Year 850: The Colossal Titan reappeared and destroyed the wall, which allowed the Titans to invade. Soldiers fell before the Titans, one after another. And then... "Eren, hur--" "Eren, too, was devoured." "Really, Mikasa's amazing. Just how does she move that fast?"

   "Done. The Maneuvering Device is still working! I added a full blade complement! Just...Leave this one here, though. The last thing I want is to be eaten alive." Armin said while holding on to the small blade. You grabbed it from Armin and threw it the other way. "Huh?" Armin said. "W-Why...?" Armin said. You bend down and held his hand. "Armin! We won't leave you here." You say to him. He got up and said "B-But you guys can't maneuver through a gang of Titans with someone slowing you both down." Armin said.

     He was then grabbed and dragged away by Connie. "Let's go." Connie said to Armin. 'You mustn't. Don't do it...I'd just...cause the deaths of more of my friends.' Armin thought to himself. He then heard the fighting Titan roar.

     "Wait!" Armin said. You all stopped running and turned to see Armin. "Listen to me! I have an idea." Armin said quickly. "An idea?" Connie asked confused. "You three will have to carry it out, so you decide. I know this sounds crazy...but can't we use that Titan?" Armin said. All three of you were surprised by that idea. "Use that Titan?" You said to Armin. "That one attacks other Titans. It shows no interest in us. We might be able to lead it to the supply depot. If it kills the other Titans, we might all be saved!" Armin said.

     "You said "lead it," but how the heck do you plan on doing that?" Connie asked. "It's probably fighting on instinct. You, Mikasa, and (Y/N) need to kill the Titans around it. That'll make it search for new Titans to kill. It'll naturally be drawn towards Headquarters." Armin replied to Connie. "We can't risk our lives on a hunch!" Connie yelled out to Armin. Armin then turned around to look at Connie and said "But if it works, we might be able to kill all the Titans that are attacking Headquarters." Connie just looked at him till Mikasa and you spoke up. "I think it's worth a try." Mikasa said. "What?!" Connie yelled in surprise. "I agree with Mikasa." You said. "Are you both serious?" Connie yelled out to you and Mikasa with your responses to Armin's plan. "I'd rather take that chance then wait to die." Mikasa said. "I'm game for Armin's idea." You said. "Fighting with a Titan against Titans?!" Connie said. "Yes. Exactly." Mikasa replied to Connie.

     Connie was shocked for a little bit then smirked. "Fail, and we'll be made a mockery of." Connie said. Armin smiled that now Connie agrees with his plan. "But succeed, and everyone will be saved." Armin said. "Let's prepare ourselves." Mikasa said. "Yes, the more time we spend here talking, the less chance we have." You said running off with Mikasa and Armin following behind. "Fine, I'll do it!" Connie said following you now.

With Jean

     Jean stand on the roof watching hopelessly at innocent people get eaten. 'Do I have the right? The right to be in a position of responsibility? No, wait a minute. It's now or never. It's our chance now that some of them are distracted.' Jean thoughtto himself. "Now!" Jean yelled out, making everyone look at him. "Rush over to HQ now!" Jean said running to HQ. Marco along with Sasha and everyone else followed Jean's order. 'This is our only chance. We'll be finished if our gas runs out anyway.' Jean thought to himself while running. "Everyone, charge!" Jean yelled out.

With Mikasa~

     You and Mikasa were flying and killing as many Titans as possible. While Connie was carrying Armin, since Armin gave his gas away. The Fighting Titan was punching a Titan to a building and repeatedly punch him in the face, with eyes that say kill over and over.

With Jean~

     Jean and the others were passing by Titans to get to HQ as fast as they can. They passed by three Titans that tried to grab them. One titan grabbed Jean's leg until he sliced its finger off and he was free.

     Jean landed on a roof and was running across from it, with Marco running along with him. "Jean! Thanks. We got away, thanks to you." Marco said to him. Jean just stared at him. "You pulled through for us. I told you, didn't I? You're suited to be a leader." Marco said to Jean. Jean then looked forward a kept a straight face. "Well, I don't know about that!" Jean said then used the gear and all the gas he has left to get to HQ. They passed by many Titans but sadly a Titan grabbed ahold of someone. Jean was shocked then he tried to go faster. "Damn!" He said then he broke through the window and landed inside HQ, along with everyone else.

