As the Stohess' citizens are now walking towards the court with the MPB soldiers guarding the pathway for the main event, a thunder strikes down and an explosion erupts from afar. The 00 now is geared up as Y/n picks up his GN ODM Blades to fight her.

Y/n: At this rate... she will awaken the monster.

Everyone else is terrified of what's happening. However, they're not the only ones who have now sensed and know the presence of the Titan shifter's power.

In the pyramid where the ancient prophecy is written, the winged one has now arisen from the ground and is in perfect condition thanks to the merged Plumas. It fires its long laser cannon and a terrifying screech from it.

SKKRRAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAWWWKKK!!!!!!!

*Opening 2 plays*

Annie's transformation has caused the rest of the Scouts to die from the blast except for Eren, Mikasa, Armin, and Y/n. Armin and his friends are at the tunnel's entrance when they see her transform and begin to worry about their next move.

Armin: Damn it...

But suddenly they saw its left arm reaching out to Eren immediately. So they make a run for it with Mikasa pulling Eren close to her and start running away from the Titan.

Armin: Damn, didn't know that ring has a sharp hook in it! Y/n's flash must've held her back for a while but it wears off because of her Titan abilities! There must've been another way to do this!

Mikasa: Reflect on it later and contact Y/n on what we should do next from here on out!

Armin: R-Right! *presses the earpiece* Y/n, what should we do now?!

Y/n above ground is checking on the other Scouts to tend to them from their wounds or minor injuries and evacuate them towards the reinforcements. He moves out and gets to the answers to Armin's call after he helps a Scout with an injured ankle to a nearby haven outside the walls.

Y/n: Proceed to plan B, Armin! She gave us no choice! *ends the call* Damn it, Annie! You're making things worse than before!

In the tunnels, Armin receives his answer and understands it.

Armin: Y/n said switch to plan B: Eren will transform as we discussed and assist with the capture before those Mobile Armors get to Wall Sina. Sounds good?

Eren: Y-Yeah!

Then Squad 3 arrived where Armin and the rest were.

Squad 3: Hey!

Armin: *looks ahead* It's the 3rd Squad!

Squad: Status of the primary capture?

Armin: It's failed! Please switch over to plan B! *gasps*

Armin gasps as she sees a shadow looming over Squad 3 and Annie's foot stomps into the tunnel, killing the whole Squad 3 team.

Armin: Wha-

The blow causes the wind into the tunnel to be blown back as the trio covers their faces from the gust. Armin saw her foot and was surprised.

Armin: She stomped through?!

Eren: We have to save them!

Mikasa: Eren, get back!

Eren: Wait, Mikasa!

Mikasa saw the gaze of the Titan from the hole she just made and asked Armin.

Mikasa: Is the Female Titan trying to show she doesn't need Eren alive?

Armin: It was her wager! She stomped through, wagering that Eren would survive. As reckless as it was, it makes things harder for us now.

Armin and the others run back to plan it out.

Armin: Annie is desperately trying to abduct Eren!

Above ground is the Female Titan trying to get away until she sees a green trail coming towards her and she knows who it is as it screams her name.

Y/n: Annie!!!

Y/n dodges an incoming swat from her and slices his blade into its fingers to chop it off. Suddenly he slides to the ground and stops to his spot. He transforms into the actual size of his Gundam and his systems have changed into a motion-tracking mode. He implemented this system as he dreamed of creating one back in the real world and being part of the GBN dev team.

Y/n: You want a fight with me?! You got one!

Annie grits her teeth inside her form as she shouts with her Titan form in response as he approaches her crystalized fist he responds with his opposite fist and both fists collide as shockwaves break the glass windows and roof tiles are shredded off from its house.

Down below, Eren, Mikasa, and Armin are planning what to do next as plan B is slowly becoming futile as they hear Y/n, stalling her for the others to buy time and commence it even though it has some holes now.

Armin: Now what? Our escape route's been cut off. After she dealt with Y/n, she'll be ready and waiting for us if we make a run for it with ODM. And that being said-

Another stomp was made as Annie's foot went through the tunnels and they heard Y/n move and tossed her to the side far enough from their location.

