Appearance: Conner has bright blue eyes, brown hair, and a broad smile to hide his dark thoughts. His clothing consists of anything comfortable. He has tanned skin from fishing in the sun often and stands about five foot four inches tall.

Backstory: Conrad grew up in district four, so his life basically revolved around the fishing industry. He learned to weild a spear, trident, and many methods of catching fish. He always planned to volunteer for the hunger games, but waited until he was fourteen to do so, since his name wasn't drawn. He went into the games prepared to slaughter everyone and emerge victorious. Things didn't go as planned, however. He met a girl there. The two fell in love, but there could only be one winner. Conrad planned to kill himself after they were the only two left, allowing her to go home. But when he went to find food and left her at camp, district one found her. He heard her screams and came running, only to find nothing. The peacekeepers had taken her body and the people from district one disappeared. He never figured out that they were the ones who killed her. Her death left him bitter, angry, and with a deep need for revenge. He set up traps for the other tributes and drew them in, like catching fish with a lure. Then he killed them one by one until he became the victor. It never felt like a victory, but he couldn't change what had happened. Instead, he changed. He became eager to watch people suffer and enjoyed watching the games each year. He hid this sadistic nature behind the guise of a happy man with a sense of humor, but it's always there, pulling the strings from beneath the surface.

Personality: Ever since he was a child, Conrad has always loved wordplay- puns especially. He'll make them at random times, even when it really doesn't make sense in the situation. He doesn't care if they're terrible puns either. Watching people suffer makes him happy and deep down, he still wants revenge for his love's death, despite killing those responsible. He blames Panem as much as the people who actually killed her and has learned to hate everyone. If he doesn't give his love, he can't be hurt. Likewise, if he just hates people straight off, they're less likely to surprise him when they do something they shouldn't. He's very good at hiding his dark personality behind the guise of a humorous young man, though. No one ever knows what he's thinking.

Weapon of Choice: A spear

Strengths: He's good at making traps, fighting, and playing a part.

Weaknesses: Conrad has a short temper, tends to go for the more complicated plans rather than just making things simple, and doesn't know how to read.

Captured: He was wandering around the victor's houses when he noticed a hole in the fence. Curious, he slipped through it. Rather than ending up on the other side, he ended up in the middle of Fiore.

Greatest Fear: That he'll lose his heart to someone and it'll be broken again.

Insecurities: He never had time for reading, but he can't help feeling very self-conscious about the fact that he can't read. It bothers him, but he still won't learn, if only to prove that he doesn't need the skill.

Loved Ones: His parents are the only people close to him at this point and even they rarely see him.
