Captain was at school in class. They were just beginning the lesson when Captain's dad suddenly walked into the class. "Captain, son!" He said. Captain knew why his dad was here. He would get his flu shots today. He wasn't that scared tho. He knew it would be done in the blink of an eye. "Hi dad!" He said, running up to his dad and hugging him. "Let's go son." Captain's dad said. Captain nodded and followed his dad. 

They went into the car and drove to the hospital. When they were there, they went in and checked in. After that they went to wait in the waiting room. Captain went to play with the toys. He was just fully into a story he was doing with some legos when the doctor came in. "Hey Captain. It's your turn for the shots." She said in a happy tone because she was happy to see Captain. Captain had a really happy attitude so that's accurate. Captain stood up and he and his dad followed the nurse. 

After the whole checkup, it was time for the shots. Captain went to sit on the chair bravely and pulled his own sleeve up. "You're sure you don't wanna be on my lap?" His dad asked. Captain shook his head. "Ok son." His dad said, smiling at his brave boy. "I'll count to three. 1... 2... 3." The doctor counted. She then gave Captain the shot. Captain yelped at the sting and flinched too. "Ow that hurt!" He felt his eyes getting teary, but he held it in. "Brave boy!" The doctor complimented. She put a bandage on his arm. Captain smiled. "It didn't hurt that bad tho. I only felt a few tears." Captain said happily. The doctor got a box of lollipops and Captain choose a red one, since he liked strawberry flavored lollipops really much. "You did so good!" His dad complimented him. Captain smiled once again and waved at the doctor. 

He then left with his dad to go home. 

The next day, Captain's arm muscles hurt a little. He barely couldn't move his arm but didn't make a big deal out of it. He knew he had to move his arm so the muscles would get loose, so he did. It hurt, but Captain ignored it. He changed and went downstairs for breakfast.
