With sweat & blood dripped by the soldiers who fought in the Trost, peace finally returns. But at the cost of everyone's lives change after their comrades who unfortunately died for the humanity. Even changing their decisions on what path they will walk upon.

One month later, the leader of the Scout Regiment, Erwin Smith left for their new expedition towards Shiganshina, together with the new recruits and also, their new ally, Y/n L/n. The Gundam Meister of the Scout Regiment, to discover the secrets inside the Titan wielder's previous home.

As all horses gallops and the 00 CORE began to move out.

Y/n: 00 CORE: Freedom, Y/n L/n with the Scout Regiment and commander Erwin Smith!

Erwin, Y/n: Commencing the 57th Exterior Scouting mission!

All soldiers moved out towards their routed path passing by the abandoned houses at their sights. The Gundam is now scanning the environment on their routed pathway towards Wall Maria.

Miche looks to the right using his sense of smell to identify incoming threats. Hange suddenly gave a heads up to the entire team on an incoming interference.

Hange: A 10-meter class approaching from ahead, on the left! 'While I'm quite interested in the contents of its stomach, I'll leave this to the support squad!

The Support squad began to attack the titan. Sasha can see the battle and she starts to get terrified. The other member of Scouts corrected her head.

???: Don't falter! Leave it to the support squad and advance! Eyes ahead! Forward!!

Just then they were immediately surprised by two abnormal titan's attacks. Time slows down but the said titans were obliterated by two beam fire.

They looked up and saw the 00 CORE putting back its GN Sword V. He then signaled that he's got their backs. So he moves on as the others follow up to where he's going.

The real deal started when they were outside the easy level zone. From here on out, Titans are rambling and swarming around to where they are going. Eren suddenly asked Oruo about this.

Eren: Oluo... Can my comrades beat the Titans?

Oluo: Huh? What the hell have you been doing this past month? Listen, you damn brat. During an expedition, the point is to avoid the Titans if po- ACK!!!!

As he was about to continue his own moment, he bit his tongue accidentally, again.

Erwin gives the signal to everyone as he shouts the battle formation.

Erwin: Assume the long-distance scouting formation!

The other squadrons start to separate and go in the other direction.

Reiner: Later, Armin.

Jean: Don't wet yourself even if you run into a Titan!

Armin: Right. Same to you!

Y/n can see from his view that all squadrons are separating. He can clearly remember about the squad positioned.

He also don't forget about the flare and smoke signals.

Red: Titan Nearby
Green: Adjust Course
Yellow: Lost Contact or Destroyed
Black: Abnormal Incoming
Blue: Retreat
Purple: Immediate Assistance

But he didn't forget about a new rule for smoke flares. A new colored flare representing different enemy types like his Gundam.

Pink: An unknown enemy

He can see that right off the bat, someone already fired a red flare meaning there's danger nearby, already.

The vanguard scout squads are the ones who encounter most threats nearby. Without modern technology, they had to rely on flares to communicate.

Erwin saw multiple red flares on their right so he fired his green flare to change course. Other units responded with their green flares as well.

They're doing this in order to avoid threats while on their way towards Shiganshina much faster. But of course it won't be a dangerous expedition without some severe risks. Like in Sasha's position.

Sasha is searching up the area and is delayed on checking the ruined building. Right off the bat, the Titan there ambushed the girl, blocking her way.

Sasha: F***!

She then changes her path to try and outrun it. She then fires her red smoke while running away.

Sasha: How the hell is this thing catching up to me?!

She then heard a soldier.

???: Blouse! This way!

Its assistant fired the red smoke trying to gain the Titans attention from the noise it made.

???: Damn. Looks like it didn't work.

???: Then let's draw it towards us. *to Sasha* Blouse! Come this way!

Sasha: Got it!

Sasha waits for the right moment and then turns as the Titan is close enough to make a bite out of her. The two then avert its attention.

Meanwhile in Y/n's position, he's checking everyone's life signs.

Y/n: Looks like it's going well... 'But... Erwin, are you actually planning on what I think you're planning to do with the culprit?'

He then received an alert in his cockpit.

Meanwhile, Armin is being wary of his surroundings after someone fired the red smoke. He then thought about what's going on in the next few seconds.

