Advantages: Being the Ring Leader of it all means multiple things for our dear Wisteria. One of those many things being that she not only knows the ins and outs of the Capitol, but also their deadly little secrets. She knows just how to manipulate you and her touch is as cold as ice. Get on her bad side and she'll make sure that your end is much more painful than a knife through the back. 

Past: Wisteria grew up watching the previous games as an orphan who ran the streets of the Capitol. Always staring at the big screens with eyes wide as the blood and gore would clog the lenses. Everyone around her would cringe, some even had the pity to shed a tear. She on the other hand laughed a bitter laugh. Smiling to herself as she would be filled with joy. Each death was greater than the next. She would pout when they died too easily, and grin wickedly as they suffered. Their last dying breaths being entertainment to all. 

She knew just what she was going to be when she grew older, and no one would take that from her. 

Skills: Wisteria's favorite way to see someone die is without mercy. The best way to do that just so happens to be watching the mutts and wild animals tear each limb off the tribute, one by one. So you can expect there to be multiple creatures that lurk in the midst of the arena.
