Rumors have spread about the Gundam and Eren's Titan have fought in the battle side-by-side like a wild fire in Wall Sina. The humans who's only minds are in comfort have no idea what sweat and blood have they gone through in the battle.

???: Hey, is it true that two Titans sided with humans?

???: That's obviously just a rumor. I bet the recapture plan failed and loads of people from Wall Rose are gonna flee here.

???: If that happens, we'll have food shortages in no time flat.

???: Man, please tell me those Wall Rose people aren't gonna show up here with this Titan friend of theirs... 

Wall Rose

???: This is huge news! We have Titans on our side now! Who knows, maybe we can even retake Wall Maria!

???: It's almost like it's... it's... our saviors!

Crowd: OH!

Courtroom

A carriage is on the way here, for the Trials

???: Saviors, huh? 

A man goes by the name of Nile Dawks is just waiting for someone.

Nile: Throughout history, commoners have always been a rash lot.

???: I can see this triggering a revolt against the central powers...

Nile: Not if we, the Military Police, dispose of Eren Jaeger and Vidar first.  I won't let those Scout Regiment deviants have them. 

Then the carriage has arrived and Nile shouts.

Nile: Fall in!

A man gets out of the carriage.

Nile: Hail to the Premier!

They saluted and the man named Dhalis Zachary just nods and moves on

Mike: It's certainly hot.

Wall Rose

Erwin: Commander Pyxis.

Erwin and Pyxis are walking by the walls, talking about the trial.

Erwin: You're the top commander of the Garrison Regiment and I'm a commanding officer of the Scout Regiment. Won't some disapprove of us meeting like this?

Pyxis: Oh, you're as straight-laced as the rumors say. Still, this is just a morning walk. We only met by happenstance. So let's chat during our little stroll. Have you heard that the Military Police wants to take custody of Eren Jaeger and Vidar?

Erwin: Yes, I received word yesterday. They're going to hold a deliberation on the matter.

Pyxis: Mm. 

They stopped when they reached the top of the gate of Wall Rose.

Pyxis: It falls entirely to Zachary to decide whether the Scouts gets them or the Military gets them. 

Erwin: Zachary... You mean Premier Dhalis Zachary?

Pyxis: He oversees the 3 regiments; the MP, the Garrison, and the Scouts. He will base his decision on one thing: whether their existence is beneficial or harmful for humanity. If they deem them a detriment, he won't hesitate to have them executed. Right there, on the spot, even.

Erwin looks down but Pyxis continues.

Pyxis: I don't want them to kill those boys. But unfortunately, many in the Garrison Regiment are fearful of their abilities. The most I can do is avoid agreeing with the Military Police and stay silent.

He gets his flask caressed the rose shape scribed to the flask.

Pyxis: However for Vidar, would bet he won't hesitate to go lone wolf just to do all of their dirty work for making a clear path to the Wall Maria and the outside of the Walls. Are the odds in your favor?

Erwin just answers his question with no hesitation.

Erwin: No. But we do have a few proposals ready.

Pyxis stops taking a sip for a bit and listens to Erwin.

Erwin: Whether or not it'll work depends on how the debate unfolds. 

Pyxis: You'll be playing it entirely by ear, in other words?

Erwin: Our line of work takes us outside of the walls. We always play things by ear.

Pyxis: *chuckles* It seems you're not so uptight after all. *waves goodbye* This has been a nice walk, Commander Smith.

Pyxis left the walls with Erwin has his mouth still agape.

Mess Hall

Other soldiers are having a morning meal before the trial. Mikasa and Armin are talking about the trial later.

Mikasa: A debate over Eren and Vidar? What for?

Armin: I'm not really sure, but I think it's about what they plan to do with them.

Mikasa: What do you mean?

Armin: My guess... is they're going to decide if he should live or die.

She just stands up at the horrific purpose for their trial. Until someone intrudes and asked about Mikasa and Armin. They answered and they go with the guy for the trial.

Meanwhile, Eren is just sitting there, waiting. Until he hears a door opening, and someone just bangs the cage with a face of a woman with glasses.