Armin: If we stay here for too long, there's no telling when she'll stomp on us.

Eren: I'll manage somehow! Just when I stopped that cannonball! Come closer!

Armin: Hey!

Eren: Here it goes!

As he bit his hand, it only bleeds his hand more as he bit harder and the two are wincing from this as they brace from his transformation. But it didn't come as he only gritted his teeth in pain and nothing happened.

Eren: Again?! Dammit! Of all times...! Damn, that hurts!

Armin: You can't transform without a clear goal, right? Try to focus harder!

Eren: I'm trying! But it's not-!

Y/n is fighting against her as she tries to kick his head unit and elbow her leg but she counters it by jumping and kicking his head unit on the other side stunning him as he goes to a wall. He can hear Eren not transforming from Armin's coms as he knew that's gonna happen.

Mikasa knew why, as from the start of the revelation of Annie's identity, his breath was shaking as he tried to bite his hand to transform. Mikasa kneels to him and talks some sense into him.

Mikasa: Tell me, are you still having qualms about fighting Annie?

Eren tries to answer and Armin is just watching the two talking. Mikasa widens her eyes more to wake him up from reality about Annie as an enemy.

Mikasa: After all this, don't tell me you still think that Annie can't possibly be the Female Titan? What did you see deep down on her? She killed our friends and comrades. Do you still hesitate?

Eren just tries to get it off his mind by shouting at her.

Eren: G- Give me a break! I'm trying here! *grunts in pain from his continuous biting*

Flashback

Eren: Annie's the Female Titan?! W-Why did you think of that, Armin?

Armin: The Titan knew what you looked like from the start. Plus, she reacted to your nickname of "reckless idiot," something only our classmates would know. But the biggest reason is that I believe she killed the test subject Sawney and Bean.

Eren: How do you know that?

Armin: Killing them would require professional skill, so she would've used the ODM gear she'd become accustomed to.

Eren: Yeah, but they held that equipment inspection. Annie's was fine.

Armin: She presented Marco's gear, that's how she avoided getting caught.

Eren: Huh?! What are you saying? What's Marco got to do with this?

Armin: I'm not sure.

Eren: Maybe you just saw it wrong?

Armin: No, I recognized-

Eren was informed too late about it so his reaction is natural. Levi then stops it as he asks them.

Levi: Hey, kid. We get it. Any other evidence to share?

Armin: No more, sir.

Mikasa: I think Annie and the Female Titan look alike.

Eren: Huh?! Are you crazy?! What kind of evidence is-

Y/n: I got one that will prove that she is the Female Titan.

Eren" W-What is it now?!

Y/n: Stand over there, Eren.

Y/n then gets off his seat and Eren just looks at him as he begins to strike a nerve on him when he sees his fighting stance. Two feet down with one leg forward and both arms raised with two fists upright, replicating Annie's fighting stance.

Eren was shocked by this he only snapped back when he felt an air go past over his head. Eren and his friends are shocked about this as he returns to his seat and asks him.

Y/n: Remember back in the forest? When you fought her, you stopped as you saw her stance change, giving away her identity. Her fighting stance is called Muay Thai, and with fast and lethal attacks coated with her crystallization, it sends your Titan form's head off cleanly exposing your body.

Flashback end

Mikasa: You know the Female Titan is Annie. Then you know, you have to fight. Or are there certain, special feelings stopping you?

Eren: Huh?!

Armin then unsheathes his blade as he points out his plan to them.

Armin: I have a plan. Mikasa and I will exit that hole and that entrance at the same time. At that point, Annie will go for one of us. When she does, run the opposite way, Eren!

Eren: Wait, that means one of you will get killed!

Armin: And if we stay here for too long, all of us will die! Mikasa get in position!

Mikasa: Right, I'll take it this way!

Eren doesn't know what to do as he only watches them leave on his own since this is a war.

Eren: Mikasa, Armin! How...? How are you guys able to fight?! How?!

Mikasa: We don't have a choice. We live in a cruel world. Like Y/n as a 00 Gundam, he lives and fights in a sick world. *pulls up her hood*

Eren saw this and she launched herself out of the exit. He can only look at his bleeding hand in hesitation and doubt. But then he felt a shaking as he gasped that it's right on top of him and in a split second, the roof covering him is smashed down.

