Y/N Memory: We don't have a choice. The World is cruel.

Those words played over and over in Eren's head as he began to remember all those who were killed. All those who died fighting against the titans, and those who perished trying to capture Annie. Then, his final memory was the day his mother was eaten by a titan, and finally, he snapped, slowly sitting up, driving the piece of wood that pierced his chest deeper through him.

Eren's thoughts: I'll wipe you out.....No.....I'LL KILL YOU!

Eren: AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

As he wounded himself fully, and grew a single goal in his mind, he finally felt the surge of energy rush through him before a bolt of hot lightning struck where he laid. He began to transform and once the smoke cleared, he had already made his way to Annie who was stood in front of a church. His stomps echoed through the city as Annie turned around, only to be met with a fist, sending her flying into the church, and alerting the scouts that Eren is back in the fight. As Annie sat back up, she saw under her that she had crushed members of the church, and after hearing Eren charging at her, she got up and began to run towards the walls, something the priest wasn't too fond of.

Pastor Nick: No....stay away from the walls....Not the walls!

He turned hearing Eren's stomps and was blown away from them. Mean while, Mina, Petra, Eld and Oluo flew over to you. They saw you had steam coming from your face, so he was healing.

Petra: Should we cut him out?

Eld: No, let him heal, then he can continue to fight.

Oluo: Dumb kid let his guard down, damn it. At least
Eren is handling her for a bit.

Mina: Let's hope Eren can hold out long enough for Y/N to get back up.

As you were down, healing from the wound you endured, Eren was chasing down Annie through the city. Crashing into buildings, causing fires all over, stomping on people. Amin, Jean, and Hanji landed on a building as they watched Eren run by.

Hanji: This time, it seems he's retaining control. 

Armin: Yes, but Eren's never managed to beat the Female Titan. 

Jean: Now that he's a titan, he must be prepared to fight...He won't go down easily-

Armin: Willpower alone isn't enough in a battle. You know that Jean! Defeating Annie will require far more....

Annie and Eren began to make their way to a piece of flat land, where the Scouts wouldn't be able to use their ODM gear.

Gunther: An open area!  The Female Titan's heading for an open area!

Scout: We can't use our Maneuver Gear there!

Hanji: Split up and work your way around the other side!

Gunther: Roger!

Eren and Annie continued their path, stomping the ground sending people  flying. They were heading towards a group of MP's who were still gearing up.

MP 1:  Hurry, hurry, hurry!

MP 2: This doesn't make sense...What's a titan doing here!?

They couldn't get away as Annie and Eren had made it to them and stomped them into the ground. Annie ran into the open area and slid to a stop, gripping a tower,  and ripping open, forcing Military Police to fall from it, and the two titan's stared each other down.

Eren thoughts: Annie....You always acted like you found everything extremely stupid. You always seemed bored. 

Annie took her stance, as Eren stood his ground, eyeing her down in hatred.

Eren: But there were times when you looked alive...When you were showing off your martial arts. You said none of it mattered, but...To me, it didn't look like you really believed that. I just thought you were a terrible liar....

His rage was building inside, as he remembered all the people she killed, all the comrades she murdered.

Eren: Tell me, Annie...what are you fighting for? What could have been worth KILLING ALL THOSE PEOPLE!?

He roared as he charged towards Annie with a punch. She hardened her elbow to block the strike. Eren fell over and Annie took the chance to kick him, but he blocked it, picked her leg up, and threw her over a building, making her crash and lean against the one past it. As she was recovering, Eren charged through the building, obliterating it, and tried to grab her, but she moved, making him crash into the building. Everyone watched as the destruction continued.

Moblit: What is this? Squad Leader, even if we capture the Female Titan, they might destroy the whole city first! 

Hanji: We do it, regardless. That was Erwin's decision. Be ready to capture her. 

Moblit: Yes, sir. 

Mikasa began to wake up again, hearing the battle between Eren and Annie.

Mikasa: Eren...

The military police was also watching these events unfold.

Hitch: No one told me anything about this...Why are titans fighting here?

Marlowe: What's going on? 

Back with Erwin 

Nile: Titans fighting each other? 

MP 1: Yes...The damage to the city is unbelievable! 

MP 2: There are many casualties, both civilian and military, 

Nile was angered by this and aimed his rifle again at Erwin

Nile: Ewrin! Is this all due to your plan?! 

