lol

After this I got my homework for today done (I usually do my homework the day before it's due so that I can have a day off at the end of the week to just vibe and relax). I wasn't able to get it all done unfortunately but I did get a lot of it done until one of my math classes started at 2. (I'm taking a number theory class and a geometry class this semester). 

After this class ended I got ready and looked all pretty because my apartment building is doing this "valentines week" thing so yesterday was donuts and pictures day so me and my three roomies whom I love and we all get along like crazy went and took pictures together in the photobooth. 

One of our roommates HATES us lol and it's lowkey mutual we all just don't vibe she's extremely mean at times (very fake personality, nice to our faces and then talks behind all our backs). Anyways when we came back we were joking around and she yelled at us for being loud so we all just were like whatever and tried to be quiet for her sake. I went to the bathroom to take some pictures since I looked cute and I guess this is when everything went down sjsksk. 

Basically rude roommate made cookies the other day and they're like rock solid now for some reason we don't get how. My roommate MJ decided to put the cookie in the microwave to soften in. But she put the cookie in the microwave by itself with no plate or anything and heated it up for 45 seconds. Needless to say, When she opened the microwave it was SMOKING really bad and we all tried our best to try and get the smoke down. 

We were all laughing about it because it seems like every single day someone in the apartment is trying to set that fire alarm off. While we were laughing and trying to get the smoke to go out the window rude roommate SLAMMED the door on Aspen's face when she went to close it herself and that kinda pissed us off. 

Anyways, our attempts failed and we set off the building's fire alarm so the entire apartment complex (like, there's three buildings and all of them) had to evacuate. We were joking around but we were pretty embarrassed about it so we walked across the street to where MJ's boyfriend lives and stayed in his apartment until things calmed down. 

Eventually we walked back and rude roommate was pissed about it and talking on the phone with her parents complaining about us but honestly we were kind of over it because there was nothing we could do. This morning she was a lot calmer and nicer and talked to us about it but yeah yesterday she was EXTREMELY pissed but there was nothing we could do. 

After this I went onto a zoom call with one of my teachers and we talked about a study guide for my class and I got some answers for my friend since he couldn't get onto the zoom call and then I exited out and finished the rest of my homework. This is when the apartment complex sent out the email I talked about on my message board where they "subtweeted" us. I facetimed with my two best friends Sabina and Ava and then around 7ish Aspen, MJ, and I went to go visit the fourth fun roommate, Fernanda, at her job. 

So we stormed her job to get dinner and while there I facetimed my other best friend back from Virginia, Hannah. We were joking around about the rude roommate when it was brought up that the roommate who we'll give a fake nickname idk let's go with Marker. So Marker had been moving our clothes out of the dryer so she could do her laundry instead of, like everyone else, asking whose it is and giving that person the chance to move their own stuff out. 

There was a time where Marker sent out a super passive aggressive text that was completely targeted at MJ so we basically copy and pasted her text and sent it out (technically just Fernanda sent it out) using her words but instead changed it so instead talking about clean checks and talked about moving people's laundry. 

The text Marker had sent ended with 'You guys are adults, figure it out. Love y'all.' so we ended the text with that. Anyways things sort of hit the fan and we got into this huge passive aggressive fight over text but I tried to stay out of it and didn't text anything because I didn't want it to seem like we were all just ganging up against her (even though, really, that's what happened. I did feel bad about it). 

Eventually the three of us left Fernanda's job and went back home. Aspen had to do a proctored exam so I couldn't go into my room so I found a quiet room that my apartment complex has and secured it where I was able to call my sister and I literally ended up talking to her for an hour and a half. Eventually when I came back to the apartment I did my laundry, finished up some of my homework that's due Wednesday and then I went to bed sometime around 10, 10:30. 

So, as you can tell, yesterday was a LONG day. If you're wondering why I'm never updating books it's because I've been having days like this a lot lol. Marker left today and she's going to be with her family until next Tuesday, but we all made up with her and made sure that things were going smoothly before she left. 

Her birthday is on Sunday so when she comes back on Tuesday we're planning to throw her a little surprise party since we do genuinely feel bad about ganging up against her, even though there were a lot of issues we were having that needed to be brought up. 

Today's been a lot more chill. I have a class in person that starts at 8 and goes until 9:30. My teacher likes to do these quizzes where he plays and 80s song and the first person to guess the name and singer gets a prize and I won today (Time After Time by Cindy Lauper). 

After I came home from class Fernanda made me breakfast because she's great, we talked with Marker about everything that happened and I've been working on homework since. I put away my laundry that I did yesterday though that was nice. I have a class in literally two minutes (it's my other math class) so that's nice. 

Maybe I'll write tomorrow if anything interesting happens tonight but honestly I don't have any plans other than a zoom meeting with some friends from my math class to go over homework together at around 5ish. Also taking a shower lol Maybe.