Armin: Something's strange... It's been a while since the red smoke signal was fired, but we've yet to regroup. Don't tell me...

He then saw a black smoke meaning an Abnormal is close by and moving fast. Armin remembers what Ness told them about Abnormals in this situation. They have granted permission to kill them as quickly as possible.

He saw Ness and his other squad member, Sys chasing after the Abnormal who came out from the forestry.

Ness: Damn, guess we have no other choice. Sys, you get its nape! I'll stop it in its tracks!

Sys: Roger!

They both released their blades for combat. But they know the risk of fighting them while being mobile is clearly impossible.

Ness: 'Fighting this one in level ground is not favorable. But Arlert is over there too. I can't let a new recruit encounter this type too early. We'll kill it here!'

Ness then latched on to its feet before swinging his blades to slice its ankles to make it fall to the ground.

Ness: Now, Sys!

Sys: Raaaaaagh!!!

Sys sliced its nape deep enough to kill it. Armin saw it from afar and was glad they killed it.

Armin: Squad Leader Ness did it!

But all of a sudden his head hurts when a flash in his mind appears and clutches his head from the pain and interference being filled up.

Armin: W-What is this?!

Another voice spoke to her consciousness alerting him.

???: Hey, wise guy! Hate to break it to you but there's another abnormal on the way!

Armin: Huh?

Back in Ness, they sighed with relief at taking it down.

Ness: Looks like we got it.

He got to his horse when it arrived on him.

But unknown to them a figure is running through the fields. Ness and Sys looked back and saw this.

Sys: Again?

Ness: What's the right flank scout squad doing?

Sys: If it ignored and came this way, then it must be an Abnormal too.

Ness: Here we go again. *unsheathes the blades* Sys, let's do it once more.

Sys: Yes, sir.

Ness: But to think we have to do this twice in a row... And it also looks like it's a 14 meter class at least. This one will be tough.

Ness turned around and was shocked when it was close to them. It's unlike anyone has ever seen. Skeletal muscles are seen on this Titan, has blonde hair and feminine features.

It passes by them and Armin sees this and immediately fires his black flare in fear.

Armin: What the hell is that? It's so fast!

Ness suddenly realized where its target could be.

Ness: Sys, don't let it get to Arlert!

Sys: Yes, sir!

However, this Titan isn't just any Abnormal at all. This titan immediately killed Sys as she grabbed him in approach and crushed him in her grasp before throwing his lifeless corpse away. Ness was grabbed by her from the cable and slammed him to the ground with force, adding up her kill counts.

Armin was terrified from this and tried to piece it together and realized what it was. The female titan began to sprint towards Armin. Armin immediately began to try and outrun her.

Armin: 'No... that's not an Abnormal. It has intelligence! Like the Armored, Colossal and Eren. It's a human controlling the body of a Titan! Who the hell is she?!'

???: 'Focus on running idiot!'

Suddenly the female titan was already on top of her as she was about to step onto her. He can see it's one more feature, it has blue cold eyes.

A moment ago

Y/n then saw multiple soldiers are under siege by a massive Titans.

He quickly goes over there and sees a massive horde of Abnormal titans raiding the right side.

Y/n: How the hell...?

Y/n didn't hesitate as he shot them down as he can see soldiers are about to die.

A woman soldier is about to be eaten. But her horrific fate was stopped when a massive beam shot down and incinerated the whole face of the Titan and the nape included.

???: Is that...

The 00 arrived as it landed on the ground grabbing the attention of every Titan.

Y/n: No...

Y/n is horrified. In just seconds, massive Titans are coming towards him which is the same amount of Titans ambushing the right flank. 

He clicked his tongue and never thought that his many could wipe them out. Maybe some of them were Abnormal too, he thought. But he shaken those off as he began to use his sword bits and GN Sword V to mince them all.

The 00 began to slice them all with its wings of light activated. All of them, one by one, being slash by him in one swing with precision. The dying soldier is now seeing the spectacle, she can see or rather feel the emotion of the pilot thanks to the wings of light and GN particles it's releasing.

After that, Y/n gets out of the cockpit as he reaches out to the dying soldier.

Y/n: What happened here?!

