Stohess District

Word had reached Commander Pyxis in Trost District that titans had been spotted inside the wall, and that the wall has been breached. You and the scouts have been preparing everything for the mission to inspect the wall. You were helping Mikasa, Armin, and Eren load their gear onto the wagon they would be riding in.

Eren: What the hell does all this mean? Damn it!

Armin: But...would titans break walls with titans in them?

Y/N: It's happened before. They busted the wall in our city.

Armin: That was a gate.

Mikasa: Armin, what are you saying?

Armin: The thing about the walls...there's no crevices between the rocks or any signs of cracking. We can't really tell how they're made. So what if they're made of hardened titan skin?

Y/N: You mean like how Annie and I can do? Harden out skins?

Armin: Yeah, it must be pretty versatile if Annie can encase herself in it.

Eren: Titans....in the wall...

After a few more minutes, you and the rest of the scouts were now ready to head out. You sat upfront on the wagon Eren was on, and Levi squad surrounded the wagon. Mikasa was with Eren taking care of him making sure his condition doesn't worsen since he hasn't fully recovered. She was currently fixing his cloak.

Mikasa: Eren, wear it right. It's cold at night.

???: Sorry to keep ya waiting!

You turned around and saw Hanji, Levi, and Pastor Nick?

Hanji: Took longer to prepare than we thought.

You all stared at the priest as he got on the same wagon as you.

Armin: Um....isn't this a priest from the Order of the walls?

Hanji wrapped her arm around Nick in a playful manner.

Hanji: Yeah. Nick and I are best buddies. Right?

He remained silent.

Hanji: Don't let him bother you. The whole makeup of this squad doesn't make any sense. Does it, Levi?

Levi: No, I think it might. Erwin picked them out for a reason.

Scout: Open the gate!

You looked forward and saw the gate begin to open. All the scouts were ready to go, torches in hand, waiting for the order to advance. Erwin rode up front and turned to face everyone.

Erwin: The situation within Wall Rose is still unclear. But everything up until Ehrmich is safe. We'll save time going through there. Move out!

Scouts: Yes, sir!

Everyone began to head out, and Levi ordered the person who was controlling the wagon to move as well.

Levi: Take us out.

Scout: Yes, sir!

You all began to head out at night to reach Wall Rose and assess the situation at hand. You took a look back, and stared at the giant wall behind you.

Y/N Thoughts: The entire time, titans have been protecting us from other titans.

As you traveled further out of the wall, Hanji explained to all of you how Nick, knew about the titans being inside the walls. You and your friends were utterly shocked by this.

Eren: Huh? He knew? There's titans inside the walls, and he's known about it!?

Hanji: Yes, though...he's kept his mouth shut this entire time. But now he's coming with us to witness the harsh reality. Will his beliefs be strong enough for him to stay silent? Or will seeing it with his own eyes make him question himself?

You could see the anger build up inside Eren, and he stood up and leaned towards Nick.

Eren: No, no, no! This is all backwards! If there's something you know, tell us about it! Nothing's more important than keeping humans from-

Y/N: Eren! Calm down, you'll hurt yourself again if you do that. Your still not fully healed.

As he sat down, Levi pulled out a pistol from his jacket, and pointed it towards Nick.

Levi: There's more than one way to get answers. I may be injured and useless right now, but it doesn't take much to watch one man. I'm hoping we can settle this without blasting a hole in anyone. Aren't you?

Hanji: Threatening him doesn't work, Levi. Believe me, I've tried. It seems to me that this priest is capable of sound judgement. That's why I wonder...What if the reason he doesn't talk is because he knows something more important than the fate of humanity.

Y/N: Well, that's enough for me, I'm gonna get some shut eye. Night.

Levi: Tch, you're really gonna sleep at a time like this?

Y/N: Yup, night short stuff.

You closed your eyes, and drifted to sleep, and as you went deeper and deeper.

Timeskip

You felt your tiredness drift away, and slowly began to open your eyes. After adjusting your vision, you found yourself staring up at the morning sky. You were confused since you were sitting up front before you slept. You turned your head and saw that you were resting on Mikasa's lap, and she was asleep as well.

Y/N's Thoughts: She's cute when she sleeps.

You sat up, and positioned her so that she leaned against you. She snuggled closer to you as you wrapped your arms around her. Taking a look around, you saw that the Formation had stopped and set up camp at an old village.

Y/N's Thoughts: Hmmm, I wonder why we stopped.

