So this is how it works:

I'll start with the backstory, then their abilities,and finally their relationships!Same thing for AU characters!

Backstory -

One day a little girl named Toca Nicole Catwell was born into a rich,and famous life.The Catwell's were filthy rich and babied their children.Toca had 3 older siblings,Trinity,Theresa,and Tori.Toca was the youngest of them and they never gave her attention.Well unless it was lessons on either self defense or how any of the four girls got any cash.Theft.The girls stole for their parents approval.It was their only way to get their attention.One day when Toca was only 6 all out war broke out in her little village.Even as wealthy as the Catwell's were,their money didn't stand a chance against the war.It was a small but deadly invasion from a European city named "Eindringlinge" that was angry at the American government for stopping a project they had planned in the US(but that's a story for a different day).Anyways,the girls parents had an argument over who would take the company over and pay the bills.Toca's parents decided to end the multiple attacks by surrendering their youngest daughter,Toca,to the soilders to leave their little coastal town.Of course,that didn't work out.Toca was kidnapped.The townsfolk we're paided to stay silent by the soliers but when that didn't work they eliminated the entire town and then left,taking Toca with them.Once they got to Eindringlinge,their city,Toca escaped and hid in Switzerland until she was old enough to travel back to the States.She stayed under the Freundlichkeit house for years.It's where she learned Swiss and where she started her medical training and where her studies began.After Toca returned home instead of warm welcomes and hugs from friends and family she returned to her village being burned down with skeletons of her family everywhere.Toca was so distraught she ran into the town's only cavern to discover a gang called "Las Cavernas encubiertas" where she stayed for two years still studying and one day realized that with her theft skills could be used for good.As she ran out of the caverns she saw a little girl in tears running up in the other direction of her.Her name was Katya.She begged she could come with Toca so she did.After awhile the Venez les ténèbres found them.Toca remembered a book she read and summoned a guardian angel to protect her and it worked.When Katya grew up and had to leave Toca became so upset from loneliness that she summoned a "perfect twin" named Darla.They found a village and was adopted by a loving family and even got a step-brother(Maybe named Crow if my IRL bro would be okay with it.)But on the first day of school Toca was noticed for her height of already being 5'3,having her hair be two shades of blue mixed,and said hair being down to her waist in a side-tail.Darla became jealous of her but let it slide.One day Toca was tired of seeing her twin get bullied she stood up to them.She was pushed down by them.Something in Darla just.... Snapped .She just went on a rampage.Toca tried to calm her down but Darla accidentally hit her.(Galactic:BICH YOU DEAD WHEN YOU TOUCH MY KITTEN WHO WANTS TO BE ON DEATH ROW FIRST!?)Darla realized her mistake and without a sound ran off.Toca was distraught.She had lost 5 siblings in the span of her life up to this point.All she had left was her only brother.Years later Darla returned and she lit her old village in ashes.Toca and her brother escaped but they didn't know if they could say the same about the other villagers.Toca took one last look at what her twin had done.What had done this wasn't Darla.It was someone worse  but somehow still her.Darca.Toca noticed a shard of glass from one of the houses.Toca looked at herself.She had her favorite sweater on with yellow shorts on and knee-length boots.She picked up the shard of glass and cut the majority of her hair clean off leaving her with a natural pixie cut.She rolled up her sleeves and walked away.Years later after the whole event at her new home in the busiest parts of Florida(Like by the Ringling museeeeeeee HOLY FUCK MAYBE I LIKE ART AND DRAWING BECAUSE I AM IN THE SAME CITY AS THE RINGLING SCHOOL OF ARTS AAAAAAAAAAAAAA------).One day someone broke into Toca's apartment.They had a hood on.Toca chased them into a corner next to the cable tower.Toca pulled their hood down to see Darla again but her left eye was like a panther eye and it was unsettling.Darca pushed her into the comm tower which knocked out the tower completely and Toca along with it.People rushed down and called the police and paramedics(Ambulance people.Nobody ever properly addresses them anymore.)but they couldn't help her in time.She didn't die but she disappeared for months.When she returned she was a living ghost.She was able to glitch herself and stay in the proper.After another few months scientists got her a suit and a amulet to keep her in her proper time stream.She went back to studying medicine and she was invited to study new biotic and genetic medicine for her new powers.She got genetic injections that give her biotic abilities intertwined with her glitching powers.Toca needed something to harnest her powers with and then it hit her.Literally.One day while reading under a tree studying and stick fell right on her head.She was able to use the branch.I mean the only other choice was a cold steel rod.After months of training and battles across the world to keep the peace on one mission she wasn't paying attention to the enemies while healing her team a sniper shot her eye out.A mercenary then tried to stab her but Toca shot them back but still lost her right fore-arm.She soon passed out from blood loss.When she woke up she had a biotic fore-arm and a eye-patch.To this day she keeps the scars as a reminder to pay attention to the battlefield.

Okay so abilities! -

Glide is simple,Angel's Help is pretty new so basically it keeps a certain target alive for 10 seconds even past 0 HP to give Toca a chance to heal them back to full,glitch away is just glitching anywhere Toca can see,oh and.I forgot about her re-glitch where she rewinds herself back 6 seconds and regains all lost HP from 6 seconds before and she'll go back to where she was 6 seconds ago.

Her ults:

Valkary is basic God mode with infinite bullets,full flight,and 2 free immediate Rezzes.It lasts 20 seconds.

Resurrect is basically a ressurect of all eliminated people in a 50 meter distance of her.

Error bomb glitches all targets 30 meter distance to it.3 seconds later it explodes.The closer you are to it,the more damage it does.
