The Planning

"Let's see, I don't really want to work with any of you but if I have to I'll do the design work of the arena." Annabeth said sitting in one of the three chairs in the room, then muttered under her breath, "Of course, if I bring Seaweed Brain here...No...it would be an underwater arena...and that's not good. He still doesn't understand the fact that not everyone can breathe underwater like him..."

"Ok then I call doing the traps and stuff. I got quite some ideas," Tris leaned back in her chair.

"From the looks of you I can tell you're not good with tech stuff. I'll help you with that." Annabeth reasoned.

"I'm good with technology. Probably even better than you so back off." Tris crossed her arms and rolled her eyes, being astonished at the fact that the other girl had just judged her by her looks.

The two girls started arguing about which person was better before realizing there was a third person in the room. Artemis Fowl had already started to explore the gadgets and new technology in the room.

"Hmm, interesting. They have electric air touch screens here. Wonder what I could do with-"

"HEY! PALE BOY. You, get over here," Annabeth yelled. "Tell this girl that I'm better than her with tech."

"Is that how you speak to you head gamemaker?" Artemis Fowl turned around to face her and said in a calm voice.

"Yes, because I felt like it. So what? Anyway, what are you going to do?" She rolled her eyes.

"I propose that I should be the one who designs the arena and manage the technology around here. After all I am the head gamemaker. Also, I propose that Tris give Annabeth the ideas and Annabeth could plan them out." Artemis shrugged and sat down the Head Gamemaker's seat.

"No, I refuse to do that." Tris crossed her arms. "You may be the leader but I will not do only that simple task."

"Or you can do that AND study the tributes, see what their strengths and weaknesses are. I mean you did spend quite a lot of time fighting your weaknesses in Dauntless, didn't you?" Artemis turned around and started to work on a blueprint of the arena. "If you object, I can always complain to President Snow and he can switch you out."

She submitted in defeat and sighed. "How many days do we have?"

Artemis shrugged again. "I don't know, ask President Snow. I already have the general idea of the arena so already I am ahead of both of you. And if I were in that position I would get started right now."