You felt someone tap your shoulder, and turned to see Erwin at the side of the cart. He motioned for you to follow him, and you gently laid down Mikasa. You gave her a kiss and she smiled in her sleep as you left and caught up to Erwin.

Y/N: Yes commander?

Erwin: It's okay, just refer to me as Erwin. I need to talk to you about this expedition.

Y/N: Something bothering you?

Erwin: It's just a suspicion, but hear me out.

Y/N: I'm all ears.

Erwin: Do you remember what happened during the fight against Annie? When you changed?

Y/N: It's sort of a blur, but the main parts and battle, yes

Erwin: What do you think happened to those soldiers who went out the walls during our mission?

Y/N: I would have no clue. I was only told about my part in the mission to capture Annie.

Erwin: She infiltrated our ranks, and nearly destroyed our entire infrastructure from the inside in a dat. Who's to say there aren't others like her?

Y/N:....Your talking about the armored snd Colossal aren't you?

Erwin: Exactly. Y/N, I need to know that if those two are among us, that you'll be there to stop them.

Y/N: I've already told you Erwin, I'm ready to give my life for everyone. If they are among us, and they do appear, I promise that I will fight to my last breath, even if I have to use my bear hands.

Erwin: During my entire time as a soldier, I have never met anyone as skilled as you who didn't use it for selfish reasons. Your resolve inspires me to better myself.

Y/N: It's you who I look up to sir. Your able to make decisions no one else can, even if it may not be the one everyone likes, it's the best decision. I want to be able to do that.

Erwin: Y/N, that ability you have, when you were able to control what Eren did, can you do that?

Y/N: It's possible, but I don't know until I try. Right now, Eren is too weak to transform again.

Erwin: We still don't understand that power of yours. But if you are able to control it, that would help us a great deal.

Y/N: I'll try my best.

Erwin: Come, we need to prepare to set out.

Y/N: Of course.

With Sarah

Sarah and the team she was escorted with had stopped at Connie's village. There was no one to be found, and what's strange is that they discovered an immobile 4 meter titan laying on it's back, on top of Connie's house.

Sarah: There's no survivors here.

Gelgar: There's something strange going on.

Sarah: What do you mean?

Gelgar began to walk towards the cadets, with her and Nanaba following.

Gelgar: Hey! Something's strange here. Has anyone spotted any bodies?

Reiner: No...

Bertolt: I haven't.

Gelgar: How is that even possible? Titans come and not a single drop of blood?

Sarah saw that Connie was crying somewhat and immediately stepped up with a hopeful smile.

Sarah: Everyone must've escaped. It means nobody here was eaten. Including your family, too.

Connie: I see...That's gotta be it!

Sarah: Yeah. it's unbelievable to think Titans ate everyone without leaving blood behind.

Gelgar's Thoughts: That's not all that's unbelievable. If the village really was evacuated, then why would titans obliterate these houses with nobody in them? But what really boggles my mind is the stables. If they tried to escape without horses, their chances if survival would be slim.

He turned back towards the group.

Gelgar: Everyone got their torches? Let's move! Our next mission is to locate and assess the breach in the wall.

Reiner: Yes, sir!

Everyone began to move out, but just as Connie was going to leave...

???: Wel...come...home...

Connie froze as he was mounting on his horse. He slowly turned around towards the titan, and saw it's mouth was moving, trying to speak.

Connie: Just now...

Connie was snapped out of his thoughts as Reiner rode back on his horse and grabbed his shirt.

Reiner: Connie! We're falling behind Gelgar!

Connie: Reiner! Did you hear that!? The Titan-

Reiner: I didn't hear anything at all. Enough with the chit-chat. Focus on the mission!

Connie: But it...I think...I don't know how but...I think...my mom..

Reiner: Connie! Do you understand the situation we're in!? Hundreds of thousands of lives depend on whether we complete this mission or not! Your family might have escaped, but it's not over yet! If you're a soldier, put the mission first!

Reiner rode off on his horse back towards the group. Connie stared before gaining a stern face.

Connie: Yeah...good point. He's absolutely right!

He pulled the reigns on the horse before bolting off and catching back up with the group.

7 Hours After The Titan Spotting, Western Team

Gelgar rode in front of the group as they head towards the wall to check for the breach.

Gelgar: We're getting close to the wall now, so there's no people living in the area.

Nanaba: Right. That didn't take us very long.

Sarah: Why don't we head South now?

Ymir: What for? There shouldn't be any villages south of here.

Nanaba: We need to find the location the wall was breached.