Her name is Hange Zoe.

Hange: So you're Eren, huh? You okay? How are things?

Eren can't answer at what she's doing.

Hange: I'm sorry you've had to wait for so long. Except... you'll have to put these on.

She gave him the cuffs which is the size of a police used in Y/n's world.

They get out of the jail cell and Hange introduced himself and Mike as well, when they reached the door towards , things get serious here.

Hange: We're already here, but... No, it'll be okay! It's actually better if I don't explain!

Eren then grabs and confused as he calls out to Hange.

Eren: W-Wait...

Hange is about to close the doors and said her words.

Hange: It's selfish of s, but all we can do is put blind faith in you. Good luck!

A few hours later

Eren's trial has gone to a good result, Eren being handed to the Scout. All that's left is the Gundam Meister.

To reveal itself, in front of the corrupts and lone warriors.

Zachary: Though this session has concluded, it does not mean that we may depart. 

Everyone turns their eyes back on him.

Zachary: We have but another topic to discuss before we may leave. The issue of the Mechanical Titan and the man named Vidar.

Zachary glanced at the three representatives of the regiments, giving a go signal for their proposals.

Nile talks first.

Nile: It is in my belief that the Mechanical Titan and Vidar are the dangerous threats which must be removed at all costs. The reports that I have received regarding its behavior is troubling.  Though I will not disregard all that it has done to benefit mankind, he is extremely unpredictable, and many reports state that it's also the one who controls it, jus as intelligent as humans. Also stated that it has armor plating like the Armored Titan  however it changes frequently in the battle. Such a dangerous Titan is not to be trusted, and I propose that our best course of action is to terminate it.

Nile stepped back, many people is expressing their approval of Nile's. Zachary moves to the next one.

Zachary: Erwin Smith, do you have anything to propose?

Erwin: *nods* As the same with Eren Jaeger, I believe that Vidar could be a powerful inclusion to our ranks.

Everyone is eye widened at his proposal but Erwin continued.

Erwin: Though unpredictable and perhaps even unreliable, there is an undeniable amount of intelligence found in his 'Titan' form. It able to differentiate friend from foe, human from Titan, and perhaps, it could even come to listen to orders given to it.

Zachary: So you claim that Vidar and his Mechanical Titan is equivalent of a trained horse and a rider?

Erwin: In a sense, it is. It shows clear signs of intelligence that all other Titans, even Abnormals lacked off. If I would now say that the Mechanical Titan and Vidar are more like Eren Jaeger and his Titan form than we realize.

???: HERESY!

The old man named Pastor Nick of the Wallists just made a beeline to them.

Nick: TO ALLOW EVEN A SINGLE ABOMINATION TO LIVE IS ALREADY ENOUGH OF AN INSULT TO OUR SAVIOURS, BUT TO ALLOW THE METAL BEAST AND ANOTHER ABOMINATION LIVE AS WELL?! I PROPOSE THAT WE CLEANSE THIS WORLD OF BOTH, FOR IT IS THE WILL OF OUR SAVIORS, THE ONES WHO KEPT US SAFE FROM MILLENIA!

This went on for a lot of time, making everyone irritate at his tone, and technically his cult was not mentioned in the three, which considerably idiotic. Zachary is about to shut him up when Dot Pyxis beat him to the punch and cleared his throat, loudly enough to gain their attentions. 

Pyxis: If I may, Zachary, I would like to support Erwin's proposal. 

Everyone is shocked including Zachary. So far as anyone could remember,  Pyxis has never taken any sides whilst in a Tribunal, often remaining neutral and allowing the Military Police and Scout Regiment duke it out.

To see Pyxis actually partake in this conversation, it was rather surprising to them, including the rest of the Garrison before they even could question him, he continues.

Pyxis: Though it is true that they are a potential threat to us all, we shouldn't overlook the power it holds and its lack of aggression towards mankind. However, need I remind you that the Garrison and Cadets who fought in the Trost incident have more experience fighting alongside the Mechanical Titan when compared to any other Military Brigade?

He smiles and looks at Nile who's offended at that.

