Slot Eight: Ceto Veile

Name: Ceto Veile (cee-tow veil)

Age: 12

Gender: Female

Appearance: Ceto Veile is the goddess of the dangers of the sea, but she holds a look of an innocent light. No matter, Ceto is a beautiful little thing. Wide-rimmed eyes, smooth edges, and extra volume of hair is what makes Ceto resemble her Nana Lottie. Outside of her shadowing looks are features that belong to Ceto only— eyes as wide as the ocean and skin as smooth as the breeze. She is tall for her age, and all skin and bones except for her plump baby cheeks that take away the sharpness of her jaw. She is quite the spectacle, much like a goddess.

Personality: Much like her Nana, Ceto craves adventure. She spends her days reading books full of action, and Ceto grows jealous of the characters she reads and fantasizes. Outside of her wants, Ceto is quieter than the calmness of the sea, and sweeter than the chilly breeze. She is mature than most her age, especially after the death of her father and the attitude of her mother. She is kind and respectful to others, and holds a side of stubbornness. Overall, she is afraid of what is to come. She is afraid of the endless possibilities in her life. She is not dangerous, but she is the goddess of it, and she must play the character well.

Passenger

One Phobia: Ceto is afraid of the adventures she fantasizes about. Essentially, she has a phobia of the unknown in the wilderness (specifically frogs or toads).

Other: Nana Lottie surprised Ceto with this cruise trip to show her how books can come to life. Suppose books and life is nothing but a shipwreck.
