R&D Four: Rover

"Time gives legitimacy to its existence - it is the only true unit of measure."

Alias: Rover

Name: Veda Baqri, but SHADR has never been able to confirm that, for some reason.

Age: 27 (going on 13 - as in, she looks like a 12-year-old)

Gender: For simplicity's sake, Rover calls herself Female. There's hardly ever an option for 'Multiple beings in one body' on these type of documents, so she sticks to what the world knows best.

Division: Research and Development

Time with SHADR: Coming up to a year and six months. She's enjoyed it, thus far. Makes her feel like she's doing something with her time.

Citizenship: American

Education: - B.sc in Forensic Science and Analysis- Specialist Training in Forensic Pathology- That one time she spent 34 seconds learning and mastering computer hacking (SHADR were swift to use her knowledge to their advantage before she could do it herself.)

Appearance: Rover says that she had to look in the mirror for this one. She's almost 5' 9" which is rather odd seeing as her entire family line is closer to 5' than she is to 6. Her mother told her once that she resembled an ostrich, with her elongated neck and legs. As well as that, she's slim with hands on the big side, but that's alright because they match her abnormally large ears. Please do not be frightened if her eyes change from brown to violet, her brain is processing at awkward speeds that do strange things to her organs. Other than that, Rover sports a mess of black curls with shaved sides and frequently gets asked why she chooses to dress like a teenage boy.

Personality: Despite her strange disconnection with reality, or maybe in spite of it, Rover manages to not insult everybody she comes in contact with. Not really well-versed in social cues, it often takes her a few moments to realise the deeper human body language tells, but she's insanely smart. So, you know. She has that going for her, at least. Comes with having multiple brains, she supposes.

Metahuman Abilities: She's not sure if nature wanted a laugh and she was the closest victim, but SHADR have reported the existence of three different sets of brains in her skull. How they all fit in there, she doesn't know, and jokes about Megamind fly over her head, but what can you do. Rover's superhuman intelligence transcends human capabilities and edges into insanity, allowing her to process things faster than the average person. Other than that, SHADR have made notes on her odd ability to cast illusions and misdirect reality itself. Side effects of her awesomeness include Disassociative Identity Disorder, mild panic attacks, paranoia and the increasing suspicion that she is insane.

Other: Currently at 70% of her suspected abilities - not bothered to grow any further than that.
