★Physical Appearance: Even though 13 years have passed, at first glance Sebastian's appearance has changed very little. He's grown a little taller, a little broader in the shoulders, has even achieved a hint of stubble on his chin. His hair is still thick and dark, although it no longer hangs past his shoulders as it once did. He still has dark eyes and pale skin that have no scars or blemishes. All traces of the injuries he received during his time in the Games are gone, all covered up by surgeons.

Despite Sebastian's attempts to erase his time in the arena, there are still markers that prove he was, some more subtle than others. His left arm was badly burned, and while it looks relatively normal, thanks to the perks of having lots of money in the medical world, it hangs loose at his side, as he's unable to feel it. If one were to look beyond that, which most rarely do, they would notice the fine lines carved into his features and the constantly moving eyes that never seem to blink. They would notice that he's never still, always tapping his fingers and that his shoulders are hunched, as if carrying the weight of the world. They would notice that even though his appearance remains familiar, he does not.

★Personality: Over a decade of living with his guilt and remembering the cousin he used to have has changed Sebastian. Gone is the arrogance and cruelty that used to define him, replaced with guilt that keeps him isolated and memories that keep him silent. Rather than hardening him like the Games have done to so many others, the opposite seems to have happened. After coming home to his own family calling him a monster, Sebastian has tried to change himself into someone better. In some ways, he's succeeded. There's a gentleness to his actions that wasn't there before, and a new softness to his words. Despite this, Sebastian can't quite rid himself of the bloodthirsty Career that he used to be. There are moments where he snaps and reverts back to the old him, moments where all he wants is to see the person in pain. Once those moments pass though, Sebastian is once again overcome by guilt.

★Past: Sebastian's life is firmly split into two parts: before and after becoming Victor. Before the Games, he was the district’s golden boy—the perfect son and Career in training. He was loud and arrogant, without a care in the world. If he wanted something, his parents provided it; in return, he trained non-stop. Once he turned 18, Sebastian volunteered and entered the arena. Unfortunately, this was also the year that his cousin was reaped. Determined to not let that affect his chances, Sebastian killed her in her sleep on the first day. He then quickly became a Capitol favorite through a combination of good looks and ruthless killing that was bloody even by Panem's standards.

It wasn’t until he came home and his family couldn’t look him in the eye that he realized what he had become. Sebastian had become Victor, but not without consequences. Nightmares crept into his sleep, no matter how many pills he took for them, he developed a nervous tick. Everywhere he went, people stared at him with suspicion in their eyes. As a result Sebastian withdrew from the community, becoming somewhat of a recluse. Maybe as a punishment for himself, maybe as a way to avoid the guilt he could no longer repress.

★Strengths: Despite never leaving his house, Sebastian is still an excellent fighter as training is an easy way to keep his mind clear. He has not yet lost the ability to know exactly what words to say, even though he no longer has anyone to speak to, and he's amassed an impressive amount of knowledge on a variety of subjects from years of reading whatever he could get his hands on.

★Weaknesses: Sebastian has a distaste for killing this time around, something that never bodes well in the arena. Similarly, Sebastian's lame left arm is going to be a weakness, as is his lack of motivation to win these Games.