     'How many made it? How many died on my order, taking advantage of our comrades' deaths?' Jean asked himself. He then looked to the left and saw two people hiding under the table next to him. "You guys...are the supply squad, right?" Jean asked. "Yeah." One of them said. Jean then grabbed him by the collar, pulled him up and punched him in the face. "Stop Jean!" Marco said holding Jean back. "These guys left us out there to die! People died in vain because of you lot!" Jean yelled out. The girl from under the table then ran to the guy's side and replied to Jean with some tears in her eyes. "Titans broke into the supply station! There was nothing we could do!" She yelled out. "Did you forget it's your job to do something about that?!" Jean yelled back. Then a roar was heard from a distance. Reiner looked over to see where the noice is coming from. "Get down!" Reiner yelled out. A big hole was made through the wall.

     "Shoot! We got too many people here!" Jean said. "Hurry! Get inside!" "Stop! We can't all get in at once!" "Where did Mikasa and (Y/N) go?!" "Mikasa ran out of gas and got devoured, along with (Y/N) because she went after her!" Jean heard a bunch of people screaming out and he was in big shock to hear that you got devoured. 'It was obvious. I guess this is how reality is. Was I...trying to immerse myself in some dream or illusion? I should have noticed...our reality. It's obvious if you think about it. There's no way we can beat something this gigantic. (Y/N)...I...' Jean thought to himself then he saw a giant fist punching away the two Titans from the big hole in the wall. "What?!" Jean yelled out. Jean then saw the Titan that punched the two out of the way.

     "What's...that?" Jean said confused at what he just saw. Then Mikasa, you, Connie, and Armin broke through the window. "(Y/N)! Mikasa!" Jean said surprised to see them. "Whew, it just ran out. We did it. Just barely!" Connie said. Jean then walked up to you all. "Y-You're alive!" Jean said to you and Mikasa. "We did it, Armin!" Connie said hitting Armin's back hard. "Your plan was a success! Everyone, that Titan's an Abnormal that attacks other Titans! Not to mention, it doesn't care about us! If we can make a good use of it, we'll be able to get out of here!" Connie said excitedly.

     "Make good use of...a Titan?" Someone asked. "You think we'll be saved by a Titan? Something that delusional-" Jean was cut off by Mikasa. "It's far from delusional." Mikasa said. It doesn't matter what it is. All we need is for that Titan to continue its rampage." Mikasa said. "Yes, realistically, that's our best plan for survival." You said to Jean. The Titan grabbed one Titan and threw it at two other Titans, and roared.

Time Skip~

"That Titan is stronger than ordinary ones. While, it's on its rampage, this building will probably be spared destruction." Connie said to Annie and Bertholdt. "How much do you guys know about that Titan?" Bertholdt asked. "It's saved us, so what does it matter?" Connie asked Bertholdt confusingly. "I suppose you're right. It saved you." Bertholdt said.

     "We found these!" Jean yelled out to everyone. "They're Military Police issue. They're covered with dust." Jean continued. He then opened the box and there were shotguns in them. "Will shotgun rounds do? Will these guns even work...against Titans?" Jean asked, looking at Armin.

     "They're better then nothing. I think. If the supply room is still occupied by seven Titans, all three to four meters tall, this firepower might be enough to blind all of them at once." Armin was then explaining the plan towards the Titans.

     "First, we'll use the lift to power a large group of people from the center of the ceiling. Next, those on the lifts will fire simultaneously at each Titan's face, blinding them. Then...This is the critical moment. Eight people hiding in the ceiling will time thier attacks with the gunfire and strike at the Titans at thier kill spot. This strategy uses a single attack that requires all of us to put our lives on the line to make it work. The strategy is designed to kill all eight Titans at once." Armin said referring to Mikasa, Sasha, Reiner, Annie, You, Bertholdt, Jean, and Connie. "To have the best chance at success, it'll require our most athletic eight. You'll be bearing the responsibility for everyone's lives...I'm sorry... about that." Armin finished. "No problem." Reiner said. "Regardless of who does it, if we fail, we all die. The risk's the same." Annie said. You went closer to Armin and put your hand on his shoulder. "No need to worry, your plan is perfect. I won't let you down." You said giving him a warm smile. He looked at you with concern in his eyes. "But (Y/N)...is my proposal really the best way to go?" He asked. "We have to go with it. Time's running out. No one's come up with anything else. Let's just suck it up and do it." Marco said with determination. "It'll work... Have faith. You have the ability to lead us to success, Armin." Mikasa said to him. "Huh?" Armin replied confused. "Both Eren, (Y/N), and I were saved by that ability." Mikasa said. "When... did that happen?" Armin asked.

