She is able to create storms and manipulate them by will. She can create tornadoes, rainstorms, snowstorms, thunderstorms etc.

She is even able to create winds strong enough to lift her own body weight making her able to fly.

The problem is that at this point, she only make like a tornado so big. She has incredible control over this quirk, but when she was kidnapped and replaced in UA to get information, she lost a good amount of that control of it.

Whenever she uses her quirk, her eyes turn foggy and it appears her pupils fade away.

With time, she will be able to control earthquakes and other kinds of storms.

Weakness:

She is known as a weather witch of sorts, but she's not a storm cloud she can only do so much when it comes to manipulating the weather.

She is immune to cold and hot weather to a certain extent, but if it gets to a too low of a temperature, she'll freeze and get hypothermia. The temperature gets too hot, she'll get a heatstroke.

Side Effects:

Her quirk has given her color blindness since her eyes change when she uses it.

So due to this, her eyesight took a hit and it has given her color blindness.
