Elora Reed
"No one alive in this world has seen the tree. How do you two propose that we get to it and save it." I say
"Aren't you part of the Seraphim Order?" Seraphina asks as she turns to Callina, "Can't you just fix the tree yourself."
"Sadly, that is beyond even my powers"
"Then what are we going to do?" I ask my two companions
"Well, while we were in meeting Cernunnos, the leader of the forest archons, he told me in private that the tree was dead and the nectar of the Corpse Lily is the only thing that can save it. The only catch was that all of the lilies are guarded by a fierce creature, who goes by the name of Cat Sith." replies Callina. She hasn't said much on this journey ever since the one evil vampire killed Amoris/ Phillida, but the things she has said have been very useful.
"Intresting. I have never heard of this flower. Please do tell us more."
"Well he said the flower was the col-"
"Enough of this chit-chat. We need to save the tree now. Do you happen to know where this "all powerful " flower is?" says Seraphina, smugly as she interrupts my conversation between me and Callie.
"As a matter of fact, I do know where it is. It is located in the deepest part of Demon territory. Cernunnos gave me a map that leads straight to it and if we leave now, we can reach it early tomorrow morning. "
"Then we mustn't waste time. Let's go." I say with the hope ringing in my voice.
...........................................................................................................................
After our long journey, we stop in front of the mysterious cave and attempt to put away our wings. The rising sun gives off a slight pink tinge and it follows all the way into Cat Sith's home.
"Alright. What should we do now?" asks Callina
"I vote Elora goes in." Seraphina quickly says
"But..." I search my brain for the words, but they never come out
"Right. So you go in, Elora, and get the lilly for the cure for the tree." says Callie. She comes up to hug me and when she does, she whispers in my ear, " Do well Elora and don't fail us. When you get back we can leave together, without Seraphina because I've never liked her in the first place , and I can sense you don't either."
"Deal." I whisper back to her.
I enter the cave, bracing myself for what's to come, but I only find Cat Sith sleeping in a corner. His long and sharp claws are as thick as an oak tree and his fur has little specks of human blood as if he has bathed himself in it.
I take a step closer into the cave when I hear a loud "crunch" and Cat Sith starts to rustle in the corner. I stop for a split second and then I continue moving. Beneath my foot, I find a bloody and mangled body with the life sucked out of it. The face is almost unrecognizable, but I can tell who it is by some distinct features. Her bright red hair resembles the color's of a winter fire and her skin is a gorgeous caramel color matching almost perfectly with her pear colored eyes.
I take a deep breath and keep on looking for one of powerful and restoring lilies, when something white and abundant catches my eye. I turn towards it and see three rows of the lilies. I rush over to them as quickly and as quietly as I can but something shifts in the corner and someone's loud and big bellows "Who dares disturb my slumber." I look up to see a tall figure rising from the shadows and its bright red eyes stare deep into my soul.
"Who are you?" the hideous monster asks me.
"I am Elora Reed form the Order of the Powers." I say as I stumble backwards onto another body.
I look in the corner to find Callina, though I don't remember her coming in, handling a big metal chain and I catch her drift. She wants to trap the monster and leave with as many lillies as we can get. "Aaahhh" screams Seraphina. I look over to the place she supposed to be, at the cave entrance, but I can't find her anywhere. Instead, I find her next to Cat Sith, right in the way of his big burly hand.
"Callina, now!" I scream and she throws the chains around Cat. The trap must have magical abilities because the metal loops string around him and lock him tightly in place to the ground. "Go and run. I'll grab the lily." I continue to yell at her. I run over to the rows of flowers and I grab a bundle of them. I stuff them into my over-the-shoulder satchel and I run over to the opening of the cave where Callina is.
"No please. You have to save me. Help me." screams Seraphina. Around her is the same chains that entraps Cat and he has her in his clutches.
"Release me." he booms "Or I will kill her." Callie and I share a look and then we turn back to him
"And what happens if we release you?"
"I'll kill you. And then I'll kill her." he says as he gestures to Seraphina
"So either way you'll kill her?" I ask Cat
"Well... yeah. Didn't I just say that?"