     "We're ready at the lift!" "Guns ready and loaded!" People examined. "Looks like they're ready guys." You said to them. Mikasa nodded at you, then turned to Armin. "You just don't know it yet... I'll explain later." Mikasa said to Armin while getting up. "Okay." Armin said to Mikasa. You and Mikasa were walking to your positions till Armin stopped you. "Your gonna be fine...right...?" Armin said to you. You smiled at him. "Yes Armin, you have nothing to worry about." You said giving him a thumbs up then walking to where Mikasa was going.

     "But can we finish off the Titans without our 3D Maneuvering Devices?" Connie asked. "Sure! We're up against the three and four-meter ones! Their kill spot will be easy to hit." Reiner said. "Right... Regardless of size, it's the area along the nape." Jean said. "One meter long by ten centimeters wide." Sasha continued. "Or else, shove this up their ass!" Reiner said while holding up his sword. "They only have two weak points!" Reiner finished. "I didn't know that! That works too?!" Connie said surprised. "It's the first I heard of it too." Sasha said. "Reiner, those might be the last words we remember you by." Jean said to him.

Time Skip~

With Armin~
  
     His team was getting lowered down to only see the numbers of Titans have not increased. "We can't do this. Their numbers haven't increased." A guy said worried to Armin. Then they all got their guns ready and aimed their guns at the Titans. "The plan's a go!"

     A Titan walked by close to them, paying no attention to them at first, but then turned it's head to look at them. One of the guys got afraid when it looked at thier direction. "Keep it together! We need to draw them in closer!" Marco said quickly. The Titan them walked towards them slowly. "Patience..." Marco said quietly to himself, as the Titan got closer.

With Mikasa~

     Her and the others got their swords ready and waiting for the right moment to strike. 'Well have to avoid needless confrontation. If we want to avoid losing a single soldier... We have to make this attack count!' Jean thought to himself.

With Armin~

     "Patience..." Marco said again quietly to himself. The Titan then got really close, along with other Titans on each side of the box the soldiers in Armin's team were in. "Ready..." Marco said with his finger on the trigger. Then Titan then got even closer and stopped. "Fire!" Marco yelled out. Then the soldiers were shooting rapidly towards the Titans. The Titans got blinded and backed off a little.

     Then Mikasa's team ran towards the Titans with full speed and each one of them sliced the Titans napes of their necks. "I got mine. How'd the others...?" Mikasa said to herself as she looked over at the others. They all succeed. But unfortunately for Connie and Sasha, thier attacks weren't good enough. Because the Titans weren't dead. 'Sasha...Connie...' You thought to yourself.

     The Titan turned around to look at Sasha to see her terrified. "I-I'm terribly sorry..." Sasha said scared. "...Oh god..." Connie said afraid. "...we came at you from behind..." Sasha continued her apology. "Sasha and Connie need help!" Bertholdt yelled out. "Help them! Now!" Jean yelled out. "I, uh...I'm really...terribly sorry!" Sasha said with tears coming out her eyes. Jumping out the way as the Titan launched itself at her. She turned her head and saw you sliced the Titan's neck and Annie doing the same to the Titan that was going after Connie.

     "Sasha, are you okay?" You said to her. "(Y/N)! You saved my life!" Sasha said as she got on her knees and hugged your waist,  with tears going down her face. "But are you hurt at all?" Mikasa said as she walked towards you both. "Thanks to her, no!" Sasha said. "Then get up on your feet!" Mikasa said. "Thanks." Connie said to Annie. "Forget it." Annie replied. "Hey c'mon... That was close, Annie. Thank goodness you're not hurt." Reiner said to her. She didn't say anything and just walked away. "We killed them all!" Jean said to Armin's team. Reiner and Bertholdt turned to see Jean talking to Armin's team. "Now get to work refilling the tanks!" Jean said to them. They all smiled with happiness. "They did it!" Armin said with happiness. Marco then felt like he was gonna faint and fell back but was caught by Armin.

