Classic's POV:
I walked down the sidewalk, on my way to Grillby's. I walked because I had no idea where it was. Let me explain. So, all monsters just recently got freed by Frisk. Now we live on the surface, but I haven't gotten to see where Grillby's was located. That's why I didn't just teleport or something. I kept walking, loving the feel of the sun on me. It's a lot different here compared to Snowdin. I soon found my favorite bar and grill, Grillby's. I walked in to see that there was a few humans in here.

One of the humans glared at me so intensely, I thought he had a BONE to pick with me. I slowly walked past the person that glared at me and I sat at one of the stools. My normal stool was taken by a different human. They/She/He looked at me and smiled, then they/he/she looked back at the new Grillby's menu. I smiled a bit more and looked forwards to see Grillby. "Heya Grillbz. I see that you got a new menu." I said, my usual lazy look coming onto my facial features.

Grillby smiled, a fire smile. "Yup." He said, surprising me. He doesn't usually talk! "Wow! You even got a voice!" I teased and chuckled. Grillby chuckled too. "I have to be able to talk now. It's weird, to be honest." Grillby stated, picking up a glass. He started cleaning it after handing me a ketchup bottle. "Thanks Grillbz. Just put it on my tab." I said and started drinking the ketchup. Ah, the nice taste of ketchup. I saw the person sitting in my usual spot giving me a confused look.

I stopped drinking the ketchup. "I know, I'm weird." I said simply, adding a short laugh. "I guess I have to KETCHUP to you with your weirdness, sir." They/He/She punned, making my eyesockets widen slightly. I saw that the human poured ketchup into a small cup (a shotglass) and they tipped the small cup above their mouth. They put the small cup down on the table and they wiped their/his/her mouth. "Now that, was a funny pun. It was just so PUNderful!" I punned, starting to drink ketchup again.

Then, we went back and forth with puns, trying to over-pun eachother. Soon, I won. "Man, you are really good at making puns." They/He/She admitted, smiling. I winked. "You almost beat me, the pun master." I said, taking a quick glance at Grillby to see if he was annoyed with our puns. He was giving me a slightly annoyed look, but not too annoyed. The person giggled and I realized something. "Well, my name is Sans. What's yours?" I asked, a bit formal but good. "My name is Y/N. It's nice to meet you Sans!" Y/N replied, seeming very calm.

"Y/N, eh? That's a nice name." I admitted. I've never heard that name before. Y/N blushed a bit and laughed nervously. "T-thanks." They/He/She replied. I was about to say something else, but then Grillby placed a mini box of fries in front of them/him/her. "Thank you sir!" Y/N chirped and started eating their fries. I felt a bit hungry, but I don't want to ask for fries. It's too much work! Y/N already finished their fries, which surprised me. "You like fries, huh?" I said, continuing the chat. They/He/She nodded quickly, as if hyper. "I LOVE FRIES!" They/He/She said in a very cheery voice, and a bit loud. Not as loud as Paps though. We talked to eachother for the rest of the day, and soon I had to leave. But...I found myself thinking about them/him/her. All night. I couldn't sleep, which was odd. I just couldn't wait to see them/him/her again!
