Jungkook moved in with Seokjin just in time for his high school friend to want to visit him.

He wants to show off his new home. Wants to show that he has been doing good and he's happy.

Jae-Soo is a friend that Jungkook used to watch anime with on the weekends. It was quite fun, every time they hung out together. They were really good friends.

But life carried on. Jae-Soo went off to school, Jungkook became a pornstar and they had no connection after that. Well, not until he texted Jungkook the other day.

So as Jungkook opened the door to his and Jin's now shared apartment, he was pretty excited.

Jae-Soo looked a bit different than he did in school. Much taller than he remembers, his hair cut short, and he doesn't have on glasses like he used to always wear. Contacts.

"JaeJae hyung!"— What Jungkook used to call him. Still does.

"Koo!" his friend greeted him. Always a cheeky guy.

Jungkook hurried in, pulling his friend into a tight hug. It's been a while. Of course he wanted to hug him. For some unknown reason, the older eased his hand down Jungkook's back, all the way to his ass, and he— he pinched his ass.

Jungkook pulled away in shock, but the older had a playful smile on his face, indicating no harm.

Maybe it's because it's been a while that Jungkook was so stunned by the action. They used to playfully pinch, joke, tease, even to the point of wrestling. This is nothing new.

"You've got yourself a nice looking place, huh, Koo?"

Jungkook invited the older inside. "Uh, yeah. Well, it's not my doing, but—"

"Yeah, he really does, doesn't he?"

At the sound of Seokjin's voice, Jungkook turned around, only then noticing that Seokjin was standing there. He was leaned against the wall, arms crossed.

  "Oh?" Jae-Soo walked in towards him. "I'm Jae-Soo. I'm guessing you're Jungkook's boyfriend, huh?"

Seokjin looked him up and down before taking his held-out hand, a firm handshake. It didn't exactly feel too familiar, having to watch Seokjin greet someone like this.

Especially not with that harsh look.

"I was just making some tea," Seokjin told them. "Figured it would be nice to go with lunch, right?"

  Both Jungkook and Jae-Soo agreed.

They walked to the living room and snacked on little things as they talked. It sure was a lot to catch up on, but they could talk for forever if they wanted to. School, Jungkook's life, Jae-Soo's life, how they've been, anime. Of course, anime.

"Yeah, I've seen a few of your videos, you know." Jae-Soo sipped his tea as Jungkook gaped at him.

  "Y-You have?"

A hardly noticeable smirk arose on Jae-Soo's lips. "Well, yeah." He set his tea down and turned to Jungkook, hand lifted to Jungkook's thigh. "You wear pretty things, you know."

Jungkook was wearing fishnets and shorts to show off for Seokjin. His outfit is really cute today. Pretty, if that's what Jae-Soo sees.

"It's mostly for hyung," Jungkook muttered.

Jae-Soo nodded. "I figured so." The older picked at the nets, fiddling with them between his fingers. "It's cute. You should always wear things like this. You know I like pretty things—"

  "Food's done."

They both looked up to Seokjin, who tilted his head as Jungkook's eyes met his. He didn't look too happy. Jungkook knows why. But Jae-Soo has always been touchy with him. There's no need to worry. They're friends.

"I'll go get us some bowls." Jungkook waited for Jae-Soo to release his fishnets before he stood up and rushed to the kitchen.

He knew that Jae-Soo had followed him to the kitchen as well. Seokjin did too, to refresh their tea. Not a clue what Jae-Soo was in there for.

Jungkook reached up into the cabinets to get their bowls out. Tried to ignore the glance Seokjin gave him. Tried to ignore how he felt like he could barely breathe.

But he saw Seokjin turn around and...

  "What the—"

Jungkook turned at the sound of Seokjin's voice. He frowned as he noticed Seokjin's narrowed eyes at Jae-Soo, who quickly peeked towards him— he looked panicked.

  "Hyung, what's wrong?"

