His outfit for work, he's a christian priest and owns a small church in the city of countryhumans, everyone who wants to take part in his service can come.
And yes, he wears normal clothes for the rest of the time, no bishops hat, no long garments or smt

Vatican has one normal eye and the other covered by his eyepatch.
Underneath, this eye looks like this

In his full form Vatican looks angelic, almost divine and some think he might be a real angel, who fell from heaven to bring virtue to the countries, but even he himself says, that this theory is bullshit.

"Appearance doesn't make me divine, never compare me to gods holy angels again"

And even if you think he'd be this kind of guy:
"You have a different religion or don't believe at all? SINNER!"

He isn't. Vatican is very friendly and helpful, he even enjoys learning more about other religions and he always says: "You have your thing, I have mine, I see no problems?"

Vatican has the power to control others, he could even make UN his slave, but he sees his power as a test from above and never uses them because he thinks that god gave everyone an own will for a reason.

All in all Vatican is very religious but a nice guy and he'd never talk bad about different believings or sexualities.