Pyxis: Though I myself did not fight by his side, I have it on good authority from my Elite squad that this man and his 'Titan' form showed no hostility towards all of mankind, with it going so far as to save my men, Commander Ian Dietrich, Mitabi Jarnach, and others from certain death.

At this point, Pyxis gestured Ian and Mitabi to step forward. Ian tensed up at the prospect of speaking to the Trial, but he's quick to get over with it and nodded before stepping forward with both arms behind his back still.

Ian: Brigade Premier Zachary.

Zachary nods him to continue

Ian: As Commander Dot Pyxis has said, Mitabi Jarnach, Rico Brzenska and myself have fought alongside Vidar's Mechanical Titan form during the Trost incident, and I can attest to his words. Vidar's titan showed no hostility towards any of my men. Many lives were saved thanks to his involvement, and I strongly believe that to destroy them it would deprive mankind of one of their greatest assets in winning the war against the Titans.

This is a quite surprise for the Scouts to hear it. Ian continued on.

Ian: If I may, I wish to support Commander Erwin's statement. On the battlefield, I witnessed how Vidar control his Titan. His control is fluid and in complete control. Combat prowess is proven to be exceeded expectations.

Zachary: You make a valid argument, Ian Dietrich. However, I wish to know, if that man named Vidar did control the Mechanical Titan, why have he not emerged from the Titan's body?

Then Hange raises her hand

Zachary: Hange Zoe of the Scout Regiment, have you something to add?

Hange; Yes, sir.  If I may? *sees Zachary nods* As most of us here know, the first reports regarding the Mechanical Titan date all the way back 5 years prior, even before the Fall of Maria. Considering how it was made contact in the wild, I strongly believe that it has been out in the exterior, beyond the confines of Maria, for quite a long time, more than 5 years perhaps. If Vidar really has an ability to become a Titan, he may have much more experience than Eren Jaeger when it comes to transforming into his Titan form, it so much that he can maintain it longer than him. That is all.

Zachary and others began to have mixed expressions about her statement.

Zachary: 'Vidar. The man controlled Titan that possesses more experience in their abilities...' I wish for one of you to inform the soldiers within the Mechanical Titan's holding point about Eren Jaeger's inclusion inot the Scout Regiment.

Nick: O-OUTRAGEOUS! YOU BELIEVE THE CLAIMS OF THOSE WHO FORSAKE THE BLESSINGS OF OUR GODS?! HAVE YOU GONE MAD, ZACHARY?!

Most of the people thinks Nick as a mad man, the tone for speaking to the Premier, of all people in the whole districts.

Nick: THOSE WHO VENTURE OUT INTO THE WILD, THOSE WHO FORSAKE THE BLESSINGS OF OUR SAVIORS ARE NOT TO BE TRUSTED! DECEIVERS, THEY ARE! THEY ARE HERE FOR ONE THING, AND THAT IS TO TARNISH THE WORK OF OUR LORDS! TO EVEN ALLOW THEM TO CONTINUE EXISTING IS A SIN ALL ON IT'S OWN!

Some of the soldiers ad enough of Nick's prattling that they want to put him down for good.

Nick: I DEMAND THAT THE ICONS BE PUT DOWN IMMEDIATELY! THE ACCURSED HALFBREED AND THE BEAST FORGED FROM METAL! IF WE ARE TO KEEP OUR SACRED LAND PURE! I IMPLORE YOU, ZACHARY! YOU MUST-

Until someone to the side steps forward and shouts to shut him up temporarily, again.

Rico: I volunteer to relay this information to the guards watching over the Mechanical Titan, Premier Zachary!

Her tone was made sure that she will be convinced to her statement. She repeated her piece to Zachary.

Rico: I volunteer to relay the information, Premier Zachary.

Zachary: Your service and volunteer is appreciated. Please.

Rico saluted and left the court room in order to inform the guards of all this event.

Everyone  in the courtroom have their faces of wishing that they're in Rico's position when Nick is just gonna yell like a mad idiot and how "heretical" all this was. Zachary is clearly stressed about his job and wished he didn't accept it.

