Hi! Welcome to my Author's Games! Author's Games is basically writing entries while competing against other writers. If you have questions just comment below or directly message me. So this is for the rules and how I will score. Follow them and all will be well.

RULE #1: DO NOT IN ANY WAY SEND HATE TO ANY OTHER AUTHOR INCLUDING ME

The title says it all, but no cussing or hate words are to be sent to anyone. If that's the case you are immediately disqualified and unable to continue the games. Criticism is allowed if I made a mistake but be clear that there is a fine line between criticism and hate.

RULE #2: LANGUAGE

Cussing is allowed. At least from my point of view. But please do not make like 50% of your entry cuss words. Also if it gets to the point where it becomes an insult to anyone please stop.

RULE #3: CHEATING

By cheating that means do not ask/bribe any other tribute to do something for you. Ex: Bribing for no death ballots, begging for votes, etc...

RULE #4: ALLIANCES

So, my rules for alliance are a little strict. Sorry about that but that's the way I roll. And here we go...

Alliance must contain 2-4 tributes. No more, no less. 

The alliance must be okay by all users. I have to be okay too but I mean unless one of them is out or disqualified I don't see why I would say no :)

The users in the alliance must be included in all/most of their entries or either 1: That specific user gets 5 points knocked off from their score. Or 2: The alliance is cancelled and you may no longer work with the other tributes. 

If you want an alliance comment somewhere to inform me. Once I ask for proof and every user agrees then an official alliance will be formed. And I'll be sure to post those too, just for the other tributes to see.

I think that's all for now. Also I don't except late entries unless I am informed by you within one day. I also give bonus points if it's turned in at least a week earlier so try to be early!

SCORING

Basically once you turn it in to me by email I will grade it based on punctuality, spelling, grammar, and most important of all, creativity.  The scores will be out of 12 each time.

DEATH BALLOTS

For each death ballot .5 is taken off from your score. And that sorta brings me back to rule number 3. No bribing or begging other tributes to not give you death ballots. Oh and depending on each entry, a number of tributes will be sadly leaving us. Now I'll put them up for votes. The ones with the most votes will get to move on to the next task while the others will leave/die. There goes number 3 again. Don't beg for votes.

EXTRA POINTS

I hope the title caught your attention. Anyway, for each task there may be some special perks to certain people who turn their entry in first, include certain things in their entry, etc.

In Entry Deaths: Here is where you put whoever died in your entry. Please include their name and district.

Ex: Rue- District 11

Ballot deaths: As said above, for each death ballot given to the tribute 0.5 points are knocked off from their scores. Here you can tell me who you want to secretly kill. After all, "Who doesn't want secret kills?" quoted after Clara. Again, put the tribute name and district.

Ex: Cato- District 2

YOU MUST TURN YOUR ENTRY IN WITH THIS FORMAT AND THIS FORMAT ONLY. ANYTHING ELSE WILL RESULT IN A DEDUCTION OF 0.5 POINTS.
