This is a more in depth explanation to you newcomers to Authors Games and people who've been in games before and need to be reminded on certain things (Sorta like me). So if you don't have the exact details down on Author's Games in general then hopefully the things I've written below can help answer those questions.

Let's start with the basics. Author's Games is basically an online version of the Hunger Games. As you've seen before each user has a tribute (or two) that are either the male or female representative of their district.  Those tributes that you have created must overcome certain challenges that face you in the arena. And like you probably guessed, those are the things you have to write about in your entries. Like the real hunger games after each task there WILL be deaths depending on the people with the lowest scores. 24 people go in...only one will come out... *DUN DUN DUN*......

IN ENTRY DEATHS: These are deaths that your tribute witnesses during the task. That includes people that your tribute killed, and the deaths that your tribute sees. The amount of in-entry deaths will vary depending on the task. 

BALLOT DEATHS: As I have said before in Rules and Scoring, ballot deaths are people you want to kill in the games while staying anonymous. Or because you couldn't kill them in your entry. Again, these will vary depending on the task.

The lowest scoring tributes or the ones with the most ballots and in entry deaths will be put up for votes. That means there will be a few tributes on the brink of death, and y'all get to vote for the tribute you don't want to die. The person with the most votes will stay while the others with less votes have to sadly say their farewells.

SPONSORSHIPS: A sponsorship is basically extra perks from gamemakers on certain tasks. The sponsored tributes will be decided in the sponsorship task. That's your place to shine. The gamemakers will look for their favorite tributes, which means absolute BEST WORK. Don't hold back on the creativity and the resources given to you. Many perks of the sponsored include automatic full scores, extensions, extra words, etc.
