Shinganshina

Explosions were reigning in the sky as buildings collapsed from flying rocks the size of small houses as clouds ash emitted from the wall itself. People were running and screaming for their lives as giant beasts walked around, picked them up and devoured them without a second thought.

"The Titans are in the walls!"

"We're gonna die!!!"

"Run!"

A boy was standing in the midst of it all as he watched a Titan walk towards him as it reached down to pick him up as it all happened in slow motion before he found himself dangling above its giant mouth as it opened wide and then...

....

It dropped him...

"Don't hold back."

"Fight with no chains."

"Shatter the boundaries."

"OBLITERATE THEM ALL!!!"

"OOOOOHHHH SHIT!!!!" Clayde shouted as he sat up in bed as he took in breaths of air as he sweated drastically. He was in his bed and the morning sun ached in his eyes as he rubbed them and yawned before jumping out of bed and looking outside.

"It's a beautiful morning!~" Clayde said delightfully as he went downstairs to see his mom cooking some food as she looked and saw her son coming towards her.

"Morning or should I say... afternoon?" She said playfully as he widened his eyes at her.

"I slept that long?!" Clayde yelled in disbelief as his mom laughed warmly before she tussled his hair.

"You needed to sleep baby, I'm glad you did since there was nothing planned for you today."

"Really?" He said in awe.

"Mhm, meaning you can go outside and play all day." His mom said before her son hugged her tightly.

"I love you momma!!!" Clayde yelled before he headed out the door but not after his mom called out after him.

"Don't you want your lunch?!"

Five Minutes Later

The citizens of Shinganshina were in the market place as they went about there business as an eager boy was running through the crowd as he passed by multiple people and often pushed some of them out of the way which annoyed them.

"Outta my way, people!" Clayde yelled as he weaved between two Garrison soldiers but one of them stuck their leg out and Clayde went down hard and ended up scraping his elbow as blood flowed from the wound.

"Be more careful next time, kid." The soldier chuckled out before Clayde got up and threw a rock at his head as he heard the sweet sound of agony as the rock did a decent bump on the soldier's head.

"Bitch!" Clayde yelled angrily before the soldier glared at him with his veins popping out.

"You little shit!" He yelled angrily before he began chasing the kid as Clayde used the crowd to his advantage while the soldier was shoving people out of his way which slowed him down a bit.

Clayde kept running before he grabbed a broom stick and unscrewed the brush before tossing the rolling handle on the ground behind him as he turned around and ran backwards. The soldier kept on running towards Clayde with anger in his eyes but he didn't see the pole on the ground as his foot rolled on the stick and he fell hard on his back.

"Haha mothafucka!!!" Clayde gloated before he ran off as he began panting slightly before coming to a rest about a minute later as he panted and wiped the sweat off of his head.

"Phew! That was close... now where's that little rascal?~" Clayde said as he got his lunch out and began walking around as his eyes looked in the dark places and in the corners while sometimes under wagons as the day continued to pass on as time kept going.

Now about two hours later, Clayde was sitting near the canal with his lunch in hand as he looked at the water sadly.

"Goddamit... I guess you probably moved on." Clayde said sadly before he punched the ground under him in anger as he felt tears coming out of his eyes as he sobbed softly before something nudged his leg and he heard a familiar sound.

"Arf!"

Clayde's eyes shot open and he looked down to see his longtime friend, Pochita, staring back at him happily.

"Pochita!" Clayde yelled happily as the strange dog leapt into his arms and nuzzled him lovingly as Clayde hugged him tightly before looking at him.

"Don't scare me like that god dammit!" He scolded the dog as Pochita sat on his lap and looked at him before he noticed the lunch bag in his hand.

Immediately the dog tried to snatch it as Clayde held it away from him as he chuckled, "You want the food, boy, huh? Do ya? Do ya? Do ya?"

Pochita nodded frantically before Clayde relented and brought out the sandwich from the bag as he let the dog bite big chunks out of the sandwich as the boy watched him, "You know... this makes me feel sorry for the fact that you don't come live with me."

"Arf!"

"I know you were alone and had no one to help you but ever since you met me, you became very different, Pochita."

