Physical Appearance: Standing at five inches and four feet tall, Amelia is average height. She is of average weight and has an average chest, but aside from those three things Amelia is not average. Her round face has high cheekbones and a small nose that has the perfect number of three freckles on it. She has green eyes that are nothing compared to her long black lashes, and her big smile beats all that out of the water. With curly red hair, she's got that fiery look added, and she definitely dresses up to that. The only flaw she's ever found on herself is a bumpy scar on her arm that she got during training a few years back. There's nothing physically wrong with her--at least, nothing she'd ever let the public know.

Personality: Amelia acts like a total ditz. She frolics around, giggles constantly, and uses the words "like" "love" and "totally" way too often. Behind that frontward appearance is a personality hardly anyone gets to see--Amelia is sarcastic, snarky, and a lot smarter than she lets on. She's manipulative and great at making herself look like the victim in all cases.

Past: Amelia has two hard working parents who love each other and no siblings. Well, the first and last part of that is true. While she has two parents and no siblings, her father is a lying official who works with the Mayor of Two and her mother works with him. Both are actively cheating on the others but would never admit that to the public. It was natural that Amelia didn't pay much attention to them. No, she focused on training and working for a position as a Peacekeeper. She aspired to be in control of others. Perhaps, she always figured, she'd make a good Mayor's wife one day if she could charm the right people.

Weapon of Choice: Her main weapon of choice would have to be her hands. She prefers being the one in complete charge of the death while the person suffocates. If not her hands, then a small knife or dagger would work well.

Strengths: Her manipulation is definitely up here, as with her smarts. Another thing she's good at is running.

Weaknesses: Her own manipulation skills come back to fault here, as people often view her as a ditz and that can get her in bad situations. She's not too good with telling the truth, either. Another weakness of hers is that Amelia cannot eat in front of people. This will hurt her in the Arena as cameras will be everywhere.