Erwin: That's correct.

As the fighting continued, people were being killed, whether being stomped to death, or crushed by debris.

Erwin: All of this was my personal decision. I don't intend to make any excuses. 

Nile went and grabbed Erwin by the collar.

Nile: You must have known what would happen if you executed a plan like this in the city. How? How could you do this? 

The sun was now covered by clouds which darkened the entire city. 

Erwin: To lead.....humanity to victory. 

Nile: BULLSHIT! 

Nile took aim at Erwin once again.

Nile: Your're a traitor! I could execute you right here and now, and none of the brass would even care! 

Erwin: That's fine by me. But then, you must assume my command. 

Nile was shocked and taken back by this.

Erwin: You must not let the Female Titan escape. Paehl's in charge of formation. Vyler oversee's supplies. Work with them to drive her to the east wall at all costs. 

Nile: W-Wait! Wait a minute! Are you....Are you really telling me that this will help humanity? 

Erwin: I believe it is a step forward.

Nile hesitated at first, but eventually lowered his rifle. 

Nile: Lower your guns, all of you. Handcuff him! 

MP: Yes, sir!

Nile: Deploy all of our men! Your priority is civilian rescue and evacuation! 

MP's: Yes sir! 

Erwin was cuffed willingly while Nile spoke.

Nile: Erwin, a trial will decide your punishment. 

Erwin: Once this is over, I'll submit to one with pleasure. Levi, you stay put. You dislike pointless deaths. 

Levi: Yeah, you're right. I despise it, whether it be mine or causing someone else's.

In your head

You woke up, and found yourself back at the cliff side where you saw your parents in your dream.

Y/N: Huh? Why am I here again? Mom? Dad? 

???: Over here Y/N.

You turned around and saw your mom and dad stood there again.

Y/N: Mom....

You rushed at her and jumped into her arms, engulfing her in a hug. She happily returned it as your father joined as well.

Mom: Well you certainly missed us.

Y/N: Yeah, I always do mom, dad...

Dad: We miss you and Sarah too, everyday and every night. 

Mom: What happened sweetheart?

Y/N: I lost....she beat me, I didn't know she could fight like that, now who knows what she's doing while I'm knocked out.

Dad: Eren is fighting with her as we speak.

Y/N: He is?

Mom: Yes, he's holding her off as we speak, but he can't for much longer. Y/N, there's something that you need to know, something that can help you in this fight.

Y/N: What is it?

Dad: You have a power deep inside of you that is waiting to be awoken. If you can muster up the strength, you can unlock this power, and the tides of battle will turn in your favor.

Y/N: How do I obtain this power? I need it now more than ever.

Dad: I know you do, but I just wanna make sure that it is absolutely necessary that you unlock this ability.

Y/N: Why is that?

Mom: Because Y/N, if you are to lose control over this ability, you will lose all of your humanity and forever be a true titan, who is hell bent on destroying all life on this world, the power comes at a great cost.

Dad: Are you willing to cast away your humanity my son, in order to protect everyone, and save them all?

Y/N:...Yes...

Dad: Then take this power my son, and save them all, awaken Eren's true form with this power, it has been enhanced so that you were able to use it thanks to Dr.Jaeger's research. Y/N, use......the power that Eren also possesses, and awaken his power within.....use....the coordinate.

Back in the fight

Both Annie and Eren have caused severe damage to the city, and were currently staring each other down as the other's watched it happen.

Armin's thoughts: Someone who can't sacrifice anything,  can never change anything! In order to overcome a monster, you must be willing....

Eren took his stance, and charged at Annie fist ready.

Armin's thoughts: ...To cast aside your humanity. 

Annie threw a kick to Eren's shin like before and blew off his right leg from his knee down. 

Armin's thoughts: Annie and Y/N are certainly capable of doing that...

Eren recovered and launched himself back up, and threw a hard punch into Annie's arm that was covering her face, cutting her, and making a impression on her cheek, forcing her a few meters back. Eren collapsed, but as Annie was recovering she began to have flashbacks.

Annie's Father: Annie...Annie!

She took a step back to try and regain her composure, but Eren didn't allow that to happen. He pounced towards Annie, but she countered by hardening her leg, and smashing into a building creating a huge dust explosion and shock wave. Once the smoke cleared, it showed that Annie had actually forced her shin into Eren's mouth and blew off his left arm, and held him against the building. She raised her fist and hardened it, and began the process of smashing in Eren's face while screaming and remembering her past.

