Appearance: She has her fair share of freckles and brown hair that grows thick and straight, cut just past her shoulders. Her eyes are just the right color blue to look gray in some lights and she's about five and a half feet tall. She has scars on her wrists from burns and another scar from where Akram stabbed her. She wears anything comfortable and doesn't care for makeup.

Backstory: Up until just a few months before she turned fifteen, her life was perfectly normal. Then a man named Akram became president of the United States. Fast forward a year and he's taken over the world and begun his reign of tyranny. Wren worked against him even as a teen, sabatoging what she could and erasing any evidence of her being there. Eventually she became the leader of a rebellion against Akram, though only a select few actually knew that was her postion. Then things got a bit weird. A man named Dylan, who had been feeding information to the rebellion anonymously for years, managed to crack time travel. He found a way to swap the minds of a person's younger self with their older self. He went back and took Wren with him, leaving their younger selves to deal with trying to run a rebellion. Things went sideways fast, however, when Akram cracked time travel too, using research stolen from Dylan. As soon as he discovered Wren's real name and that she was the mysterious leader of the rebellion, he went back in time and targeted her, hoping to get rid of her before she could even start the rebellion. He hired people to burn her house down, kill her family, and bring her to him. They failed the first time, but they eventually caught her and left her at Akram's mercy. He stabbed her and left her to bleed out. Dylan got her back, but not in time to save her. She died, but the timeline reset and her younger mind self was sent back into her dead body. This revived her and the doctors managed to save her life. When Wren woke up, she had travelled back across the twenty year gap with Dylan. They'd married and had five kids and Akram had been stopped. Her memories of the new timeline they'd created were restored and life became peaceful... or as peaceful as it can be for a retired cop and her homicide detective husband. Both of them still remember everything that happened when Akram was in charge. It still haunts them.

Personality: After spending so long leading the rebellion, she has a hard time relaxing. She still has nightmares from the things that happened in the other timeline. She's the kind of person who would sacrifice herself for a complete stranger- something she actually did do once. She has trouble trusting people, especially since everything that happened with the rebellion. She doesn't share her problems all the time, but she knows when she needs help. She tends to take charge without realizing it at times and she's not bad at strategy, though she doesn't think so. She loves writing, music, swimming, and has a stubborn spirit that's hard to break. She also tends to get sarcastic in bad situations- it annoys her enemies, so she sees it as a good thing.

Magic/Powers: N/A

Weapon Of Choice: A handgun. She got used to using them on the force and likes to keep one handy in case something goes down.

Strengths: She's a great shot with a pistol and her hand-to-hand skills are pretty good too. She has lots of practice with spying as well. She can command a room and knows how to inspire hope in people, even when she isn't feeling particularly hopeful herself.

Weaknesses: She'll run into danger without a second thought if someone needs help, which means most planning goes out the window in favor of the blunt force approach. She tends to get distracted easily if she isn't really focusing. Her mind wanders constantly and if you catch her planning one of her stories, it probably won't be hard to sneak up on her. She tends to overestimate how much she can do and sets the bar too high for herself, attempting to achieve things that she is physically incapable of achieving. She also out-thinks herself too much, getting confused by her own logic.

Captured: She had just put the kids to bed when she heard a noise downstairs. Dylan wasn't home, so she grabbed her gun and went to check it out. When she went downstairs, she found herself facing three Unseelie guards. They grabbed her and dragged her back upstairs, to Caleb's room. They forced her to take Caleb and then shoved her through a portal to another realm.

Greatest Fear: During her years in the rebellion, she never imagined the things that she lived through could or would be erased. Despite acting as though she believed everything would be okay, she didn't really. She'd fought for too long to fully believe things would end well. Then Dylan found a way to change things. She got a good life, is raising a family, and is content with life. Deep down, she can't help worrying that someone will find a way to steal that away from her.

Insecurities: She's a little weird, in that she's very insecure about her appearance, but doesn't care to dress up or look pretty on purpose. She knows it's ridiculous and shouldn't matter, but she can't help feeling ugly at times.

Loved Ones: Her husband, Dylan, their children, Alyssa, Alex, Destiny, Gavin, and Caleb, her best friend Zoe and her husband, Rudy, as well as their kids. Also her five siblings, her parents, her mother-in-law, and sister-in-law, Eris.

Companion: Caleb, her six month old child, is her companion. She didn't want to bring him into whatever it was that was happening, but for whatever reason, the guards gave her no choice.

Anything Else: Her younger self was once mercilessly tortured for information and, when she didn't give in, the Interrogator tried to drown her. She was saved, of course, but even if those scars don't remain, Wren remembers all of it. Basically, if you think she'll tell you anything she doesn't want you to know, think again. And be ready to put up with her attitude.