" Elora, we have to go now if we want to live. Someone else is coming and I fear they may not be on our side." Callie yells at me
"Alright fine. But I need one thing." I walk over to Seraphina as fast as I can"Give me your satchel."
"Why?" asks Seraphina
"Just give it to me. You have nothing to lose. "
"True. Fine." she reaches down as far as she can, which is pretty far considering she's trapped in the arms of Cat, and pulls the bag over her shoulder and gives it to me. I pick it up and rummage through it looking for one thing in particular.
"What are you looking for." asks Callina behind me as she peers over my shoulder.
"This." I say as I pick out the old, stuffed, brown bear.
"You want my bear? Why?"
"I want something to remember you by." I say sweetly. "Even though we weren't the best of friends and I didn't like you that much, you still stuck by me in hard times."
"Enough!" Cat Sith bellows, and he snaps her neck
"No!" I cry and I try to run over to her, but something pulls me back
"We need to go now, Elora." and she pulls me away from the crime scene and back into the outside world. A world without Seraphina. A world full of hope for the tree. A world with hope for the good.

Seraphina Ayres
This could be possibly the dumbest idea we've ever had. The group has decided that we have to go into Demon territory and defeat something called Cat Sith. Are they crazy? This is just more proof that I am the only one here that wants to live.
"You guys are kidding, right?" I ask, as they all walk ahead of me.
Eira gives me a look that could freeze over the desert. "Suck it up, oh my god. We're doing this, with or without you. And please, like Cat Sith can get through me of all people. He won't even see us coming."
While I wish this wasn't happening, there's apparently no stopping them. I start to catch up to them, Eira in between Marlow and Cestil (love triangle, anyone?), and Margaret is off to the side by herself. I've become closest to her than anyone else in the group, mostly because we're both on the good side and I can relate to her.
"So who exactly is this Cat Sith anyways?" I ask, walking beside her.
"He's this huge Demon cat, basically. We need to get there so we can steal the corpse lily. Without it, our chances of saving the World Tree are slim to none," Margaret replies.
"Uuuuggghhhh," I groan.
We continue our journey for a few more hours, having light conversation that usually turns into sarcastic banter. I guess I could get used to this. Cestil and Marlow are the most educated in Demon whereabouts, so they're leading the way. We end up facing dark woods, and I can already tell this is not going to end well.
"Alright, Cat Sith is in these woods. Find him, get the lily, and get out. If we get split up, meet back here. Got it?" Cestil looks around at all of us. We all nod, and off we go. These woods are super creepy, something I can only assume horror movies are made of. I duck under branches, step over fallen leaves and sticks, swerve around rocks. After a while, the woods seem to open up, displaying what looks like a cat sleeping in the distance. I can see my friends start to spread out as we get closer. This cat, as far as appearances show, is a totally normal tabby. I almost doubt that this can be Cat Sith, and I can see Cestil getting closer. Just as he's about to grab one of the many lilies growing in the area, a twig snaps.
Crap.
Cat Sith's eyes flick open, blood red to the core. I am now positive this isn't your normal housecat. We all stop what we're doing, waiting to see if he'll fall back asleep. Cat Sith scopes the woods, looking for the culprit. Thankfully, he doesn't see us. I could have sworn Cestil would've been discovered, but I see him hiding behind a thick tree. Cat Sith curls up again in front of his lilies, and closes his eyes once more. I think we all silently breathe a sigh of relief.
I'm the closest to Cestil, so I cover him as he attempts once more to grab a lily. Eira, Margaret, and Marlow are close behind, ready to strike if Cat Sith wakes up again. Cestil quickly grabs the first corpse lily he can get to, and starts to make his way back to us. I see trampled lilies across the opening, and lying in them are Callina and Elora. I'm the last Angel left. I guess they got too close to Cat Sith and his lilies.
We work our way back through the woods, even more careful than before. When we regroup, I feel both lighter and heavier. We got the corpse lily, and we're one step closer to saving Aimsir. But I'm the last Angel fighting for this, and if I die next, the good side will be left to the Werekind. I trust Margaret, but even though I was thrown into this, I need to prove myself to my species. It's up to me now.
Cestil and I share a look of gratitude. I had his back, and now I know he'd have mine. I sigh and glance around at my friends.
"So, where to next?"