Annie's Father: Annie...

She kept pounding and pounding away at his face.

Annie's Father: Your dad is the only one on your side. 

With one final scream, she smashed his face in, completely knocking him out and immobilizing him, and then, began to run off. The scouts just stared at Eren, but then, your sister noticed something.

Sarah: Everyone, look!

They all looked down the road and saw your titan. You were angry, but then your body caught fire, and began to steam like crazy. Your eyes turned blue as you set everything near you on fire.

Hanji: Is that...Y/N?..

They kept staring until something happened that terrified them, almost turning them white in fear...you grew a sinister, almost pure evil smile.....and you spoke in your titan form.

Titan Y/N: *Demonic voice* Eren....

They stared in complete fear, they never heard one talk before, then you raised your arm and pointed to Annie.

Titan Y/N: *Demonic voice* Kill....

Then something else happened that made everyone even more scared, Eren spoke. 

Titan Eren: *Demonic voice* I'll....kill the titans................Every last one of them!

That's when all hell broke loose. Eren jumped back up, his body engulfed in flames and his eyes turned blue just like yours, and he began to scream while hobbling as fast as he could towards Annie, while you walked slowly, still having that sinister smile. Finally, Eren had caught up and tackled Annie to the ground. During this time, Mikasa had finally recovered and was now back in the fight.

Mikasa: Eren! 

She swung over the buildings, and landed next to everyone who was a good distance away from the battle. 

Hanji: That's...

Mikasa: Eren! 

Hanji: Don't! Right now, we don't know if Eren or Y/N can recognize you...

The smoke cleared and Annie had a shocked face from seeing this form. He roared at Annie, as she sat back up and knocked him back, Eren his leg around her and caught her face in his hand while she tried to protect the nape. He began to tightly squeeze to the point that her eyes were popping out, and her head bursts out blood. The MP's who were transferring Erwin had stopped and were looking at the whole ordeal, being scared out of their minds. Erwin turned his head watching, waiting to see what would happen. 

Nile: H-Hey...

Annie began to scream loudly in pain, while trying to get Eren's hand off her face. Having enough, she elbowed him in the face, and faced him. Eren tried to snatch her, but she ducked and kicked him away into a building. Her face was now deformed, and she hardened her fingers and ran towards the wall, while Eren began to get up and chase, and you stopped near the area, watching it all go down. She ran to the wall and jumped up, and gripped the wall with her hardened fingers. 

Jean: The wall!

Hanji: Does she intend to climb over it!?  

She began to climb in fear of her life, but Eren had leaped up and grabbed her legs, then bit down into one of them. Deciding survival is important, she ripped off her leg by kicking it, sending Eren crashing to the ground, and began to climb again.

Armin: No...she's going to get away! 

As she climbed, Mikasa had zipped up, blades drawn, ready to srike.

Mikasa: I won't let that happen! 

She stopped when she was high enough, and swung towards Annie's hands, slicing the parts that weren't hardened, making one arm drop, then repeated the process to the other, making Annie let go of the wall. Mikasa landed on Annie's forehead, and stared into her eyes with no remorse or regret, just emotionless, cold eyes.

Mikasa: Annie.......

Annie stared at her, not wanting to believe that this was happening.

Mikasa: Fall....

She stopped falling with Annie. Annie stared into the sky, remembering her past.

Annie's Father: Annie....I was wrong. It's too late to ask for your forgiveness. But...There's one thing...I want to ask of you....

Titan Y/N: *Demonic voice* Eren.....KILL HER!

Titan Eren: *ROOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOAAAAAAAAARRRRR*

She crashed to the ground as Eren pounced on her back, pinning her to the ground.

Annie's Father: You can make the whole world your enemy...

Eren punched her so hard, it decapitated her, and sent her arm flying towards where Erwin was. It crashed near him, but Erwin didn't take his eyes off of what he was seeing.

Titan Y/N&Eren: *Demonic voice* We will destroy the entire world!

Annie's Father: Even if the world hate's you, your dad is the one person who is on your side! 

Eren began to lean forward and open his mouth, attempting to eat Annie from inside of her titan.

Hanji: Crap....He'll eat the girl inside, too! 

