Appearance: Shaggy bleach blonde hair, with freckles that cover his nose. He gained a tan from working all day in the trees, same with his toned muscles. His electric grey eyes pierce through everybody and he always had a smirk on his face.

Personality: Elliot is the guy who laughs at everything even if it's not funny, and always finds himself in awkward situations. He might be young but he's very experienced with life and the way the Capitol manipulates everything they have. Though he attempts to make the best of thing but knows when he need to be serious.

Weapon of Choice: Axe or Daggers

Background: At such a young age, a lot of pressure was thrown on the shoulders of Elliot. Both his parent's died in an 'accident' and he was left to be cared for by his two older sisters. He was put to work quickly and never had a childhood that all the other kids had. They were always a little wealthier than the others in District 7, but he doesn't let that stop him from learning discipline.