"Arf, Arf!"

"But I don't want you to keep living in the dark all the time, buddy. If there was a way that I can let you go around the city without people questioning you, I would gladly take it but.... That's not possible." Clayde said sadly.

What he didn't know was that Pochita knew a way to do this but he couldn't do anything about it at all right now as he just barked in reply. Clayde chuckled and rubbed Pochita's head affectionately, "I may never know why you look... or rather have a literal chainsaw out of your head but I love you nonetheless, Pochita."

"Arf!" Pochita barked before taking another bite of the sandwich as Clayde looked around and saw people were walking around and doing their normal business as he sighed and looked at the sky.

"You know someday, I want to go beyond those walls and discover life outside of them. Sure, there are Titans out there but I don't give a rat's ass about them even if its just to explore what it has to offer. If I don't make it then promise me you'll go see the world for me, Pochita... do you promise?" Clayde asked him.

"Arf! Arf!" Pochita barked as he nodded and wagged his tail which made the boy laugh.

"That's the spirit! What do ya say we prank some of those Garrison soldiers again?! Oh, or maybe find Eren, Mikasa and Armin and go introduce yourself to them?" Clayde spoke mischieviously as Pochita barked before the boy picked him up and was about to go find some unfortunate soldiers in the area as the wind blew softly in his hair.

A woman was on a rooftop cradling her baby as the towels she hung up on a clothes line were flapping in the wind before suddenly the wind stopped. From just outside the wall, a large and yellow lightning bolt struck the ground as a loud explosion shook the ground as Clayde was launched upwards as he held onto Pochita as the dog barked in surprise.

Some people fell over and stumbled a bit from the shockwave of it as it surprised many, there wasn't no storm so... why was there a lightning bolt?

"What the fuck was that?" Clayde muttered as he had landed back on the ground and rubbed his back as he made sure Pochita was alright before he noticed some people were running towards something around the corner.

Curious, Clayde ran towards the commotion with Pochita in his arms as he turned the corner and noticed a whole lot of people just standing there with their faces towards the wall.

"What are you even looking a-?!" Clayde shouted before his eyes widened when he saw a bright red hand gripping the wall as smoke emitted from it.

"That's impossible, no Titan is that tall!" Clayde thought in horror as he saw a massive and ugly looking head that the hand belonged to rise up and make itself known to everyone. It had no skin on its face and had a massive mouth as the muscles were clearly noticeable as its small pinpricked eyes looked over the wall.

Steam wafted and filled the air as it literally came off of his flesh as the massive Titan glared from up above.

From where it was, the Titan was using its huge and muscular legs to knee a hole in the wall as much smaller Titans were walking towards the commotion like moths drawn to a flame. People gasped and stepped back cautiously before the behemoth slammed his knee into the wall so hard that the wall under it exploded as a cloud enveloped that area and huge rocks went flying everywhere as everyone began running away.

"Run!"

People screamed as rocks crashed into the town square where most of them had gathered as one unfortunate woman was crushed by a massive chunk of rock.

"My god..." Clayde muttered in horror as Pochita barked which made him snap out of it and looked down to see the dog looking at him with wide eyes.

"You're right! We need to get to my mom now!" Clayde said before he began running opposite of the crowd as he looked and saw more rocks were flying into nearby houses.

As he ran, his eyes widened at what this could possibly mean.... His mother!

"Shit, shit, SHIT!!!" Clayde yelled as he ran harder with Pochita tucked under his arm as he turned a corner and saw that his house was being torn to shreds by a Titan. The Titan was 15 meters tall as its expression was horrifying. It had huge pinpricked eyes along with a skinny body as it was digging through the house before the scream of a woman was heard as Clayde's eyes widened as he saw the Titan pick up his mother.

"NOOOOO!!!!" Clayde yelled as he ran towards the Titan and pulled Pochita's tail which revved the chainsaw in the dog's head as he charged towards the monster's legs. Gettting within range, he swung the chainsaw into the Achilles Tendon of its right foot as blood splattered all over him.

