PERSONALITY: Arthur has been described as a "rough, tough, save the world" kind of person. He is very haughty and prideful, but also highly courageous, honorable, dutiful and just. Arthur is a talented and charismatic leader, capable of inspiring great loyalty, yet deep inside himself, he often doubts himself.

Despite his good nature, Arthur also has a hot temper and can at times become violent and aggressive, particularly when loved ones are threatened. He is also a very fickle and uncertain man, who can easily be influenced...

Arthur is also fond of teasing and not above bullying, (Although he will never go to far with it) he is still a boy at heart.

PAST: His mother died giving birth to him. His father never speaks of her, but people tell him that he looks like she did. His father is struck and of the firm belief that the Hunger Games are good. His father trained him in the hope he would get reaped, or even volunteer. Each year where that has not happened, his father is silently disapproving of him for the whole duration of the Games. When their district don't win, he will say "You should of been there Arthur, you would've won."

The thing is, Arthur does not like death, all he wants is a loving family and to be a man who his father will be proud of.