    "Yeah...We're saved!" "No Titans are coming inside!" "We have that rampaging Titan to thank!" You heard people talk with happiness and now hope in their voices. "I gave up to the Titan...How can I face all if you?!" Sasha said with her hards in her hair. "We'll harass you plenty about that later! Right now, we have to get out!" Connie said to Sasha.

With Jean~

    "I don't see myself as a leader. Don't try to patronize me. I don't want to hear it." Jean said to Marco. "I want to listen to me without getting angry. Your not strong, Jean. That's why you understand how the weak feel. And you're adept at the properly assessing a situation. So you know exactly what has to be done at any given time." Marco said. Jean looked at him surprised. "Your orders were appropriate. That's why I was able to jump, and why I'm here alive." Marco said smiling at him. Jean was shocked at his words. "Is everyone ready? Time to get out!" "We're getting out together!" "Let's go!" "Climb the wall!" "We're rejoining the main force!" The soldiers were shouting.

     Armin and you walked out to see Mikasa standing on the roof. "Mikasa?!" Armin said. You both then launched yourself towards Mikasa. "Mikasa! We have to get out of here quickly!" Armin said to Mikasa. "Yeah Mikasa, what are you-" You were cut off by Mikasa. "That Titan..." She said to you. "Huh?" Armin said looking at what Mikasa is looking at. You looked too and you were shocked at what you saw. "Cannibalism?!" Armin said as he saw the Titan getting eaten by three different Titans. "It can't regenerate itself?" You said surprised. "If we could've somehow unraveled the secrets is that Titan, I thought we might find a way to break out of this hopeless situation." Mikasa said.

    "I agree." Reiner said to Mikasa. You three turned to look at Reiner. "If it's completely devoured, we'll never learn a thing! Let's drive away the Titans around it and keep it alive!" Reiner explained. "Are you crazy, Reiner?! We finally have our chance to get out of this hell!" Jean said surprised at Reiner's response to Mikasa. "What if there's a possibility of that Titan becoming our ally? Wouldn't that be a more powerful weapon then any canon we have?" Annie said to Jean. "Huh?! Did you say ally?! Are you serious?" Jean said to Annie.

    Armin then looked back to see the same Titan that killed Thomas. "That's... the unique variant that ate Thomas!" Armin said. The Titan that was getting eaten alive, ran towards that Titan and bit hard on the back of it's neck. Everyone looked at it shocked. The Titan then swung it to the other Titans that were behind him. Then threw it to another Titan that made them smash into a building. "Hey!" Jean said still looking at the Titan. Who let go of the Titan's head and roared. "Save it, my ass!" He said. The Titan then fell down after it used its remaining energy. "It's, dead?" You said. "Well... looks like it's got nothing left." Jean said turning around. "Haven you seen enough? Let's get outta here. That monster's never gonna be our ally. Once a Titan, always a Titan." Jean said looking back to see no one moving from their exact spot. "What is it with all of you?" Jean said looking down at the Titan. Only to see someone on the Titan's neck getting up.

It was Eren.

     Mikasa was shocked to see Eren there. "E-Eren...?!" You said shocked to see him still alive. Mikasa then quickly ran forwards him along with you. "Mikasa! (Y/N)!" Armin yelled out. You both got down from the roof and ran towards Eren. You both hugged Eren at the same time. "Is he...?" You said to Mikasa. She put her ear on his chest and heard his heart beating. Tears were then coming out her eyes and she started crying. Everyone else came down went to got you all to the top of the wall.

     You and Mikasa were still hugging Eren and she was still crying over him. You had tears coming down your eyes. "It's Eren..." Armin said to himself. "The arm and leg he lost... are still there... At that moment, Eren was...swallowed whole by the Titan... At the moment..." Armin said remember that when Eren was getting eaten by the Titan. He then had tears coming out his eyes and he walked over and bend down to Eren. He then grabbed his hand and intertwined his fingers with his own. "What in heaven's name happened to you...?" Armin said. Jean then turned around to see the dead bodies of the Titans. "You mean, Eren...? He did all this?" Jean asked himself.