Outside, Y/n continues fighting her as he blocks her kick and parries as the battlefield starts to form GN particles around the two creating a sphere with their thoughts connected and communicating. He holds her fists together and clenches them to stop her.

Behind the scenes are the disarrayed MPs trying to order the recruits to check it out.

Nile: What's going on?! Escort Squad! I'll hold this position! Go see what's happening!

Marlo: Understood!

Marlo along with the squad moves out, not knowing the hell awaits them. Including Hitch Dreyse who was one of Annie's roommates. 

Nile: Something's up... First, there was an explosion, and now...

Erwin: Nile, deploy all troops immediately.

Nile turns around and sees Erwin in his Scout cloak and Levi getting out of the carriage.

Erwin: We should assume a Titan has appeared.

Nike: A-Are you crazy?! This is Wall Sina, you know! No Titan would show up here!

Then they hear gunshots from the 00's GN Sword Rifle, they only flinched from those sounds except for the two.

Then the fake Eren comes out and the MP tries to stop him.

MP: Hey, stop right there, Jaeger!

Jean: I've had enough of this get-up! Don't call me like that, again!

Jean heads to Erwin for orders.

Jean: Commander, I want to help, too! What's your orders?!

Erwin: Ask Squad 4 for the gear.

Jean: Roger!

Levi: Bravado is nice and all, but just remember to stay alive.

Jean: Yes, sir!

Jean leaves the premises leaving the confused Nile on the scene.

Nile: W-What is the meaning of this!?

Scout: Commander! I brought it in!

Erwin: Good work, now return to your assignments.

Scout: Yes, sir!

Erwin geared up and will now go and help them out.

Erwin: All available soldiers, follow me on the battlefield! We'll capture that Titan with the Capture squad!

But suddenly Nile gets in his way and aims his rifle at him along with other gunners.

Nile: Erwin, halt right there! You're committing a clear act of treason against the royal government!

Erwin and Levi didn't even flinch from their gunpoint threat and Levi only sighed.

Levi: Nile, do you have a nut-sized brain and look, just like Y/n said to me? Because you don't get what's going on here.

Nile: Remove your gear, Erwin!

When Marlo and Hitch's team get to where the transformation's origins are. They were in shock as the Female Titan and the 00 were in battle.

MP 1: Hey... that's a Titan, right?

MP 2: Yeah? Why?

Then in the crowd is Jean who removed his wig looking like a lot of Eren's hair. He pushed through the crowd and started helping his team. He looks to the rooftops where the cowardly MP aren't doing anything but stand around and look at the cause of panic which is the Titans.

Jean: Just look at them, not giving a crap! And to also think that could've been me up there too. Like Y/n predicted. Man, what the hell's gotten into me?

Back into the fight, Y/n was having a stare-down as only the two of them could communicate while the rest of the Scouts just stood there as the GN particles surrounded them not knowing what was going on.

Then they continued trading blows as Annie and Y/n were talking their thoughts towards each other in the GN particles.

Y/n: As we're having this mess right now, that thing is getting closer to us! All of us are doomed, if you don't just stand down!

Annie: Then I'll face that thing myself, including you and everyone else! If it means for me to escape and return home empty handed!

Annie pushed him back to a tower making debris fall into a place where Annie and Eren are, including Jean. Y/n thought to her.

Y/n: You tried, but you never knew me completely. You are just a cold woman who knows nothing about the mess she made by turning her back on everyone else! Not even knowing that her doom had been written the moment she obtained it!

She roared as she tried to punch his face but he parried it to the side as she kneed her gut and they both clasped their hands, pushing each other as she gritted and grunted with the 00 only looking his cold eyes at her. But suddenly he hears Armin's voice shouting at her.

Armin: Annie! If you don't kill me this time, your sore excuses about the real bet will be worthless!

Y/n: 'Wait, what is he-' Gah!

But suddenly he was pushed back by Annie and she suddenly covered her nape when Jean tried to take the blow. The blades broke and Jean knew this so he shouted to Armin.