Few minutes later

Everyone is muttering that its taking a while, until their worries and doubts are short-lived when the door to the courtroom opens.

Armin: That's too long why did...

Armin saw that Rico is just wiping her face for some reason. But he shrugs it anyway.

Mikasa saw Rico returned and with her is Vidar himself. She can't see clearly who's that man with his helmet glass opacity is disabled.

Zachary: Thank you for your assistance, Rico Brzenska. I see that the man named Vidar within the Mechanical Titan chose now to reveal himself?

Rico: Indeed.

Rico gestured at Vidar and he moved forward behind Eren.

Zachary: Mr. Vidar. Why do you wear that head gear?

Vidar: *interrupts* Vidar...

This raises their brows as to why he mentioned himself. 

Vidar: That name is only my alias when I'm with this gear.

Vidar began to unzip his pilot suit. He first removed the breast plate, and he dropped it beside Eren. Making a thump when he dropped it. Then he removes the pilot suit clothing and it revealed his Cadet Uniform.

His Cadet Uniform has a Blue Jacket, a gray leather skirt, white shirt underneath the jacket, white pants, black long boots and with silver straps around him. His whole clothing represents Setsuna F. Seiei colors.

And then, it happened.

He removes his helmet, and reveals his face. Everyone is shocked by this, but much more to Mikasa, Armin and Eren.

Y/n: Your honor, my name is Y/n L/n, 104th member of the Cadet Corps. The wielder of the one you called Mechanical Titan.

After his reveal, the courtroom is immediately filled with silence. Most of them have nothing to say and didn't know how to respond to this revelation. Most of them are bewildered at how 2 of the "Titan Shifters" had come from the 104th Cadet Corps; others are just shocked at how someone almost the same age as Mikasa or Levi could control something as powerful as his Gundam as well as he could. 

Also some of them simply stared at him with wonder, fear or interest.

Nile Dawks narrowed his eyes at Setsuna look-alike, frowning deeply as he looked straight to Zachary, seeming serious and determined as his helmet is holding on his left arm. He didn't know what he could possibly make of Y/n. Nile has dealt many soldiers in the past, and Y/n looked like the one he's dealt with. But he felt there was something off with this one. He didn't even know how to explain it but something about Y/n told him that he should stay out of his way or suffer the consequences.

Dot Pyxis couldn't help himself but stroke his moustache in curiosity as his focus is on Y/n. His tone, his posture, despite his current tragic situation, it reflected some form of determination, confidence, and didn't care about the negativity. Bad move for Y/n, but he could respect his bravery and determination.

Ian and Mitabi has mixed opinions and statements on all of this. A questionable pleasure to actually see the face of the one who's responsible for preventing of their deaths and helping them to succeed on the operation to make a comeback. The other is different assumption, they're expecting someone whose age is like 21 years old. The way they saw 00 Core's movements back then is telling them someone experienced was controlling it, and to see someone as young as Y/n to be it's main core was odd for them. But what more worries them is their comrade Rico who's wiping her face because of tears flowing down her cheeks. Is it possible that Rico knows about Y/n?

The Scouts though have mixed reactions that's way bigger than the other Brigades or Corps. Erwin and Y/n made contact a brief moment and he couldn't help but see something unique in him.

Erwin: 'Those eyes... and that attitude. Determined, strong self-confidence, and has a self-change.'

Erwin is now set on making Y/n on his side, no matter what. But he didn't know, however was that his ticket to getting Y/n on his side would come from a unexpected source and very convincing actions.

Meanwhile the Cadets who've met him as friends couldn't believe what they're seeing, their very own friend who thought that he's dead for the past 2 days, throughout the entire Trost battle, and yet here he is. Standing seriously at the center of the court beside Eren. They feel relief but also more of an questionable betrayal. 

They are unsure what to feel about this. This is some extremely heavy information that have been kept from them the whole time he was with them. Eren and his closed friends couldn't help but wonder, who he was exactly. They always thought of him as a brother figure and a friend for them but with his reveal, they couldn't help but think,.

Eren: 'Y/n... Are you... an enemy of mankind?'