Jean: Eren, don't!

Mikasa: Eren! 

Titan Y/N&Eren: *Demonic voice* We are free....

Annie's Father: So promise me....that you will return....

Inside her titan, Annie let her tears fall, remembering her father's wish, and knowing that she can't fulfill it. Eren tore off her nape, and exposed her body and was ready to eat her all of a sudden he stopped and stared at Annie. She had tears rolling down her face. Everyone wondered what was going to happen.

Hanji: What happened? 

All of a sudden, a blew light appeared on Annie, and the winds began to blow like crazy, making everyone shield their eyes. 

Nile: What!?

Armin got a closer look of what was happening, and saw that Eren and Annie were beginning to fuse into one. 

Armin: They're fusing!?

Eren screamed as he tried to rip himself away from her, but to no avail. He heard a hardening noise and saw Annie was encasing herself in a crystal. Mikasa jumped down to get to Eren.

Mikasa: Eren!

She was about to go til she saw someone already in the skies, it was Levi.

Levi: RAAAAHHHH!

He sliced open his nape, and Eren popped out.

Levi: Don't eat a valuable witness, you idiot.

Soon after, everything ended, Eren was pulled from his titan, and Annie was left inside a hardened Crystal. Everyone watched as the two giant skeletons began to decompose. It was a dreary silence that filled the air, this day, was a day to never forget. After some time, Eren, Armin, and Mikasa were all together, and Eren began to wake up.

Mikasa: Eren....

Eren: Mikasa? Where's Annie?

A clanging sound filled the air as Jean was trying to break open the crystal using one of his blades. He kept doing it until his blade broke.

Jean: Damn it...*pant..what is this!? We've come this far, and you still won't say a word, Annie!? Come out! Come out and finish what you started! Hey, this isn't fair...Annie! Annie!

He raised his hilt one last time, but was stopped when Levi put his hand on his shoulder. 

Levi: Stop it. It's useless.

Jean turned away saddened and enraged hearing this. Hanji came up with a few scouts and some wire.

Hanji: Use the wires to make a net! We'll tie it up and carry it underground. 

Scouts: Yes, sir.

She stared at Annie as she began to think.

Hanji's thoughts: If we can't get any information from Annie, what do we have to show for all this? We have caused so many deaths. And yet, despite all those lives lost, so many mysteries remain. What did we accomplish?  

Levi left, walking towards Erwin and the MP's. He stopped when he was next to Erwin.

Levi: I don't suppose we can call this operation a success...

Erwin: No. We have ensured the continued survival of the Survey Corps, most likely by the skin of our teeth. 

Levi: I hope so.

Scout: Y/N! It's okay! Come out now! 

Everyone turned around and they saw you were still in your titan form, still burning and eyes cold blue. Everyone started to gather around you, and stare at you.

Sarah: Y/N, come out, please!

You didn't reply, you stood there, almost like you were frozen. 

Mikasa: Y/N?

All of a sudden, you snapped your head to all of them and let out a heart dropping growl. They all turned white with fear, and began to move away. You began to step towards them slowly as they stepped back. You had a deep feeling, an itch, an urge....kill.....Kill....KILL....KILL...KILL!

Titan Y/N: *Demonic voice* Kill....

You began to reach out your hand trying to grab one of them, but then you heard something that made you stop.

???: Daddy!

You turned your head and saw Sarah running towards you, and a scout following her.

Scout: Get back here, it's dangerous!

Little Sarah: No! That's my daddy! 

She ran to your sister who picked her up, and they both stared at you. You stood up straight and looked at your hands. The fire on your body began to die down, and your eyes reverted back to normal.

Sarah: Come back to us Y/N! We need you!

Little Sarah: Daddy!

You stared at them, and regained your control.

Titan Y/N: Sarah....

You backed away and knelt down. Your nape opened and exposed your body, you were tired, and fell out to the ground.

Sarah: Y/N!

Scout: Someone catch him!

Mikasa had zipped passed them at full speed and caught you before you hit the ground. You were fading between consciousness, and the last thing you remember was seeing everyone running towards you, then, darkness took over.

Timeskip to HQ

Erwin was currently being interrogated by the capital officials.

Governor: I have several questions about this plan of yours. If you had a suspect, why did you not ask the Military Police for help?   

