If you haven't already guessed by the amazingly done up picture above... We have decided our winner. This was no easy task and especially considering everything this tribute has been through, it shocked even us, as the Gamemakers. 

Yes ladies and gentlemen, our winner is WILEY TERUS, the twelve year old boy from District 12 who had no shot at winning this defeated all the odds. 

He as a tribute was one that none of us expected. It was filled with nostalgia and pain to see just how much of his innocence had been taken away from him due to our games. I still remember the naive little boy he was back in Task 1 during the interview. Vaelyn Xiavia sure wouldn't let you down easy now would she eh? Your were a phenomenal writer sarsar14 and don't let anyone tel you differently. I want you to go back and read your first entry compared to this one. It wasn't just about consistency but also the growth you experienced. 

So, without further a due. Let the anthem play just one last time... 

District 4 Male - Beckett Malen

What an awful way to end. A knife wound could mean nothing more to this man then a flick would be to a child. He fought with a constant urgency, pulling himself through the trundles of fear. Beckett was the last one to die in the arena. Being the one to end it all, it was he which Wiley cried over. The poor little boy no matter how hard he tried couldn't kill him. Beckett, as cruel and devious as he may seemed at times knew that no matter what, there wasn't a point worth taking. The memories and scars they'd bared all this long would only get worse as life went on. Being the noble man he was, Beckett chose to end his own life to save a nation of others. District 12, being the poorest of the districts cried out in both grief and sorrow as they all stood in the thunderous rain watching the blood seep down his chest.  ShayTree

District 12 Female - Melody Shades

She was a fighter. That was the only word that could be used to describe Melody in her last dying moments as she fought tough and nails. Scratching at the Wendigo's face, it was too sly for her moves. Just at the wrong moment, it flipped them over and sent them both hurtling into the deep cavernous tunnels of the mines. Through it all, Melody didn't show one inch of fear. She'd always known that it wouldn't be a human that got the best of her, but Mother Nature would take her when times need. When the Wendigo thought she'd been killed from lack of movement, it leaped of and joined it's brothers into the night. When Melody woke up hours later. Her neck had been cracked and all she could do was cry out. Deep, where no one would find her, alas her breath was taken. LaurenLuu

District 13 Female - Meri Yanamari

Not even the Gamemakers know how Meri died. Maybe that's just how she wanted it. ariel_paiement1