Mikasa couldn't help but clench her hands tightly. She was beyond relieved that her best friend is alive, but the information of him being the pilot of the Gundam. It's starts to lose her cool, the same way that she lost it when Levi kick beatdown Eren's face. 

Mikasa: 'What are you, Y/n?!'

Armin remembers their bonding moment that whenever secrets they're trying to hide, they must share it so they can understand it. But Y/n's secret makes him pop up even more questions for him.

Armin: 'Y/n, what happened to you? Why did you keep this to us?'

Zachary finds Y/n unreadable but interesting for him. But he cleared his throat and spoke.

Zachary: Well then, let us begin. You are Y/n L/n of the 104th Cadet Corps, and a soldier sworn to protect the public with your life. Most importantly and recently the host to the Mechanical Titan. Is this true?

Y/n: Yes. 

Zachary: Know that this Tribunal shall be held under the laws of the military, not those of the public. Your fate shall be decided here, by me. Do you have any objections, soldier?

Y/n just looked at him with his face of saying "get down to business already." Zachary just ignored it and taken the silence as a consideration.

Zachary: I appreciate your silence. Now allow me to be direct. As with Eren Jaeger, the ability to conceal your presence has proven to be impossible. Far too many civilians and soldiers have seen your Titan body, and many more will undoubtedly learn about it in the future through the words of mouth.  As such, we must make your existence public in some form, or a threat to humanity other than the Titans may arise. In which, it shall be decided today; which force shall be given custody of you. 

Y/n knows what he meant as he looked to the right side. As Nile saw his glare to get out of his way or suffer the consequences aura, in which it sends shivers down his spine.

Zachary: The Military Police Brigade?

Y/n then looks to the left which he sees the Survey Corps.

Zachary: Or the Survey Corps?

Y/n noticed the view of him for the SC. It would seem some are wary, others are like seeing a light of hope.

Zachary: Now if I may, I wish for the Military Police to offer their proposal.

Nile is still shivering and shaking but still talks straight and lifts his proposal paper.

Nile: Yes sir. I, Nile Dawk, Commander of the Military Police Brigade, shall offer my proposal. Though we members of the Military Police have not had many chances to view the Titan body of Y/n L/n, I have been given more than enough reports on him that I can confidently say that our greatest course of action now would be to eliminate him immediately.

Nile then turns his eyes to him, making him horrified, scared and can feel his legs shaking. He's seeing the boy's face glitching. Like his eyes is seeing another side of Y/n which it's not allowed to be unleashed for Y/n or else Nile will taste his wrath.

Y/n: 'I wouldn't do that if I were you. He can be skilled in dodging deaths.'

Nevertheless, Nile continued.

Nile: I-I-I-I will acknowledge, however that Y/n L/n's Titan form has proven to be an extraordinary valuable asset during the Trost incident. E-E-Even so, with the incident resolved, I strongly believe that he is too powerful to be kept alive. M-Many reports have stated that his Mechanical Titan form holds the power of the three Military Brigades combined. To allow one with this much power to roam freely would be unwise, and as with Eren Jaeger, his mere existence alone could bring about a civil war. Though I harbor my doubts on the matter, Eren Jaeger can very well be prove to be an invaluable asset to humanity. Y/n L/n, however, could potentially do more harm than good, for his abilities dwarf even those of his fellow Abnormal. Should they be allowed to conspire against us together, humanity could very well be lost. 

Nile could still see the evil grin of Y/n's other persona.

Nile: A-As such, I shall propose this once more. I-I ask for Y/n to die for mankind's sake, though not before leaving behind as much information regarding his existence as possible.

Many people agreed to his terms. That those are, civilians, merchants and Military Police alike. But their numbers are not their power to win when many people disagreed to his terms as they knew. Having fought side by side 00 and by extension Y/n himself, they knew from experience that both the Gundam and it's pilot were valuable assets. Even so, they kept it to themselves.

The idiot is back mouth blabbering, again.

Nick: Out of the question! This deceiver... he had infiltrated our sacred grounds lie the Rat he is! He is an infection, one that must not be allowed to remain any longer! We must treat the wounds that he has inflicted upon our holy grounds by eliminating the source! By eliminating the vermin who have carried their disease into our sacred land and allowed it to spread!