"That's it." Seokjin gripped tightly onto the glass he was holding. "Get the fuck out of my apartment. I don't know who the fuck you think you are."

Jae-Soo's eyebrows creased and Jungkook's lips parted at the demand.

  "Hyung..?"

"Get out," he repeated, a scowl set on Jae-Soo.

As Jae-Soo raised his hands in defeat and muttered a bye to Jungkook, the younger frowned, watching as Jae-Soo willingly left the kitchen.

Jungkook didn't want to say anything because this is initially Seokjin's home. This is his home too, but Seokjin gets a say in who visits as well. He's very... troubled on what to do.

So when Jae-Soo left the apartment, Jungkook and Seokjin seeing him take his things and leave, Jungkook stood in the living room, trying to figure it out.

Trying to figure out what the hell just happened.

"Why did you just do that?"

Seokjin leaned against the arm of his couch and crossed his arms. "I don't want him back here ever again."

Jungkook's eyebrows furrowed. That sounded like a demand to him.

"Why?" He crossed his arms as well. "He's my friend. You just ruined a visit with someone I haven't seen in years, you know? That's rude."

"I don't care," Seokjin scoffed. "He wasn't acting so friendly, Jungkook."

Jungkook scoffed right back at him. "Why are you always so jealous? Seriously. It's hot when it's meant to be. It's hot when you show me off and all, but being a jealous ass isn't."

He watched Seokjin crease his eyebrows and give him an 'are you serious' look.

"I'm not jealous!" He was making sure to be loud and clear. "He kept doing stuff to you, Jungkook. I saw him touch your ass. He was playing with your fishnets. How do you not realize—"

"Are you serious?" Jungkook groaned. "We always play like that. He was just messing around—"

"Oh, so he's 'messing around' when he stares so plainly at your ass in the kitchen? Got it, Jungkook."

Jungkook frowned. "He didn't—" He stopped himself. Of course, he remembers the last time he didn't listen to Seokjin. This time it's his friend, though.

  But...

He'll have to believe it. He'll have to believe that the reason Jae-Soo was kicked out was because he was caught staring at his ass. Seokjin wouldn't not have a reason.

"We've been through this shit before, Jungkook. I don't give a damn if he's your best fucking friend. I know what I saw and I didn't fucking like it, okay?"

Well, yeah. But Jungkook's blood was rushing already and he didn't like the way Seokjin was cursing to him as he spoke. He didn't like the tension or arguing, for sure.

Jungkook clenched his fists. "If you're just going to start arguments every time I make a fucking move,—"

  "I wasn't—"

"then maybe I shouldn't have even moved in with you in the first place."

  Seokjin's mouth slowly closed.

And even Jungkook's heart clenched at his own words. It wasn't meant to sound so harsh. He didn't even mean to say it like that, or at all. But he swallowed away the words, not certain of what to say now.

Seokjin wasn't even looking at him anymore. "Well, I'm really glad you feel that way then, Jungkook." His voice was much softer than before. Brows softened, eyes not meeting Jungkook's as he walked away, not another word.

And though they were arguing, Seokjin didn't slam his bedroom door or anything. He closed it gently. Left Jungkook standing in the middle of the living room looking like an idiot.

God, Jungkook didn't mean to say that. He didn't mean to end their argument like that, either.

  He doesn't doubt Seokjin.

Everybody sees Jungkook and all they see is a body. All they see is pretty, fit, glorious Jeon Jungkook. He doesn't doubt Seokjin when he says Jae-Soo was looking at him in that way. Not a bit.

But instead of going and apologizing, instead of doing anything about it, he walked over to the couch and slumped into it, burying his face into it. He can't handle talking because he's already tearing up.

Instead of fixing it, he cries it out. He uses the couch to muffle his cries, uses it to snuggle into and release all of his built-up feelings from today.

Fuck the jealousy. He doesn't even care about it anymore. Seokjin was just trying to protect him. So why did he say such cruel words to him? Why did he just say that?
