-So! These are my second Games. I'm still fairly new at this, so I'll start the rules section with an appeal to everybody's patience. I make mistakes. I'll do my best to fix them. Try and bear with me, okay?

-An entry is an entry. I promise not to let the writer's identity get in the way.

-Entries will be scored out of 12. Sections (worth 3 points each) are: Spelling/Grammar, Creativity, Accuracy to Task, and Do I Like It?

-"Less is more" is bull. I will never assign a word limit for a task. Ever. They make my teeth hurt, even if I don't have to cut anything.

-You will always have at least five days to write an entry, and 20 hours to vote.

-If I catch anyone attempting to tamper with voting in any way, the person in question will be disqualified, the altered votes will be nullified, and they will not be invited to any hypothetical Games in the future.

-Everyone gets one 24-hour extension, no questions asked. After this has been used, you will need to do an excellent job of convincing me that you deserve an extension of any length. I'm not easily impressed. Deadlines are there for a reason. Obey them.

-Late entries will be accepted- however, they will suffer a two-point penalty for every hour they are late. After six hours, you will receive an automatic zero and be put up for votes, no matter your score.

-Failure to hand in once guarantees an automatic zero. Failure to hand in twice earns an automatic elimination.

-Scores are cumulative! Your score (with deductions due to lateness/kills) will be added to your previous score total. Those with the lowest totals will be put up for votes.

-A ballot death or in-entry kill counts as a -1 penalty.

-If you have suffered this far, add "Let the saga begin" to the Other section of your tribute form. It will earn you -1 kills during the second task.

-Sponsorships will be selected after the first entry. My reasons for sponsorships will be based on the tribute's appeal and writing quality. It will be subjective. Sponsored tributes will receive: an automatic 13 for any task of their choosing as well as the ability to EITHER double the kills on another tribute OR halve the kills on themselves. They may do this twice for the duration of the competition.

-Be respectful, people. I expect civility from everyone involved, whether it be directed towards me, towards your fellow tributes, or towards anyone reading these Games. If this is is difficult, I politely suggest you get over it.
