~~~Flash Back~~~

  I turned the corner, I heard my foolish brother over here. Dr Jeager's son and that blonde boy were getting the shit beat out of them again. Except the brown haired boy was fighting back. I groamed, yelling out, "Oi! Rich! Daniel! Eric! Stop it!"

  The five looked to me, or so I thought, eyes in fear. Well the three I called out looked at me in fear.

   Suddenly I felt an impact, 'Gah that hurts...' I thought as I caught myself with my hamds before face plamting the ground. I leapt up, turning around. I saw a black haired gorl with a pink dress and a red scarf. Her steely grey eyes glaring daggers at me and the three bpys who were now running.

  I turned around, "Cowards!" I called out. Tears entering my eyes. 'Why would you just abandon me Danny bro?' I thought sadly.

  The blonde stood shakily, I ran to his side, helping him stand. "S-sorry about my brother and his stupid friends..." I murmured quietly.

~~~End of Flash Back~~~

  I sat up, my (H/L) (H/C) locks messy and rather tangled. I rubbed the sleep from my (E/C) depths. I heard a knock on the door, "Come in!" I called out. The door creaked opemed, revealing the blonde haired boy I grew to be friends with. Only he knew about my crush on Mikasa. And how Daniel started acting around me.

  He looked sympathically at me, "(Y-Y/N)... You gotta come..." he murmured sheepishly before fleeing from the room. I sighed, quickly putting on my uniform. I put on my boots last and left the room, going to the Mess Hall.

  I froze in place, seeing the tan man with short (H/C) hair. We were fraternal twins afterall. He turned around, a icy cold glare in his pale gold eyes. He wore a fancy suit.

  "(Y/N)." he spoke coldly. His hands balled up in fists.

  He threw a punch my way, in my shock I couldnt react in time and ended up on the floor. The cadets watching as this stranger just attacked one of the stronger ones. I got to 13th place. A few places ahead of Armin. Ok so maybe I wasnt the "strongest" per say but hey! I tried.

  Immediately the familiar black haired female stepped forward, her red scarf trailing her. He had no time to turn around and face her before he was on the floor, his arm twisted behind his back. The man yelled in agony.  The cadets watched on in shock, no one had seen Mikasa angry and oh boy! Was it terrifying.

  I looked up, tears streaming from my (E/C) depths as Daniel screamed out, "YOU LITTLE PIECE OF SHIT! HIDING BEHIND THIS CUNT JUST LIKE JEAGER!"

  Mikasa growled out, "Dont you dare call her that you bastard." her tone icy and cold. Her eyes colder. I stood, a sickeningly sweet smile on my lips.

  "Let him go. If hes serious about hating me... He'll go out to the training grounds. In front of the Survey Corps and fight me." I challened.

  Even the more oblivious Connie knew this was more than just about Daniel hating me. 'He called you a name. I wont let that stand... Even if I cant tell you how I truly feel. I will not falter in protecting you, my only love...' I thought crossly.

  I turned around, walking out to the training grounds where everyone except the newest cadets were training. It was their day off. I flashed a smile to the Commander and his second in command Squad Leader Mike. The Commander approached me, raising a brow in confusion.

  "(Y/N) you and you-" the Commander started.

  "Im sorry sir but can I get everyones attention? Everyone here?" I interrupted. He nodded, turning to them amd soon shouting to tell everyone to pay attention to me.

  I walked to the middle of the grounds, seeing the cadets from the Mess Hall join their higher ups amd older cadets. Mikasa and Armin watching. Daniel had a bloody nose as he stepped forward.

  "Sir, this noble attacked me in the mess hall and wishes to battle me. He is Daniel (L/N)." you reported, most of the crowd gasped. The Commamder simply nodded, narrowing his bushy eye brows.

  I turned to face him, taking a fighting stance as he charged at me. I tripped him with ease and waited for him to stand. Daniel eventually did, panting heavily.

  "You... Fucking BITCH!" he screamed, charging again. I let out a dry chuckle, stepping out of the way. He stopped.

  I finally made my move, grabbing his shirt, pulling him close and whispering in his ear.

  "Never insult Mikasa again..." I growled into his ear before throwing him on the ground and holding him down with my foot. He steuggled until Commamder Erwin shouted out, "Cadet (L/N)! You have proven your point. Let him go."

  I reluctantly walked away. Going to my room. Nurses tended to my brother.

  I heard the door creak open but I ignored it, glaring at me wall. Until Mikasa pinned me down on the bed. I tried to get out from under her pin. She chuckled, "That was cute (Y/N)." she stated matter-of-factly.

  I blushed bright red. Mikasa's soft lips crashed into mine, causing me to widen my eyes and kiss back. We soon pulled away. She and I cuddled the rest of the night.
