Meeting the Demigods

Before the Survey Corps could leave Mount Olympus, they had to get caught up to speed on what present day, new dimension Earth was like down below the clouds.

The Gods informed them about technology, and building structure. They learned about new forms of transportation as well as about the ocean and the knowledge humans had acquired throughout the years. To say the least, everyone was impressed and speechless. This new world was not one to be taken lightly, and there were threats more dangerous than Titans out there.

After the Olympians had taught the Scouts everything they thought necessary, they sent them off to find and meet the so called Demigods. To make it easier on the Scouts, the Gods decided to escort them to the barrier outside of Camp Half-Blood. "Oh before you leave," blurted Athena, "seeing as you are willing to do this for us, we shall give each of you the power of Demigods. This will also help you enter the camp." After she had finished speaking and giving them the power they needed, Levi and Erwin bowed low to show their thanks and respect before they left for the world beyond.

When the Scouts stepped foot out of the clouds, they found themselves in a bustling city full of people and moving vehicles of all sorts. It was a whole nee experience for everyone. As much as they wanted to explore, their mission came first, but no one knew where they were going. Of course they didn't, this world was completely different and new after all. But, a piece of parchment appeared in Erwin's hands, with a message transcribed onto it. It read: We forgot you wouldn't know where to go. For Gods we can be very forgetful. On the other side is a map, and Camp Half-Blood shouldn't be too far from where you are.

"Tch, what a pain. Why can't they have just transported us there? I mean, come on!" Levi could be so impatient sometimes, and it was obvious that some of Levi Squad were holding in a giggle. No matter, with Erwin leading the way, the Survey Corps would arrive at their destination in no time... they hope.

It seems that a huge place much as this can get anyone lost. And when I say anyone, I mean that even the best trackers and map-readers of the Scouts could not navigate this world. But, the sun began to drift beneath the horizon, making way for night. They needed to hurry.

A black forest loomed before the Scouting Legion. The giant trees casted shadows darker than the souls of Titans, blacker than night. The map seemed to assure us in a way, as if the Gods were encouraging us to go through. So, they trekked through, only to find a sea of endless trees. Then, they came upon the biggest tree they had seen so far, towering over all the others. It seemed to emit a glow, beckoning them to go beyond.

Beyond that tree stood 12 cabins, children bustling to get to an undercover area that looked like a mess hall of sorts. Once the children noticed the Scouts, they started murmuring quietly amongst themselves, a centaur clip clopping his hooves towards the Scouts. "Greetings, we need to get you into a cabin immediately. At the moment, food does not matter, but we do need to talk about the mission you were given," the mystery half man said. "I think you will also need to meet the Demigods helping you on this journey. Percy, Annabeth, and Grover. Some of my most gifted students here. I will take you to them after dinner, and then we will talk in more detail."