???: P-Please tell them... The right flank survey squad has been all but wiped out... A female Titan lured... and brought a large army of Titans. Don;t let our dying breaths... go in vain for your journey... Y/n Kujo.

Y/n was about to speak when he saw the lifeless eyes of the dead soldier. He just closed his eyes not breaking a tear and packs up all of the flares that are dropped on the ground. He goes back inside the cockpit and calms himself.

Y/n: 'Goddammit. That culprit is one step ahead.'

Hallelujah: 'I feel you. Whoever it is must be one like Eren. It has a mind of its own and has big brain ideas.'

The 00 began to fire its custom-yellow colored beam upward, signaling them.

Back in Armin, he was stepped over by the female Titan making him fall to the ground along with his horse. He tried to get up but the titan was already close to him. The voice inside his head speaks again.

???: 'Armin... Don't. Move.'

He didn't make any sudden moves as he followed the strange voice inside his head. The titan is slowly reaching for him. But then he felt like his cloak was moving. He slowly looked up and saw the face of the Titan. It's grinning at him, knowing she can't be killed that easily as he knows too she's a Titan wielder like Eren.

Armin's heartbeat is slowly increasing due to his fear at seeing it up close. The titan lets go and just goes on ahead of the path leaving the afraid man on the fields. Armin is in doubt about this.

Armin: She's not going to kill me?

???: 'There's no purpose in just sitting there like ducks so get up and go!'

Armin is clutching her head from the voice and it's interference on her head. But the pain fades away as well as the Titan is far away already.

Armin: What... just happened? She took off my hood... and looked at my face?

Armin holds his face from what just happened before with confusion. But her thoughts were snapped away when Reiner called him out.

Reiner: Armin!

Armin: Reiner!

Reiner had his spare horse and he asked him.

Reiner: Hey, can you stand? Get on, this isn't like Trost!

Armin didn't hesitate and climbed on to his spare horse. Reiner explained the situation.

Reiner: I saw a smoke signal for Abnormal-types. Was it for that one with the nice ass?

Armin: No, that's not Abnormal. She's a human wielding the body of a Titan!

Reiner: What?!

Armin: Oh, wait a second. I should fire a smoke signal first. Q-Quickly... I have to let them know with a smoke signal.

His troubled feelings is getting the better of him just to fire a smoke flare. But someone beat him to the point and it was Jean.

Reiner: Wait. Looks like Jean fired one.

They then heard multiple yellow smoke flares with one being a beam.

Reiner: From the right flank? One of them is a beam?

Armin: It must be Y/n. Does that mean we got hit so bad it damaged our formation?

Jean: Looks like we lost part of the right flank team. An army of Titans came there, don't know why but a lot of them are extremely agile. Looks like Y/n was already too late when he arrived there. Our formation can't function at this rate and if we're not cautious, we'll be dead meat!

Armin: That's the same way she came from. Don't tell me? Was she leading the Titans here?

Jean then looked forward and saw the same Female Titan that was running through the fields.

Jean: Huh? Why is there a Titan over there? Is it an Abnormal?

Armin: No, it's not. She's a human-Titan wielder. Someone with the same power as Eren's.

Jean: What?

Reiner: What makes you think of that?

Armin then remembers how she was precise on killing two scouts with just one hand each.

Armin: Titans merely prey on people. They die as a result, but their act isn't intentional. But for her, the moment her vitals were targeted, she flung Sys and Ness to the ground, killing them.

The Female Titan is still running towards nowhere hoping to find something she's looking for.

Armin: She didn't kill to consume, but for the sake of killing. In that regard, her very nature is unique. When the Colossal and Armored Titans destroyed the walls, she must've been the one that brought all the Titans. Their goal has always been to attack mankind!

Armin suddenly snaps and realizes it.

Armin: No, wait... I get the feeling she's looking for someone.

Jean: If it is, then who?

Armin tries to piece it together and comes to one assumption.

Armin: Could it be, she's looking for Eren?

Reiner: Eren? But he's in the Levi Squad that should've been in charge of the right flank that she passed through.

Armin and Jean were surprised when they heard it from him.

Jean: The plans I got had them around the rear of the left flank.

Armin: But mine had them around the front of the right flank. Well, there's no way they would've been put so far ahead.

Reiner: Then where are they?

Armin's mind clicked on where he could possibly be.

