Welcome to the lottery!

Please remember that this is not the actual reservation page, that will open on December 31st at 9:00 P.M. CST, but it is a way for you to get that spot your craving before anyone else has a chance to get their dirty little mitts on it. If there's a district/gender that you absolutely must have, here's your chance to get the jump on everyone else. 

It's also good to note that in case two people decide they want a character with the same district/gender, we will be opening Capitol Spots. Which, unless someone out there has a Capitol victor they're just dying for, will be specially reserved for people who would otherwise be duking it out in the comments. All it will mean is that your character was in the Capitol at the time of the reaping and not the district they were originally from. 

Early reservations are also a fabulous way to generate interest for the game and get more people excited so that we can start sooner and you can, once again, ruin the lives of a character who did nothing to you and make the judges cry silently into their pillows. 

What you have to do is simple: put your username in the comments, and you're automatically entered into the drawing once. Anyone who comments under your username puts you in a second time, and anyone who comments under their username gets that second person in another time and so on and so forth. Like this:

Jesus Toast comments with their username: Dinoloveeer22. 

They are now entered once.

Smiley Joe replies to Jesus Toast with his username: SmileyJoeLetsGo.

Now, Jesus Toast is entered twice and Smiley Joe is entered once.

Clementine Bermuda replies to Smiley Joe with her username: ActualFrigginMermaid

Now, Jesus Toast is entered twice, Smiley Joe is entered twice, and Clementine Bermuda is entered once. 

So, seriously, if you guys love each other, just keep replying underneath someone else's comment. Bring your friends. Bring your allies. Bring your mother. This page will stay open for a full 24 hours, so get here quick. The results will be posted tomorrow at 3:00 P.M. CST.