Sarah: We'll ride along the wall from the west until we find it.

Ymir: But Christa and I don't have our battle gear. There's probably Titans roaming everywhere to our south. It's very possible we'll become Titan fodder. Let the two of us withdraw from the front.

Christa: Ymir...

Sarah: I'm sorry, you can't. We'll need somebody to relay back a report. I know how you feel but you signed up for this as a soldier.

The team began to pass a clearing, where there was a beautiful lake that shined with the setting sun. Sarah stared out to the distance as she thought about you.

Sarah's Thoughts: Y/N, I hope you're alright. Things have gotten bad. Knowing the commander, he'll probably have you sent out with Eren and the others, trying to assess the damage. I'm with your friends right now, and I'll do everything in my power to bring them back.

She stared at the crystal clear water as a family of fish swam next to her and then passed by.

Sarah's Thoughts: Mom and Dad would have loved it out here. You would enjoy the view. It's beautiful...I miss you bro, I'll be back soon.

They rode pass the clearing, as the sun set behind the walls, and night covered the sky.

11 Hours After Titan Spotting, Southern Team

Gelgar slowly trotted along with his torch in his hand. Sarah rode behind him with everyone else following along. They stress was high with the knowledge of not knowing where the titans are. The silence of the night made their fears even higher.

Gelgar's Thoughts: When? When will they show? When will it happen? At any second, they could leap out from the shadows. No....the closer we come to the hole, the more inevitable it becomes. Damn it! This is driving me crazy! As they rode on, Gelgar froze when he began to hear sounds. Just then, lights from other torches appeared, revealing Nanaba and the rest of their team. They were all shocked when they saw each other.

Gelgar: Did you follow the wall here too?

Nanaba: Yeah. Where did you find the hole?

Gelgar: Huh?

Nanaba: We didn't find anything to the west. Didn't you find it your way?

Gelgar: N-No....There's no hole this way either.

Sarah: Is it possible we missed it?

Henning: No way. Not a hole big enough for titans to use.

Gelgar: Should we go back and look again?

Nanaba: We'll need to, but the horses and the rest of us are exhausted. If only we had some moonlight.

Gelgar: Yeah...

Just then, the clouds began to clear as the light of the moon shined. In the distance, a dark structure could be seen.

Gelgar: What is that? Castle ruins?

Sarah: We should set up camp there.

Lynne: It looks like a mess but we can make it work for one night.

Nanaba: Right. Luckily the moon is out.

They set out towards the castle and once they arrived, they tied down the horses and gave them water and food. Inside the tower, they were resting next to a fire

With You

You were back up front of the carriage as you were traveling down a path with the rest of the corps.

Levi: Hange. Hey, four-eyes, are your hobbies so boring that playing with rocks is fun to you?

Hange: Yeah, that's right.

Y/N: Kind of like you with your cleaning.

Levi: Bite me.

Y/N: Fuck you.

Hange: Anyways, this is no ordinary rock. It's a hardened fragment of skin left behind by the Female Titan.

Y/N's Thoughts: Still can't believe I had sex with her.

Armin: Huh? It didn't disappear?!

Hange: Right! Annie reverted from a titan but it's still intact even though it broke off her body. It didn't evaporate. It didn't disappear. So I thought, "What if?" When I compared it tk a piece of the wall, its and composition were practically identical. In other words-

Y/N: The wall is a barricade of humongous titans...and if you're right, the surface is constructed with hardened titan skin. It's exactly what Armin was saying...

Armin: Th-Then-

All of a sudden, Hange shoved her hand in his face so she could continue.

Hange: Let me finish, Armin. As it stands, we'll be hard pressed to fill the hole in Wall Rose. That is unless we can find the perfect boulder to plug it. But if...But if Eren and Y/N in their transformed state, could use the titans hardening ability to seal the hole in the wall...

Eren: Use us...to seal the wall?

Hange: It should be made of the same material. And seeing how the hardened section won't evaporate, even after you revert from a titan...

Y/N:...it's possible...

Armin: I think it's well worth the risk to try. And assuming it does work, reclaiming Wall Maria is feasible too. Up until now, we've had to transport a large quantity of materials and supply. That's why the need for outpost past the wall limited our progress. But if we don't have to accommodate supply wagons...we could quickly make our way to Shiganshina. What if we carried out the plan at night?

Hange: At night?

Armin: Yes. During the night, when Titans can't move.

Hange: I see...if the group was small enough, you could sneak all the way to Wall Maria. The current situation is as bad as it gets, but...we still have a glimmer of hope.