Armin: Most likely in the safest spot of this formation. The center rear.

Jean: Haven't we forgotten something?! Y/n's position. None of the plans we receive marked where he is.

Reiner: Before we set out, he's at the skies, probably a Bird's eye view for Commander Erwin.

Jean: *frustrated sigh* Armin! We don't have time to think about those for now. It's impossible for us to signal how dangerous it is with smoke signals! Or better yet, stop her ourselves. We can draw its attention towards us. We can buy time until everyone has withdrawn. At least... I hope we can.

Jean looks down, sweat dropped.

Armin: She really is intelligent. To her, we're literally nothing more than ants. We'd be crushed by even the slightest blow.

He still looks down in a nervous grinning manner as this plan is literally insane.

Jean: Seriously? That's pretty scary.

Reiner: Are you still really Jean we know of? The one I know is someone who only thinks about himself.

Jean: It still hurts to hear that. *determined* It's just that I don't want to disappoint those indiscernible, scorched bones. I... I know what needs to be done now! Not to mention, this is what we signed up for! Lend me a hand!

Armin and Reiner didn't say a word anymore as Armin put on his hood.

Armin: Then, pull your hood up. All the way. That way she can't see or recognize your face. She won't kill unless she knows who we are!

Riner: I see now. So you think she won't kill people who might be Eren? I'm glad to hear that. And while we're at it, let's hope she's blind!

Reiner pulls up his hood as well and Jean is just unbelievable about Armin's loyalty to Eren.

Jean: Armin, you always stuck to Eren like glue, so I always thought you were a creep to him back then, *grins* but I knew you were a capable guy.

Jean pulls up his hood and Armin is confused about his words of gratitude but thanks him anyways.

The three then began to plan it out. As it slows down, they begin to try and distract it and buy the formation some time to withdraw.

Jean pulls out his blade and Armin suddenly sees its gaze looking towards him. Armin was bothered and Jean suddenly tried to latch on but he failed as it hit the ground instead.

The Female titan began to skid and slap him away but it changed its attention in a split second towards Armin and its horse as it was easily swatted like flies. Armin was sent flying and hit his head to the ground. Jean saw that and immediately stood up and engaged the Titan, while Reiner saw the horse fly over him.

Armin is on the ground bloodied and sees the Titans cold gaze.

Jean: Armin!

Jean latched on to the torso and the Titan felt this. Jean immediately boosts towards her.

Jean: 'Her movements are on a different level! It's like Y/n's Gundam! Damn... We underestimated her!'

Jean immediately pulls out the grapple hook and changes its latching position to the leg. As a result he narrowly dodges a swat from it and gets into position to cut the nape but they know she'll protect it with her hand as clearly predicted from her movement.

Reiner: Jean!

Jean: 'Damn it, I can't get away...! *saw it's gaze* I'll die once she grabs the wires!'

But at the split second, Armin stood up bloodied with his voice of anger.

Armin: Jean! Avenge that reckless idiot!

The female titan stopped when she heard it and Jean was confused.

Jean: 'She stopped moving?'

Armin: That's the one that killed him! He really ended up dying on the right flank! Avenge that reckless idiot!!

It may not seem obvious from her covered face but the female titan's eyes are clearly looking at Armin's vengeful eyes. Jean is still confused about what's happening. But suddenly he saw Reiner pull down his hood to reveal himself.

Jean: Reiner?

Armin: It crushed my best friend with one stomp! I saw his body stuck under its foot!

Reiner suddenly latches on straight to the nape dealing a killing blow while Armin is distracting it.

But the efforts were nothing as she easily looked at him and grabbed him. She has her hands on squirming Reiner. She puts her thumb on his head, compressing him. As a small blood splatter comes out from her hands.

*stop the music*

Jean: H-Hey... Reiner, you

Armin and Jean are horrified at what they saw at their squished friend.

But suddenly the titans hands shakened and Reiner slaughtered his way out by cutting off her fingers at the cost of his blades to be destroyed. The titan's blood covers his cloak and grabs Armin to get out of harm's way.

Armin: R-Reiner...

But then they heard a massive sound coming their way and a voice.

Y/n: You've bought enough time, three of you!

