District 2 Female- Willow Quinn
Name: Willow Quinn
Age: 18
District: 2
Gender: Female
Appearance: Long, curly auburn hair and startling blue eyes that seem to stare into your soul. She's Caucasian and she's quite tall as well.
Personality: She's smart, feisty and manipulative. She feels no remorse or guilt, and actually enjoys killing. The most important thing to her, however, is to kill creatively, to think outside of the box and create a true spectacle for the Capitol to gawk at. She loves puzzles and riddles, always looking for a challenge to exercise her mind. She also likes to play her enemies, manipulating them so that they are right were she wants them. She can be quite stubborn and obstinate, refusing to do what others tell her too or to be bossed around. Willow is also very crafty and cunning, always waiting for the opportunity to stab someone in the back (Both Metaphorically and Literally) and outwit them. She always strives to be different and to stand out from everyone else, to make herself noticeable and to shock others.
Background: She was born to a family of Hunger Games hating pacifists, looked down on by her District. Naturally, she loved the Hunger Games, seeing them as the greatest creation known to man. She spent most of her time away from her family, as she absolutely loathed them, and spent many a day training for the Hunger Games. She worked most on mental strength, something that few from her district valued, but she also left ample time for working on her physical strength as well. She was an utter disgrace to her family, but such things were trivial to her. She wouldn't let her family's views govern her own principals.
Strengths: Her mind, both in intelligence and manipulativeness, her utter remorseless, meaning she cares not for those she kills in any way and her ability to wield a dual-bladed sword proficiently
Weaknesses: Her stubbornness can sometimes betray her, her obstinacy sometimes leaving to fatal mistakes, she tends to sometimes be over-confident leaving her to make mistakes. She also can't handle weights very easily, preferring more light-weighted weapons.

GAMEMAKER REACTIONS
"I see we have a smart fighter on our hands," Artemis Fowl the second mused.
"Yea. I admire her spirit. One of a kind. Or divergent as I call it." Tris laughs at her cheesy joke and takes another bite of her unfinished breakfast.
"She's a little brutal but pretty sure when it comes down to life or death that violent brain of hers will do herself some good and may save her life." Annabeth twirls a lock of her dirty blond hair. Setting up the arena has taken a giant toll on her. Between designing the new Olympus and being a gamemaker, it sometimes feels impossible to get everything down at once. But she couldn't let the capitol or the Gods and Goddesses down.
"Unlike you which got you into trouble every time," Tris calls out to her. Standing up Annabeth growls "Sure. And lets see where your little divergent plans got your parents Tris Prior. How are they by the way? Oh I forgot. They're in Heaven."
"Why you little-"
"Girls. Stop bickering like my brothers and act more like mature adults. These last few days were a nightmare with you two stirring up storms every few seconds. Make up and act like friends for once. Fake friends will do too." Artemis gently massages his head.
"Ok," The girls simultaneously grumbled.
"I propose a little break for now. Any more comments to add?"
"I might as well finish my thought. Willow is your typical traditional Career girl but there's a little something more... Divergent in there too. I don't know what, but its there," Annabeth turned away from Tris's smug face.
"Great. Anything else?" Artemis did not show it, but he was relieved that the tension between the two girls were more relaxed. Not resolved, but relaxed.
"Nah. But I need to keep a stash of these blueberry muffins in my room. Never one to like blueberries but you know, times can change." Tris started towards the door, wanting to leave before Annabeth and her temporary silent truce dissolved.