Armin: Yes, but remember...it all depends on whether the two of them can seal the hole or not.

Hange: I realize asking this hardly seems fair, but...Think you can do it?

Y/N: I will.

Mikasa: Y/N?

Y/N: I don't care what I have to go through. If I can drive those bastards out, I'll go to hell and back to do it.

Just as Eren was about to speak, you spoke up again.

Y/N: It doesn't matter what you think Eren. We have to. There's no other choice. We're out of options brother. Our forces are struggling so desperately, there's nothing else they can do. We HAVE to succeed.

Eren: I will! I'll do whatever it takes to seal the wall! Whatever it takes...The basement...

Y/N: Huh?

Eren: My dad's basement...If what my dad said was true, we'll find answer to everything there.

Y/N: Better keep an eye on that. We lose it, we're all dead.

Hange: It's Ehrmich District.

You looked ahead to see the next gate coming into view.

Y/N's Thoughts: Damn it Sarah, you better be alive when I find you. Else I'll kick your ass in hell when I get there.

Ehrmich District

You were escorting Pastor Nick along with Levi towards the operations section, where you would plot the next course of action. As you stepped out of a hallway, Nick froze from the sight in front of him. Almost thousands of refugees wandering the streets. Levi kicked his back slightly making him go forward.

Levi: Hey, keep moving. You'll end up like a little lost kid.

Nick: Th-This is...

Y/N: What's you expect huh? It's what happens when the wall falls.

He heard the cries of children and sadness among the crowd, and tried to walk to them, but you grabbed his arm.

Y/N: Hey. Where do you think you're going?

Levi: Take a good look at the faces of people who've lost everything. The faces of everyone you and your people abandoned. If your church's wish comes true, and Titans come flooding through the walls, we'll all be gobbled up in their stinking mouths and die in the most miserable was possible. All of humanity...

Y/N: Digested as one.

Operations HQ

You had caught up with Eren, and were walking with Hange to go over everything that was set for the formation route.

Hange: Once we leave Ehrmich, we'll be in Titan territory.

The three of you stopped next to Moblit as Hange continued to go over supplies and resources.

Moblit: Eren? think you can ride a horse?

Eren: Yes. I feel fully recovered now.

Moblit: Yours is ready at the west lift. Let's hurry.

Just as you were all walking away, Hange stopped and turned back.

Moblit: Section Commander. We should hurry.

Hange: Give me a moment, Moblit.

She rushed to Nick and had almost a desperate tone.

Hange: Have you had a change of heart yet?

Nick just looked down, remaining silent since the beginning.

Hange: We don't have time for this! You know, don't you!? Will you talk or won't you!? Make up your mind already!

Nick: I cannot say anything. The other believers are the same as I, and that will never change.

Hange: Well thanks for nothing! We're so grateful for the help you've been!

She began to stomp back towards you, but then he spoke again.

Nick: It's too great a decision for a single person to make.  The Order of the Walls must always adhere to the sacred will we're bound to obey.

Hange: Whose will? God or something?

Nick: I cannot say anything. However, I can inform you of a name, who under their sacred will, we were instructed to monitor.

Hange: Monitor?

Nick: That person joined the Scout Regiment as of this year.

Y/N: Not this again..*slumps on wall*

Nick: Their name is...

*BLAM*

???: Excuse me! 104th cadet corps! Sasha Braus!

Eren: Her?

Y/N: You gotta be shitting me...

Hange: Who's that?

Sasha tried to make her way to Hange, but she was ignored.

Sasha: Um, this is for you, Section Commander.

Nick: You must find her at once. Only she...She may know the truths which even we cannot perceive. That is all the information I can share. The rest I leave in your hands.

He took a deep breath and closed his eyes, feeling the relief of pressure he had on him.

Hange: If she's in the 104th, then she's..

Y/N: Deep in the front lines right now, along with Sarah.

Eren: Let's go! We need to hurry!

As he ran, he bumped right into Sasha dropping her to the ground.

Sasha: ouch...

Eren: Sasha?!

Mikasa: What are you doing here?

She suddenly shot back up and grabbed a piece of parchment from the ground and rushed to Hange.

Sasha: Upon my arrival, I gave my report to the Commander! Afterwards, I was entrusted to deliver this message to the Section Commander!

Hange: Message? Thank you. Good work.

She grabbed the message and placed a warm potato in her hands. She gasped before taking a huge bite, leaving crumbs on her face. You walked up to her quickly.