The Wallists couldn't help but support his statement. But suddenly they heard Y/n, talked.

Y/n: Holy, huh?

This gain everyone's attention. 

Y/n: Pastor Nick, isn't it? *sighs & raises his arms and walks slowly 360 at his position* I don't believe in your religion but please enlighten me. Is their such thing as a sacred and holy grounds in this cramped and cruel lands?

He stopped talking and puts his arms down. Everyone couldn't believe that one young man could absolutely savage the Wallist's power through his mouth.

Zachary: *clears his throat* If we may continue, let us hear the Survey Corp's proposal next.

Erwin steps forward still maintaining his posture and stated.

Erwin: Yes, sir. I, Erwin Smith, 13th Commander of the Survey Corps, shall give my proposal. Just like my proposal on Eren Jaeger. I would like to welcome Y/n L/n into the ranks of the Survey Corps and make use of their combined powers to retake Wall Maria. That is all.

Zachary: Is that all?

Erwin: Yes, sir. Eren Jaeger's powers are incredible, but it is rather clear that Y/n L/n has more skill and experience with his. With their combined strength, retaking Maria could very well become a possibility. We believe  that it is clear what our priorities should be.

Zachary: I see. I can assume that, as with Eren, you wish to began this mission in Karanses, on your next expedition?

Erwin nodded and Zachary sighed like this day couldn't get any even more stressing.

Zachary: Y/n L/n, I wish to confirm something with you. Can you continue to serve the military, even with your powers, for the benefit of mankind?

Y/n: Your wish accepted, sir.

Rico added up.

Rico: If I may, sir. I wish to add something that could be considered noteworthy. Whilst retrieving Y/n L/n from his Titan body, I noticed something peculiar about it. That was, his Titan body did not dissolve into steam after he had left it.

This made mutters and whispers to everyone present in the court. Then the religous ugly is back to blabber, and at this point, he made a huge mistake.

Nick: I WISH TO HAVE MY VOICE BE HEARD, ZACHARY! THE BEAST WE KNOW TO BE THE MECHANICAL TITAN IS MORE OF AN ICON OF SIN THAN THE ONE WHO CALLS HIMSELF EREN JAEGER, AND THE ROOT OF HIS EVIL TAKES THE FORM OF THE ONE WHO STANDS BEFORE US, THE VESSEL OF THE BEAST ITSELF!

Y/n began to lower his head, his hair blocking his face, darkened eyes glaring at the human alarm clock.

Nick: HE WHO COMES TO US AS A SHEEP, ONLY TO REVEAL HIMSELF TO BE A WOLF AMONG THEM! HEED MY OWRDS, ZACHARY AND CHOOSE THE PATHS THAT OUR SAVIORS NO DOUBT WANT YOU TO FOLLOW, FOR IF YOU ALLOW THIS MONSTER, ONE SPAWNED FROM THE VERY DEPTHS OF THE UNDERWORLD, TO LIVE, YOU SHALL BRING NOTHING BUT THE END OF MANKIND ITSELF!

Zachary tries to shut him but it wasn't enough. Armin began to saw Y/n's hands facepalm and clenching his head as he knows what this means.

Armin: 'Oh no...'

Eren: 'It's happening again... The wrath of Y/n's other persona...'

Nick: THE DEATH OF THE MECHANICAL TITAN'S VESSEL WILL NOT ONLY ENOUGH TO PLEASE OUR GODS, ENOUGH TO ALLOW THEM TO FORGIVE OUR SMALL OVERSIGHT, BUT IT SHALL ALSO RID US OF AN ABOMINATION, ONE THAT DOES NOT DESERVE TO BREATH THE SAME AIR AS US!

All of the soldiers are getting irritated but it quickly changed when they felt the atmosphere is getting heavy and sinister. As the three friends sees Y/n's evil smile. This could only felt by the soldiers, including Zachary.

Rico: 'Oh great. Here he comes...'

Erwin: 'This presence...'