"LET HER GO, YOU FUCKING FUCK!!!!" Clayde roared in anger as the Titan stopped what it was doing and looked down at him as his mother noticed him and her eyes widened drastically before she screamed.

"CLAYDE, RUN!!! RUN!!!" His mother screamed out as the boy looked up and saw the Titan's scary face looking straight at him. Any other person in his place would be paralyzed in fear just by looking at its eyes but Clayde felt nothing but anger before he roared and sliced opened the Titan's tendon.

It buckled a bit as smoke poured from the wound as it reached out to grab Clayde with its long fingers but the boy swung Pochita's chainsaw and chopped them clean off, "DIIIIIIIIIIEEE, YOU SON OF A BITCH!!!!"

Now angered, the Titan put Clayde's mom down before turning its full attention to the boy before he swung his arm at him and Clayde raised his chainsaw but the hand slammed into his small body and he pitched down the road as he shielded Pochita from the impact as his body scraped against the road painfully.

"Fuck." Clayde said before spitting out some blood as he stood up shakily and faced off against the Titan as it limped towards him. Roaring in fury, Clayde charged it with Pochita revving up in his hands as he sliced the other ankle which made the titan fall to its one functioning hand as Clayde went for the kill but that was before he noticed the Titan's mouth as it shifted. The Titan smirked creepily before its mouth turned to a smile and that smile revealed teeth before its mouth opened wider and wider as the pops of bones were heard as its pinpricked eyes were full of murder as it teeth turned sharp.

"What the fuck?" Clayde said in horror before the Titan's head shot forward to eat him as the boy jumped out of the way but the impact knocked him off his feet as he fell before getting back up and running into a nearby house.

Seeing the stairs, Clayde immediately headed upstairs before the Titan's hand slammed into downstairs as it searched for him. Running upstairs, Clayde looked around frantically until he saw what he was looking for, the door to the roof.

"I got an idea, Pochita and you're not gonna like it." Clayde said to his friend as the dog understood what he was going to do and he revved his chainsaw even faster as he had an angry look on his face.

"Arrrrrr." Pochita growled.

"You got that right... let's kill this fucker." Clayde grinned insanely before pulling a table and opened the hatch and climbed onto the roof before he noticed that the Titan wasn't infront of him... until he realized he was facing the wrong way.

Slowly turning around, he saw that the Titan was now staring down at him with that same horrifying face.

"NO!!! LET ME GO!!! MY SON!!! SAVE MY SON!!!!" Clayde's mother yelled as the boy looked and saw that his mother was being carried by one of the garrison soldiers as the soldier used his ODM gear and saw the boy was facing the titan.

"Shit!" The soldier said as he grasped the lady and went to the boy before freezing when he saw the Titan's face as the terrifying face filled his vision and he was paralyzed with fear before looking at the boy and shaking his head wildly.

"No... no, no." He muttered frighteningly before turning around and fired his ODM gear before swinging away with the child's mother.

"NO!!! HELP HIM, HELP MY SON!!! CLAYDE, RUN!!! RUN!!!" His mother cried out desperately as she struggled in the soldier's grip but the coward kept going as Clayde just looked on in horror as he couldn't believe what just happened.

"He left us." Clayde said in horror, "He left us, Pochita."

The Titan growled angrily before Clayde turned his full attention to it as he tightly gripped on Pochita as the chainsaw revved up loudly as he looked at his shaking hands.

"Looks like its just you and me Pochita... are you with me to the end?" Clayde asked the dog as it gave him an, "Arf!" in reply.

"Good." Clayde said before looking up at the Titan as he could faintly hear his mother's cries as she got farther and farther away.

"YOU WANT SOME?!" Clayde yelled as he held up the chainsaw threateningly.

The Titan's reply came in the form of a roar as it revealed that his mouth had multiple rows of teeth as saliva and gunk sprayed all over Clayde and Pochita as the boy spat out a bit that got in his mouth while Pochita spat out some as well.

"COME AND GET SOME!!!!" Clayde yelled as he ran forward as Titan shot forward and opened his mouth to eat him as both the boy and the dog plus the chainsaw leapt into Titan's mouth valiantly.