Jean: Armin, this way!

Armin: Understood!

Annie started chasing after them and Y/n just got back up and started chasing them with his SD-size form to conserve his energy. Meanwhile, on the rooftops, Hange has a crazed attitude, her heart pumping fast and giggling madly as she waits for her prey to fall into the trap, leaving her mate scared in her eyes.

Hange: She's coming... She's coming~!

Moblit: Umm, Section Commander, you have that crazy look in your eyes.

Then the shaking got closer as they saw the two pass over it and the Female Titan looked to tier side in a second and in a split second they fired their hooks at her. Making her unable to catch the two and fall to the floor. Started wrapping around her with a rope net with barbed spikes.

Hange: Alright, we got her! I thought the Plan C was way overkill, but Erwin knows his stuff. Now then...

She goes down and starts to get closer to her eye and threatens her with the sword pointed to her eye and starts talking,

Hange: I suggest you be a good girl and behave yourself. You can't call any Titans to eat you this time. Or even call them. But don't worry, I'll savor the info I pry from you instead.

Y/n: Everyone, get the hell away from there! She learned her lesson before, you know!

As he said that he immediately kicked off all the traps and everyone dodged away from her kick. Mikasa and Hange were surprised when she did this.

Mikasa: She broke free from that?!

Hange: Looks like we didn't set enough traps! Y/n predicted this too late, any moment now he has to go plan D.

Mikasa: Plan D?

Hange: Devastation... For now, we have to chase her and follow him. Don't let her escape! After her!

Meanwhile, on the debris of the underground tunnel, Eren was critically wounded and was remembering Armin's words to him.

Armin: Those who can't abandon anything, can't change anything! The ability to give up your humanity when forced to rise above monsters, whoever can do that will prevail!

Eren: 'I know, I failed before when I clung to my friends and the bond we shared. Think back...'

Eren started to think back to what happened. The close death of Levi Squad and Y/n, His squad back in Trost, Marco's death, and then the written fate of meeting with the 00.

Eren gasped as he painfully struggled to lift himself even with a wooden pillar stabbed through his shoulder with blood leaking out.

Eren: I swear to drive them out... No, to kill them all! Like he did to them!

As Mikasa and Y/n try to perform a coordinated attack with his blade dealing the killing blow to her legs and Mikasa to stagger it.

Eren: There's no time to think whether it's right or wrong! Just act to kill! Don't worry about the consequences!

Mikasa was suddenly tripped by Annie as she didn't land a perfect landing and ended up spinning and tumbling to the floor and knocked down.

Armin: Mikasa!

Y/n: Annie, you bastard!

Eren: 'Because we have always lived in a cruel world from the beginning!'

As his thoughts are now clear, the only thing left to do was to do his job. Fight to kill and be free

Eren: GRAAAAAAAAAAAAGH!!!!!

Thunders loom over the cloudy skies before yellow lightning strikes down to the ground, making everyone stop what they were doing and see the light show.

Nile: What now?!

The lightning died down and Annie stopped for a bit the Scouts managed to catch up with her and the 00 started to slow down for a bit as he could feel it. The rumbles of footsteps running towards the goal. From where Eren came, only his blood is dripping to the stairs with the cat, not having an idea of what's going on. 

Y/n: Looks like you have a clear goal today, Eren...

The MP and the Scouts have looked where it was coming from. As they feel the wind gust blew through them and shattered windows scattered to the floor. All Annie can meet is a punch to her face and straight to a building she tumbles. Everyone saw the smoke of Eren's titan, growling in rage and purpose.

Armin: Eren!

Mikasa: Eren...?

The GN particles started to expand more as the consciousness of the three Titans now merged into one place. Meeting up their final confrontation before the calamity appears. Y/n changed his Gundam armor into his Lupus form.

Y/n: Time to settle this, Annie.

Annie(Female Titan): 'So, you want to settle it here? Fine then!'

Eren(Titan): 'I'll kill you, Annie!' RAAAAAAGH!!!

As Eren's roar loomed over the battle, the Lupus was now engaging with her, and unnoticed by everyone its eyes were changing colors from green to red.