A devastating punch was delivered towards the titan's face. The three saw the 00 Core Gundam in with a different armor equipped just arrived in time to fight it, 1v1. 

Jean remembered about Y/n and Reiner's capabilities back in the training days.

Jean: 'They did it! Mikasa's so strong, I almost forgot about those two. They're exceptionally capable guys you can count on.'

Reiner then shouts at Y/n after his body is now clean from the Titan's blood.

Reiner: We bought enough time, right Y/n?! We'll get away from her already! We'll leave the fighting to you! If she doesn't eat people and only wants Eren or you, she shouldn't follow us!

Y/n: Understood!

The 00 began to take a fighting stance and looked at it's regenerated hand.

Y/n: I haven't used this stance for a while...

He said a name in honor for that person and lets out a battle cry.

Y/n: 'Thank you, Sekai Kamiki!' RAAAAAAAAAAAAAGH!!!!!!!

The titan suddenly saw a flash of an image that was reflected by the same stance she saw.

She was bothered by this and tightened her stance even more. The Wolfang armor claw now covers it's back hand and supports his fists and starts to ignite on GN particles as the GN Drives around him flows out.

Suddenly the Gundam launches towards the Female Titan with a punch on the way, the Titan creating a crystalized arm to punch back.

Y/n's coms are disabled and he shouts a move which he had first trained, mastered and replicated from Sekai.

Y/n: Jigen Haō-Ryū! Shippū-Zuki (Gale Punch)!!!

They're punches collided, the wind blew away every dirt and dust around, the three who were fleeing saw this and got down. Suddenly they saw particles flowing out from the location of where the two enormous beings are fighting.

The two fighters were knocked back from equal strength. The titan's eyes were shocked at the Gundam's punch. Both of their punches are of equal strength.

The Female Titan gets back up and begins to engage the 00 with a punch of her own. The 00 gets up too late as he sees the 00 grazing his right cheek, in sync the cheek on Y/n's right cheek is grazed and has blood on it.

Y/n: Tch! Sōten Guren-Ken (Blue Sky Crimson Lotus Fist)!!!

The 00 uppercuts the Titan sending her to the sky and the 00 connects his moves as he jumps up to her height. From afar, Reiner and Jean are seeing the Gundam in shock at what's going on.

Jean: He's head to head against that Titan!

Reiner: He's doing a damn job against her. Come on, he's buying us some time!

They kept running while the 00 began to use another martial art move.

Y/n: Seisō-Geri (Sacred Spear Kick)!!!

He dive kicks the Female Titan hearing 5 cracking on her vertebrae. The titan is slowly getting up but Y/n is now not taking any chances as he uses a spiraling punch to immobilize her.

Y/n: It's over!!! Ryūsei Rasen- (Meteor Spiral-)

*Stop music*

SKRAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAWK!!!!!!!

A destructive pink beam was shot upwards making anyone who saw it surprised and terrified.

In Levi Squad, they heard the loud noise from afar making everyone shocked in horror at what that noise was.

Eren: What is that?!

Levi remains unfazed as his other squad members are troubled from the looks of it.

The others are troubled from the noise as well as the Titans around the field.

Mina: Y/n... What's happening right now?

Y/n and the female titan heard the noise making them stop at what they're doing. The 00 landed still at the stance of his next attack with the fist not spinning anymore. The titan can see the Gundam clearly shaking from the noise. She uses this chance to kick him sideways and Y/n gritted his teeth from the shock.

Y/n: Agh!

The titan gets up with her muscle fibers regenerated as well as its other broken vertebrae. She runs to her right. Y/n saw this as he was slowly having a hard time trying to get his bearings with his right hand on the control stick.

Y/n: That's where the center-rear is... Is she really going for Eren...?! With that thing being here?!

Y/n can only see the Female Titan fleeing to where Eren is, not even worrying about the other thing that's gonna shake the whole expedition to bloodbath.

From the female Titan's perspective, she is clearly shaken from the looks of her eyes while running to find Eren.

But deep inside the nape is the mysterious person responsible as the female Titan wielder, having the same reaction from that noise. Scared and terrified. She then picks up the pace to find Eren before whoever fired that beam gets to him first.

The whole expedition will be devastated by the monstrous being awakened from a fight that was not yet meant to be held.
