I was especially disappointed in the lack of participation in this first task. I only received a handful of entries (thank you to all who turned in an entry). Maybe its because I didn't remind you enough, or maybe its because most of you just didn't want to write it. I honestly won't even care if you turn in an entry two hours late with one sentence saying, "Costco is a great place to go shopping." At least you turned something in! So please, please, please turn something  in during the next task.

FEEDBACK: More showing of emotion- "I'm so nervous though, that I can barely speak..." it's a bit of description, but mostly telling. Say how her insides are becoming knotted up with spikes, how fire is racing in her blood. Especially during the interview. Each set of dialogue should start a new paragraph; its easier to read and, of course, grammatically correct. Watch out for tense changes and words like "gonna" are essentially just abbreviations made for talking; you should use more proper terms, like "going to" instead. To be honest, the interview is the tiniest bit cliche, it all flows nicely and in Crystal's favour; is there nothing that touches her memories? Any questions that might be a bit more personal and that Crystal might be more hesitant to respond to? Overall, just to make it longer- was on the short side- add more description; show me more and tell me less.

FEEDBACK: I get how he answers each of Caesar's questions smoothly with confidence but do any of them trigger any memories or emotions that could possibly help the reader understand the tribute better? When you said, "I paused here, to hear the cheers from the loyal Capitol at my words. In through, I almost vomited from the sheer magnitude of the lies,"  What was your actual answer? That could also be really beneficial when it comes to figuring out who your tribute is as a person.

FEEDBACK: There were some punctuation and grammar errors here and there but overall it wasn't bad. In your entry there were many places where you started a new paragraph after or before dialogue. And while I was reading it, it would sort of cut the flow off of the entry. Next time you could try having longer paragraphs within your entry and make your entry seem less choppy overall.

FEEDBACK: This was a good start, but there were many punctuation errors and places that could've used a comma. And this entry being a lot shorter than the average entry, I would suggest a lot more description when it comes to your surroundings and your tribute's emotions. For instance when Rayyan replied to Caesar's question of being an orphan, you could've included details saying how he felt about it, what made him answer what he did, and clues that help the reader understand Rayyan better as a tribute, as well as a person.  You also could have added more aspects about your outfit and Caesar's as well. Another tip would be to start a new paragraph whenever there's a new set of dialogue.

Also when your tribute is thinking something in her head, I suggest using italics  or putting something like "Rinn thought," to indicate she's thinking.