Nick: WE ARE AT A HISTORICAL TURNING POINT, ZACHARY DHALIS, AND SHOULD OYU MAKE THE INCORRECT DECISION, ONE THAT HAS NOT BEEN ENDORSED BY OUR GODS, THEN YOU HAVE NO RIGHT TO BE CALLED THE PREMIER! HEED MY WORDS AND EXE-!

Someone's hands immediately grabbed and holds his neck high. Pastor Nick is choking. This filled with shock and the following is silence until...

Nick: *choking*

???: Hehehehehe. And here I thought someone here is crazy as me but I don't think you'll be this crazy when it comes to your own predicament and statements for your own pathetic religion.

He then raises his face as his hair blocking his face reveals the gold eyes and a smile that would make everyone pee their pants.

Mikasa: He's here...

Everyone could hear Mikasa's words full of worry and fear.

Hallelujah is reborn again.

Hallelujah gets close his face to the face of Pastor Nick. He could see he raises his arm and his evil smile as an intimidation, mixed with both "shut the **** up" "listen to me" and "stay down."

Hallelujah: THERE IS NO GOD IN THIS WORLD! DO YOU THINK YOUR GODS WILL SAVE YOU WHEN THIS PLACE IS RIPPED APART, HUH?! TELL ME NOW, PASTOR NICK! HALLELUJAH!!!!!!!!

A small gust of wind began to blow and it was filled once again with silence. As Hallelujah had enough fun and throws him back to his seat.

And then they saw Hallelujah breathing and Y/n's persona is back.

Y/n: Sorry about that, your honor and all of you people. Hallelujah just made him shut up because it's not related to this court trial. *mutters* I hope you didn't piss your pants after that.

Zachary just shrugs and his pale red face began to slowly to cool down. He continues the trial.

Zachary: Hm. Now, allow me to recap, you claim that the body of the Mechanical Titan did not turn into steam following Y/n L/n's emergence form it. Is this correct, soldier?

Rico: Yes, sir.

Zachary: I see. Thank you for informing me. Y/n L/n, I have it on good authority that during the Trost incident, you did no harm to any soldier or civilian. Whenever threatened, you close them off by your... personality, and no matter what Titan you faced, you would  be able to defeat it within seconds. You are not like Eren Jaeger, are you? For as he is, Eren Jaeger's Titan form still follows the fundamental rules of average Titan. Yours, however, does not. It does not dissolve when you leave it, a strike to the nape has proven ineffective in striking it down, and possesses an ability to make use of weaponry and armor arsenal. So I ask, Y/n L/n... What are you?

Y/n looked at  the trio friends, the elites and other Cadets appeared.

Y/n: I'm a human.

Zachary: If so, how do you explain the existence of the Mechanical Titan? It breaks all known rules and goes against all the knowledge that we have against the Titans.

Y/n: The 00 isn't a Titan. It doesn't even have human flesh and skin to begin with.

Zachary: This 00, reports stated that's your alias. What does this mean?

Y/n: The 00 alias came from your so-called Mechanical Titan's name.

Zachary: If it came from your Mechanical Titan. Then what is it's name and what is it?

Y/n breathes and reveals the name of his Gundam.

Y/n: The full name is 00 Core... 00 CORE Gundam.

They began to mutter about the name; muttered amongst themselves wondering what's exactly a Gundam. Many people began to worry that the Titans beyond the Walls had evolved into entities that were similar to the 00.

???: This... Gundam... it's stronger than a Titan, right?

???: Yeah! W-What if there's more than one?!

MP random: W-We can't let him live! What if he returns to his allies and tells them about where we are?! Such a thing could spell the end of mankind!

Y/n: 'Technically they know, but they won't ever made contact with any of you. Only the trust worthy ones like me.'

Zachary: *slams the table* SILENCE! *calms down* Thank you, Y/n L/n , allow me to ask the question that we all undoubtedly wish to have an answer to. This Gundam, as you call it, how many more of them are out there?

Y/n: I'm the only one. Nothing more, Nothing less.

Zachary: I see, and as specified by the soldier behind you, this Gundam does no dissolve when you leave it, yes?

