Aurora's outfits: Daily pepper and Bedtime

Third Person POV

To say Aurora actually felt happy today was an understatement. She felt over joyed.

She had a smile on her face the whole time as she was , waking up , getting ready( she actually felt confident in her earth clothes she chose today.) , going to school , studying with Sam , and returning home.

But as she is unlocking the door to her house. Or rather her grand parents house. She finally realized. This doesn't feel like home. Sure her grand parents are here , and her farther always told her ." Home is where family is" .Her parents aren't her grandparents. This isn't Mewni.

Sad,  after realizing this Rory goes to her room.

"Hey Aurora where are you going?" Sam asks her.

"To my room." Aurora answered shortly. As she climbed up the stairs.

"Oh ok." Sam said back." You want to study later I need some help with the math homework."

"No. But you can ask grandpa. He's really good at math." Aurora said, climbing the stairs with a sad expression.

Concerned, Sam decided to follow his friend to her bedroom. Of course it was closed, that made him worry even more.

"I see it's finally happened." Mrs.Diaz said surprising Sam.

" What?" He asked.

"She's homesick! "Mr.Diaz exclaimed from behind him. Making him jump. Mr. Diaz cupped his hands. " Our beautiful granddaughter is so sad!"

"I'm going to go talk to her." Sam decided." I am her bodyguard."

"Please do." Mrs.Diaz smiles." Maybe take her out, that's what her farther did for her mother."

Sam nodded and went to his friends door, then knocking." Hey Rory, can I come in?"

All he get in response is."Aughhh"

Raising an eyebrow , Sam opens the door to find Aurora on her (kinda her dads) bed. Resting on her back , at the edge of the bed , boots off , looking sad upside down." You ok?"

"Yeah I'm fine." The sun princess answers." Its not like I miss home , which I don't. I'm here with my grandparents. Away from Mewni ............where I lived my whole life."

Sad at his friends state , Sam decided to do something about it.

"Hey Rory wanna go hang out?" He asks.

"Sam, I really do not want to do anything right now." Aurora said annoyed, putting her hands over her eyes.

"Wasn't a question! It's I'm forcing you to come and get out of the house for some fresh air!" Sam grabs one of he hands." Now com on!"

Aurora groaned as she I dragged out of the Diaz house.

*Time skip*

"Why are we in the park Sam?" Aurora asks a frown still on her face.

"A walk could help you, I heard some kids at school saying walks help everyone." Sam answers.

They both are walking along the side walk of Echo Creek public when Sam spots a group of kids doing archery.

"Hey look! It's a club for archery!" Sam points at it." That'd be so cool join what do you think-"

Sam stops talking once seeing Aurora terrified face. " Oh right uh ...let's get out here."

*Time skip 2 *

"Here it is!" Sam says looking up the sign of a store with Aurora.

"A pet store?" Aurora says looking at it.

"Well yeah your granny told me about how much you like little pets." Sam says hands on his hips.

"Yeah I do. " Aurora manages a small , sad smile. "I loved them so much , like this one time when I was about to turn six, I begged my mom for a pet pig goat, I was so happy when I got him, I named him Toggy and." Tears started to form a little in Rory's eyes. "I love him so much, and now my little baby is all alone."

"Whoa whoa. Come on let's go." Sam said grabbing Rory's shoulders guiding her away from the store.

In the window a bunch of puppies are whimpering looking at them. Wishing they were adopted.

*Time ship number 3*
Sam and Aurora are sitting at a table in the Salty barnacle food , a pirate-themed restaurant. When the waitress brings their food that Sam ordered.

"Man I was starving!" Sam exclaimed as he chowed down on some gooseneck barnacles."Aren't you going to eat Rory?"

Aurora looks up from her own plate of and says. "I don't like sea food."

*Time skip nu nu nu number 4*

It's the afternoon now and Sam decide one last attempt to make the princess happy. By going to Chibi Golf and playing a good game of golf.

"Now isn't this fun Rory." Sam says hitting his green golf ball with his golf club. Aurora just shrugged hitting hers with absolutely no effort.

"Ok you know what!" Sam said looking at her angered, done with her behavior." You need stop whineing and complaining about everything!"

"Well excuse me Sam !" Aurora said throwing her club on the ground." Do you know what it's like to abandon a life your old life from one moment to another?!" Aurora yelled crossing her arms looking just mad , her yelling attracting attention of a few pedestrians.

"Well at least you have memories of your old life!" Sam yells.

"Sam... I said I'm going to help you." Aurora said loading her anger in a second.

"How are you going to help me , without first helping your self?" Sam asks , he dropped his club and walked past Aurora an annoyed look on his face. "Come talk to me when you decide you want too!"

After Sam has left Aurora is left speechless. She growls and goes over to a bench and sits down putting her hands over her face. "I'm so dumb." She says to her self as she slid them down her face. "He's right I am being childish. I need to go find him. "

Aurora gets up from her seat and runs of in the direction Sam went. Not noticing a hooded figure in the tree watching her.

*10 minutes later*

Sam is sitting on a bench looking down." Stupid Aurora, who does she think she is?"

"A dump person." Aurora says sitting next to him , surprising him.

"What do you want?" Sam asks looking away from her.

"To apologize." Aurora said looking down." Your right I was being childish , I need to stop mopping and have some fun. So ... I'm sorry for not being grateful for you trying to help me. I hope you can forgive me. "

"I forgive you." Sam says smiling at her." Tell you the truth I was being kinda inconsiderate, I'm sorry for that."

"It's ok." Aurora says smiling back at him." Hey Sam can ask you something."

"Shoot"

"Why did you agree to be my bodyguard?" Aurora ask him." You barely even know me."

"Well , I guess it's because." Sam started." It's that  your parents offered me something I didn't have , besides helping along with you to return my memories. "

"What?"

"A purpose in life." Sam answered smiling bigger." A purpose I'm glad I have."

"Come on let get home, Mr and Mrs Diaz are probably worried." Sam said getting up from his seat along with Aurora.

They both stared their walk side by side the same happy smiles never leaving their faces.

*Extra bounce at night *
"Hey Sam?" Aurora ask as she and him ate dinner together in their pajamas.

"Yeah?"

"You didn't take me to the Musume yet."

"Would it make happy if went tomorrow after school?"

"Yes. Yes it would."
