28. District 11 Female: Sienna Delero

The Gamemakers barely had time to glance at Sienna Delero's file before receiving word that the girl had suffered an untimely death. Apparently, the District 11 female had insisted an Avox open one of the windows on the train, despite the winds. Though the details were jumbled, Miss Delero had, most certainly, jumped from this window into the wilderness. With the train blasting forward at 250 miles per hour, her plan didn't exactly involve safety. Sienna suffered from a fatal number of broken bones, and even if the train had stopped to help her sooner, it wouldn't have mattered- she'd broken her neck.

27. District 4 Female: Ruby Cortese

It was undoubtedly a tragedy when the girl from District 4, someone both Gamemakers had seen promise in, perished before even arriving in the arena. As she approached the bedside of the ill patient during her evaluation, only for the patient to flatline, Ruby went into a panicked frenzy attempting to save them. Her plans had gone awry from the start. Searching high and low for medicine, the girl forgot her own safety- her feet became tangled in the wires pooling from the various machines surrounding the patient, and she tripped, hitting her head against the side of the bed, unfortunately proving fatal.