Y/n: Yes.

Then Erwin suddenly raised his hands.

Erwin: Military Premier Zachary, if you allow me, I wish to ask Y/n L/n a few questions. 

Zachary gives him the permission.

Erwin: Y/n L/n, 5 years ago, we encountered your Gundam during one of our expeditions, is that correct.

Y/n: Yes, sir.

Everyone who didn't know what Erwin was referring to is when

Erwin: Hm. Military Premier Zachary, if what he says is to e believed and true, then this would not be the first time where Y/n L/n has helped mankind.

Zachary: I am aware of that. The Gundam has been sighted during an expedition led by former commander Keith Shadis saving the lives of the soldiers. As well as during the Fall of Maria, in different armor.

Erwin: Indeed. However, I must point to a report regarding its involvement during the Trost incident, one that was given to me by a reliable source. It's said that the Gundam was spotted flying at the skies watching the town as if its waiting for something of an incoming attack. If the report is to be believed, that is most likely where Y/n has hidden his Gundam for the past 5 years after made it's 3rd appearance in Maria and rescued the civilians that got stranded from the docks.

Nile: What are you implying, Erwin Smith?

Erwin: I am implying that Y/n L/n chose to stay behind and watch over us rather than abandon us.

Zachary: That is a point worth considering, Erwin Smith. However, I wish for-

Y/n: So... that's it?

This raises Zachary's brows as  glanced over Y/n, he realized that he's not calm. He's smiling, which means he may have laughed at that proposal. No one ever heard that a man would laugh at a proposal, even inside the court as well.

Y/n clarifies them.

Y/n: I'm not smiling because I laughed at his proposal. I'm smiling because there's one more reason why I watch over... I stayed behind to watch over my family and their friends. As well as they keep on fighting, as the soldiers of humanity.

The trio and other cadets and garrison felt their heartbeat stopped. Their hearts is slowly melting like butter, as they thought to themselves that he left behind and watch over them, for their lives to continue and keep fighting as a soldier of humanity. 

Zachary: Is that so? If you may, I would like to know who you're family is.

Y/n: *stern and defensive* That is personal. If anyone tries to kill them, they'll face the wrath of Hallelujah.

Zachary: I see. You remained behind just to protect your family and friends, no doubt one that took you in after you infiltrated Maria. Such a reason to fight, no less a reason to stay behind to defend fallen Districts, is admittedly commendable, but I must ask, what would you do if they were to perish in battle?

Y/n came up with a response.

Y/n: I will keep moving forward and fighting in their names and for the better future of the mankind in this twisted world until the day I perish as well. It's what their last wish if ever they perished.

Zachary reckoned that he has enough info he needed to make a logical conclusion to Y/n and 00's trial.

Zachary: *mutters* I see... I have made my decision.

Everyone focused their attention on Zachary as he made his decision.

Zachary: Y/n L/n, from this day forth, you shall be under the care of the Survey Corps.

A few minutes later

Levi: Can't believe I have to babysit 2 kids now.

Y/n is picking up his helmet and his pilot suit and talks to Levi.

Y/n: Sir Levi, I believe I'm the one who needs to baby sit Eren also. Even though I'm in your wing now, it doesn't mean I don't scold him sir. Besides me.

Erwin: I do apologize for all of that, Y/n L/n. The Military Trials has a tendency to be a bit too thorough with such things.

Levi: By the way, thanks to your other personality, that noisy Priest peed his pants and shuts his mouth.

Y/n couldn't say anything other than...

Y/n: Okay.

Erwin: Perhaps we should move this conversation elsewhere? I believe that you're getting tired of seeing this courtroom by now.

They left after freeing Eren and Levi is walking besides Hange.

Levi: Things are getting interesting..

Hange: Yeah, very interesting! I can't wait to have a closer look at that Gundam thing!

Hange is just giggling with full of lust and intrgue. As the afternoon sky is being shown and two birds flies by. A eagle and a dove as they left feathers on the ground.

Meanwhile at Rico, she couldn't help but mutters.

Rico: 'So you're still here aren't you?'