Erwin: Governor, that's because...With the Female Titan potentially having allies, I needed to limit the operation to those I was certain were uninvolved.  

Board Member: But what about the damage to Stohess from this? 

Erwin: Our best efforts were not enough. You have our sincere apologies. 

Borad Member 2: Do you think apologies are enough!? 

Erwin: Had we left her alone, the walls would have been destroyed, and far more would've died. 

Governor: I see. And after all the deaths this operation has caused, do you have any conclusive proof that it has forestalled humanity's extinction? I can't imagine we'll be able to get anything from Annie Leonhart now. 

Erwin: No, I doubt it would be possible. 

Everyone began to whisper among themselves and tried to think of what they got out of this whole ordeal. 

Governor: In other words...This was all for nothing? 

Erwin looked him dead in the eye hearing this.

Sarah's POV

I was sat in the room my brother was in. He was currently resting, and Sarah climbed into his bed to sleep with him. Petra and Eld were in the room with us. After some time, Y/N woke up, but was careful not to wake up Sarah.

Sarah: Y/N...Are you doing okay? 

Y/N: *Sigh* Yeah..thanks to my powers, I've healed quickly. Is Annie still frozen?

Petra: Yeah.

Eld: Damn it. We have nothing from this whole operation. 

Sarah: She was willing to go that far to protect the info she knew. 

Eld: Yeah, she got away. 

Y/N: Eren was the one who allowed it. In that instant he tore off her nape, he didn't get her.

Sarah: Yeah, he's right. I don't think he could've done it. Right when he saw her, he just froze in place. 

A knock came from the door, and it revealed to be one of the MP's.

MP: Petra Ral, Eld Jinn, it's time for questioning.  

Petra: Yes, of course. 

Eld: We'll see you later. 

Y/N: Okay, take care. 

They left the room, leaving only you, your sister, and Sarah. 

Y/N: I saw them again, mom and dad.

Sarah: What did they say?

Y/N: They helped me. They helped me turn into that thing you saw, apparently that was the hidden power of my titan. They also said that they missed us both.

Sarah: What else?

Y/N: They said that I have to be careful. If I lost control, I would turn into a truly terrifying titan, that would slaughter everything in my path.

Sarah: You almost did it seemed, but she snapped you out of it.

Y/N: Yeah, she did.

Sarah began to stir around and she woke up and saw you were awake. She engulfed you in a hug.

Little Sarah: Daddy!

Y/N: Hey baby, it's okay, daddy's okay.

Little Sarah: I *sniff* thought something bad was *sniff* gonna happen to you *sniff*

Y/N: No baby, I made you a promise, I would always come back for you, and you saved me out there.

Little Sarah: *sniff* really?

Y/N: Yeah, really.

You hugged her as she hugged you, and soon your sister joined as well.

Y/N Thoughts: I have to do whatever it takes, to defend my family.

With Petra and Eld

They were walking down the hall, and actually caught up with Armin and Jean.

Petra: Hey guys.

Armin: Hey. 

They kept walking, and Jean brought up something.

Jean: It's impossible for me to understand. Abandon your humanity to overcome a monster. That's the only way to win? 

Armin: It's one possible way that humanity might defeat the titans. Y/N can do it, and I think Eren can too. 

Jean: Tell me...Even if he did become that monster and, destroyed all the titans...would that rally be a victory for humanity? 

Armin stared out to the wall, and watched as the sun was setting.

Armin....It won't be easy to overcome...

Back with Erwin

Erwin: But I believe we have gained a tremendous opportunity to ensure the survival of humanity. Compared to when we never imagined that humans could transform into titans, the very fact that we have captured one of the enemy is a massive step forward. Yes, they are out there. And we'll track them all down. All the titans within the walls. Now it's our turn to attack! 

Third Person POV 

The summons for Eren, Y/N, and the Survey Corps were suspended indefinitely. The custody of Annie Leonhart was granted to the Survey Corps, who kept her deep underground. However, it would still take much sacrifice and time before humanity learned what it was that held them captive...you were currently looking out the window while holding Sarah in your arms, and wrapped an arm around your sister.

Y/N Thoughts: I'll change the world, I'll save everyone, protect my family, and find out the truth about this world, and these walls.......these damned walls will soon fall, and we will take back our world. Mom, Dad, I'll make you proud, and keep the promise I made, from that dreadful day....