Y/N: Good work, I'll reward you later, for now, take this.

You cleaned her face and gave a quick but passionate kiss. After dashing off, she was as red as Mikasa's scarf, and you caught up to the other, getting ready to head out.

Hange: So, who is this girl in the 104th?

Eren: She's the smallest one of us.

Armin: She's got long golden hair. Um, and...She's cute.

Y/N: I might kill you for saying that.

Armin: Eep!

Mikasa: Besides Y/N, she's always hanging around Ymir.

Hange: Ymir?

Y/N: *mumbles* God damn it, why do the people I have sex with end up being a part of something that's really bad?

With Sarah, Play Song At Top

Christa was leaning on Sarah asleep, as she found it difficult to sleep alone. Sarah stroked her hair whilst she slept.

Sarah's Thoughts: Even when she sleeps, she's somehow so cute.

Christa: *snores and drools*

She giggled watching her, when suddenly...

Lynne: Everyone, wake up! Get to the tower! Quickly!

Everyone shot up from their rest, and rushed to the top of the tower. When they arrived, they saw all the scouts looking down. Once they looked at what they were looking at, they were completely dumbfounded....Titans were all over the castle ruins.

Lynne: I couldn't see them in the darkness, but then the moon...

Gelgar: Why? Why can they move? It's been so long since the sun set!

Christa: What's going on here?

Connie: Hey! Look at that!

When everyone turned they were shocked at the sight. It was the Beast Titan.

It's huge! What the hell is it? A Titan? No, it's more like...It's like a beast! Right?

When he turned to everyone, he noticed that Reiner and Bertolt looked absolutely terrified and shocked. When he turned back, he noticed the direction it was headed.

Connie: It's....headed for the wall!

Suddenly, a titan smashed its body against the tower, shaking it, making everyone stumble.

With You

You and everyone else had just been in formed of the plan, and were battle ready for the mission ahead.

Hange: Everyone understand?

Everyone: Yes!

Eren: We've got to go!

Levi: Calm down, Eren. You all listen too. We're going our own ways now. The rest is up to you. Erwin may have thrown together your squad, but everything's riding on you. Got it, Armin? Work with Hange and combine your knowledge.

Armin: Y-Yes sir!

Levi: Mikasa. I don't know why you're so attached to Eren, but...use the utmost of your ability to protect Eren at all costs, the same for Y/N.

Mikasa: Yes, sir! Of course!

Levi: And finally, Eren...

With Sarah

They heard the titans beginning to bash on the castle doors, and scrape the bricks. Gelgar glared down at them.

Gelgar: Hey, wait! Wait, wait, wait up! DonMt you be coming in here! You're fricking kidding me. Gotta be fricking kidding me. I'd be drinking right now if it wasn't for you! This is all your fault!

Nanaba: Stand back rookies. Leave it to us.

All the scouts with their gear rushed to the edge of the tower, and drew their blades.

Nanaba: It's time we show off our ODM gear. Let's go!

Scouts: Yes!

The four of them leaped off while Sarah stayed on the edge. She turned back towards the group behind them and gave a smirk with a thumbs up.

Sarah: Leave it to me. I'll get you home.

Christa: Sarah!

Sarah leaped off the edge, and latched onto the first titan she saw. She went full speed towards its face, as her blades were sharpened beyond belief.

Sarah: HYYYYYYAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Levi: And finally, Eren. Learn to restrain yourself. Don't succumb to rage and lose sight of the goal. We can't afford another mistake.

Eren: Yes!

Levi: Y/N.

Y/N: Yeah?

Levi:...Bite me.

Y/N: *chuckle* Fuck you....*extends hand* Captain.

Levi: *takes your handshake* You watch his back. We can't afford to lose the two of you, not when we have a chance to seal the hole.

Y/N: I'll be back, just make sure not to get any shorter while I'm gone.

Levi: Tch, dumb brat.

As he let go, he flashed a small and quick, and I mean QUICK smile towards you. You were shocked, but chuckled in response. With that, you and the rest of the scouts set off, and headed southwestward,  hoping to make it before anything happens.

Hange: There's a tower nearby where we can assess the wall. It's in an abandoned castle to the southwest. We'll ride to Utgard castle.

You rode your horse as you went full speed with anger in your heart, an anger burning towards the titans.

Y/N: Damn it Sarah, if you're not alive, I'm going to kill you....Titans.....you lay another hand on my family....I'll eradicate this entire world just to destroy you....hold on sis, I'm coming.
