PHYSICAL APPEARANCE: Tillie is pretty average - she has short, dark brown hair that falls to about her chin, and her eyes are dark brown and somewhat wise-looking. She's always pushing her hair out of her eyes to keep it out of the way and out of her vision. Her pale skin is a tribute to the time she spends researching and working on prototypes, although it's marred by a few noticeable beauty marks. Tillie is skinny from being underfed and from years of staying inside, and she normally wears thick clothing to help herself keep warm.

PERSONALITY: No one really likes a know-it-all, but unfortunately, that's exactly what Tillie is. She was blessed with intelligence, but she prefers to use it to show off rather than help other people. She has a tendency to be brash and pushy, and doesn't exactly consider other people when she says something. Still, she does have a few friends that have learned to put up with her and her borderline awful ways.

PAST: Tillie loves having attention, which might stem from the fact that she's the middle child out of seven. She's always felt overlooked and unimportant next to her successful older siblings and the adorable babies. Being so smart is her coping strategy - however, it didn't exactly work out for her. She usually spends her time working on new prototypes for power cells, but she's too young to be taken seriously yet.

WEAPON OF CHOICE: Her brains. She would be able to make traps with wire and such, though.

STRENGTHS: She's extraordinarily intelligent for her age, and is rather intuitive. She'll be able to hide easily, and is hoping to get sponsorship because of her age.

WEAKNESSES: She's terrible at making friends, which could hinder her ability to get sponsors or alliance, and doesn't have any real training. She's also far younger than other tributes.
